House was easy access to the beach and plenty large. House had an abundance of toys, kitchen utensils and glass and dishwater but lacked in basic beach comfort of towels or chairs. Not your top of the line house but sufficient if you’re out at the beach. It’s a drive to town.

This is a great find on Folly! The stretch of beach in front of the property is fantastic, and the double front porches extended the living area for us to get some quiet time. The house itself is has a nice layout; we were here for our son’s college graduation and had two grandparents, an aunt & uncle, and our own (adult) kids and never felt crowded. Kitchen is well stocked, and plenty of tableware for a crowd. My only complaint (and they mention it with the house info so I was aware) is that it would be nice if it was stocked with beach chairs and beach towels so we didn’t need to rent or buy. There are several great businesses that will rent chairs and umbrellas and even set-them up and take them down, but it’s nice to just grab a chair and head to the beach whenever vs figuring out those logistics. Great place, will definitely rent again when we are in SC!

Great Beach House

This home was truly a great beach house. It had everything you could ask for. Great views, great interior, great location. The beach itself was perfect and the home had all the amenities needed for a great vacation on the beach. Can't wait to visit again.

2nd time renting this house!

We rented this house before. We like the location and we have no complaints at all. The coffeemaker was broken but they came and replaced it in a timely manner, and filled up the gas tank for the grill. We will rent this property again.

Visit to VRBO to watch the CFP game.

We rented this VRBO to watch the Clemson LSU game. It was a great place to stay and we really enjoyed the ocean view. We would have enjoyed a larger TV just to watch the game.

Nice house on the beach!

Great location, great views. Could use more blankets (each bed had only a sheet and a coverlet) and more seating on the upstairs deck (only one place to sit). Kitchen nicely stocked, clean, good response time to my questions.

Great spot to watch surfers

Had a great time. Didn’t know there was no beach at high tide and needed to go to the pier to find beach. Had a great time. THe surfers in our group we’re very happy.

Fantastic Stay

We loved our stay at Folly beach house. It was perfect location. however, weather was rainy first 2 days but just the peaceful location and everything accessible in house. we really felt like being home. We thank you for giving up opportunity to stay there. we would definitely recommend others and if get opportunity in future would like to stay here.

Great Location

This house is a great location on Folly Beach. Four of us, from 3 different states met there to have a girl's get away. The floor plan was perfect for us and the house has an ocean view. The porch was used every morning for watching the sunrise, drinking coffee, and catching up with each other. The house is also close to historical Charleston and many other sites, plus the town of Folly Beach has some great restaurants and cute little shops.
