My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with our stay! The condo is as described, very clean, with a well appointed kitchen and beach necessities, conveniently located on a beautiful private beach very near restaurants, shopping, and is right across the street from the free trolley that goes downtown to Siesta Key. The condo is steps away from the beach where lounge chairs are provided and umbrellas can be rented for 20.00 a day or 110 for the week. There's an outdoor shower for rinsing off. The building has an elevator right outside the unit. The people are very friendly. We felt completely safe and confident leaving our belongings on our lounge chairs when we went for walks on the white compressed sand or up to the condo to eat lunch. There's a lovely view of the ocean from the screened in porch. It's so relaxing to hear the waves and watch the dolphins.Pavan and Tracy quickly responded to our communications. They provided comprehensive documents outling the process of staying there as well as restaurants and activities. We will definitely be coming back!Thank you, Pavan and Tracy for making our first visit to Crescent Beach such a pleasurable one!

Absolutely GREAT location. Hosts attended to our every need with answering questions about food, things to do, etc within minutes of asking. This rental provides many of the amenities one may need. We could not have hand picked a better place to have stayed!

Our entire experience was wonderful here in Siesta Key. The unit we stayed in was beautiful, clean and located super convenient to all the fun restaurants, bars and activities on the Key. We really loved the private beach access just steps from our door. The people at the front office were very helpful as well. This place is definitely on our list for a return trip next year!

Amazing stay!

We loved this condo! The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the sights and sounds of the gulf from the lanai. The beds were comfortable and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful Beach Getaway

My husband an I really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was clean and cute and you can't beat the location. It is on the beach, walkable to bars, restaurants and shops . Communication with owners was very good. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Condo on the Beach

The condo was in a great location on Crescent Beach. It had all the amenities you would need for you stay. The condo was very clean and the Owner did a great job of making sure we had everything we needed for a fabulous stay. My family can not wait to visit again next summer.

Beautiful property

It was very easy and all of our questions were answered in your communique. We loved the view and the beach. We had several family members at Crescent Arms and they complimented our rental unit. Truly enjoyed our stay!
