Beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom (one full bathroom and one shower room) apartment over looking the sea in a well run family complex. The apartment has one double room with bathroom en-Suite and one twin bedroom. The apartment living area is open plan with a large balcony with stunning views over the sea. The apartment comes with all mod cons (laundry avail on site) and is furnished to a high standard. It has three swimming pools, poolside bar,24 hour reception, a la carte restaurant, supermarket, daily activities by the pool for adults and children and entertainment every night. Also the complex is only a five minute walk to the centre of Cala Egos town where you will find numerous restaurants, pubs and shops. The kiddies road train stops directly outside the complex every 20 minutes and can bring you to the centre of Cala D'or. Complex facilities incl. tennis, table tennis, crazy golf, football, full bar, pool tables and children's games room. The apartment is fully air conditioned.

Awesome place!

The apartment was great: perfect location and very spacious. Adrien was very responsive and a great host. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool and did the all inclusive option one day. Would recommend and come again!

Nice hotel, great big appartement

Very nice appartement. Great pool. Bit busy hotel, we normally like an accomadation that is a bit quiter. There was a lot of entertainment at the pool, music. But if you like that sort of thing, this is your place to stay!

Amazing property in a wonderful complex. The host was super helpful with any queries and got back to me really quickly. The property itself is spacious and the view from the balcony is stunning. It has everything you need and everything is self explanitory. The wi-fi is good as well for those with kids!The complex is great - 3 pools, kids club, entertainment, gym and football. The location is excellent- 5-10 min walk into Cala Egos for a quiet night or the Cala D'Or marina is 15-20 mins. We went into Cala D'Or town a few times. 40 min walk or 7 euro taxi. We were sad to leave and already planning to come back again in 2026.

Family holiday

We had a lovely time here! The apartment was light and clean and has the most amazing views! It was great being able to use the hotel’s pools too, and free parking was super helpful. We were 4 adults and one baby and the apartment was comfortable. Would come again!

Great location outside of Mallorca to visit many beaches and coves. All within 5-25 minutes from VRBO. The apartment was dated and not very clean. Didn’t use the ceiling fans due to dust build up. Bathroom had some mold. And unit could use a fresh coat of paint. Good value for the rate, but would still suggest a good dusting. Also, microwave didn’t work and I had to unclog the kitchen sink before use. Take time and visit the towns more inland. They are very beautiful. The people at the front desk were very inviting and helpful. Since this is a hotel/ apartment facility there were some fun on site activities and entertainment in the evening.

Fantastic apartment with spectacular views

The apartment was just as pictured and described. Very spacious, big comfortable beds. All amenities you would need and the balcony was fantastic, pool and sea view and a view of the stage at night. The complex is lovely. All inclusive available (50 per adult and 25 per child per day) but we stayed self catering and went into cala Dor at night for dinner

Nice apartment. Enough space and great view on the mediterranean from the spacious balcony. Keep in mind that it’s located on a resort. For us was the music all day at the pool disturbing. Nevertheless…it was a nice stay.

Wonderful 2nd stay

This is our 2nd time staying at this apartment and we had another enjoyable stay. We love the position of the apartment with a fantastic view of the sea, pool and the evening entertainment stage. The apartment is clean and tidy and a great size for a family of 4. Access to the apartment is easy via the key safe. The owner Adrian is friendly and helpful and even tried to assist us with finding alternative accommodation when our flight home was cancelled. Highly recommend this host and his lovely apartment.

Lovely holiday

Lovely two bedroom accommodation, very comfortable. Location is great aswell. An issue with the shower while we were there but was sorted quickly. The owner organised travel cot and high chair before we arrived so that was all set up when we arrived. Easy instruction/access when we arrived. Overall great stay. Only few niggles, as it’s a self catering apartment and we did eat in-it would have been handy to have a few more frying pans/pots to cook with and chopping board and a few sharp knives. The main bedroom air conditioning was not great compared to second bedroom. It was very hot while we were there so we bought a fan as we had a baby.

Great apartment - one of best on complex

Booked this very late. Two days before so really pleased with the location, space and complex. A lovely view and cover photo accurate (rare) There is a good pool with chance to swim 25m lengths first and last thing when it’s not too busy. Also an adult-only pool on one side of complex. Very good mix of Europeans staying the days we were there. Complex advertises itself as a World of Hyatt. We didn’t cook but seemed too well stocked for those that might. No washing machine in apartment but some nearby. Can buy breakfast in the buffet style restaurant which we did one day

Family vacation with teenagers

Las Rocas is a beautiful resort, overlooking the cliffs and the ocean. The pictures display the views and the looks of the apartment correctly. We especially enjoyed the tranquility of the adult pool, and it was easy to get sunbeds. Very easy to get around, and the closest (beautiful) beach Cala d’es Pou only 5 minutes away by walking. Fairly easy to get into Cala d’Or in the evenings, but be aware that there can be a long waiting for taxi, so better be early if you have a table reservation. Taxi only 8 euros to town. People is the reception was always friendly and helpful.The apartment had fantastic views of the ocean, and provided a great way to start and end the days from the spacious balcony. The reason for low score on cleanliness is that cutlery and glasses were really dirty, and we had to start our visit with properly cleaning everything we wanted to use. Bring soap and kitchen towels, as the kitchen towels provided didn’t dry the dishes very well. Also be aware that the fridge and freezer is really small. No problem as long as you know about it, just don’t arrive with too much groceries that need to be kept cold at one time.All in all we can recommend booking this apartment, and we found it a great value for money!

We spent a week here between 26th Aug - 2nd Sept and had a really enjoyable holiday. The apartment was clean and spacious and has a wonderful view overlooking the pool and out to sea. The complex is lovely with lots of entertainment for the kids, both during the day and in the evenings. We upgraded to all inclusive at the reception desk on our first day, which for a family of 4 offered great value for money. The food was good and always being replenished. I have 2 fussy eaters and they always found something that they were happy to eat. On one of the days we took the road train down to Cala d’Or which was a nice little trip out. The train stop is directly opposite the main entrance. The apartment is also well located, being just a short walk to a lovely little beach and various shops and restaurants. The apartment owner was very helpful with information and we received our key access details 3 days before arrival. Our flight was delayed going out so we didn’t arrive at the resort until 9pm, but we had no issues finding the apartment and letting ourselves in. We highly recommend this apartment and are already thinking of booking our return visit.

Good experience

Holidays and locations are so subjective but I would recommend this complex. 5 nights would have probably been perfect for us; 7 nights was pushing it a bit as many of Mallorca’s highlights are over an hour’s drive away (Valldemossa, Soller, Alcudia, Palma etc) but it depends what you want. The staff were lovely, the pool was great and Cala Egos resort is walkable in 5-10 mins. Cala D’Or marina is a little further - a pleasant walk down a shaded path 10-15 mins; Cala D’Or centre just a little further again - more restaurants & shops there. Or you can make use of the land trains which also go to some local beaches etc. The hotel entertainment was pretty good, if you like that sort of thing. Caves of Drach are well worth a visit and not expensive. We also went scuba diving, which was expensive but great. Snorkelling kit, reef shoes and a beach umbrella are handy kit at this end of the island. Prepare to see topless women - it’s Europe, nobody cares. And the beaches all tended to be a little crowded as they are coves, but it didn’t affect our enjoyment. The water is beautiful. The kids enjoyed their time. Our highlight was the great food everywhere. Restaurant Beatrix in Cala Egos (yum!) and ice cream at Paradice. Also we enjoyed Piscis on the marina and Soy Asian Fusion in Cala D’Or. Enjoy!

Great family accommodation in a great location!

The apartment was perfect for our family of four including two boys at the age of 10 and 4. It was spacious with good bedroom sizes, a family bathroom and a second separate shower room. The kitchen is big enough for what you need when abroad and the living space has some home comforts including sofas which were great after walking a couple of miles in the heat! The apartment has full air conditioning and a balcony which offers great views over the pool and out to the sea. The apartment was also clean on arrival and plenty of towels were provided to last the duration of our 10 day stay. The owner provided great communication before and after we made the booking and was on hand to answer any queries in a timely manner. The apartment complex had great pool facilities and the lifeguard had a very laid back approach to inflatables being used in the pool, although the secondary adults only pool probably helped with this. The entertainment on an evening was a mixed bag of everything from singing and dancing to karaoke and quiz night all of which our kids seemed to enjoy. The apartment balcony is in full view of the stage which means you get a ‘royal box’ experience every night and although it can be quite loud at times, the patio doors did actually provide some good sound buffering meaning that it was fairly muted inside the apartment. Situated to the south of Cala D’Or bay next to Cala Egos, the apartment complex is within a 10min walk of shops and restaurants which were perfect for evenings and all family orientated. A small cove and beautiful beach was within a 10min walk with Cala D’Or bay being another 10-15mins on from there. You can get a land train from outside the hotel which takes you to and from Cala D’Or bay and it’s main town. From the nearby beach you can get on the glass bottom boat (highly recommend) for days trips to various parts of the coastline with some trips offering the opportunity to jump, dive or slide(!) into the sea from the boat while it anchors just off shore in crystal clear waters. Other recommendations include: Santanyí market (sat and wed), Caves of Drac, Aqualand, and for spectacular 360 views; Saint Salvador. Overall we had a fantastic holiday, the accommodation was in a great location, was perfect for what we needed as a family and was well presented. We wouldn’t hesitate in going back again in the future.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Wohnung von Adrien. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Adrien ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und kümmert sich umgehend um jeden Mangel. Wie vorab schon von anderen beschrieben, war die Küche leider sehr schmutzig. Wir mussten erst mal putzen. Der Kühlschrank ist sehr klein. Wir waren von daher täglich einkaufen. Leider mangelt es auch an der Küchenausstattung.Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich super! Wir haben den Balkon sehr genossen. Vor allem in den Morgenstunden. Leider muss ich sagen, dass die Musik der Animation teilweise wirklich zu laut war. Wir hätten das nicht gedacht, da wir in keinster Weise Geräuschempfindlich sind. Das gute allerdings daran war, dass man vom Balkon aus alles mitbekommen hat und sich nicht in die Menge setzen musste. Alles in allem, hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Gegend ist ein Traum und wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Die Kommunikation und alles war super. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und hatte eine passende Größe für uns vier. Nur Küche und Bad sind renovierungsbedürftig.Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, aber auch nicht mehr. Bei 11 Tagen Aufenthalt wäre eine Zwischenreinigung schön gewesen.

Ein herrlicher Ausblick ! In der Wohnung findet ma alles, was man benötigt. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön. Verpflegung kann tageweise zugebucht werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca 10 Gehminuten entfernt genau wie eine kleine Badebucht - da sollte man schon recht früh sein, um eine Liege zu bekommen ! Genau wie am Pool ... Badetücher kann man im Hotel leihen !

Its a wonderful apartment, in a great complex. The complex is being totally overhauled during this off season with the view being to upgrade it from a three star to a our star complex. This season, with the ending of Thomas Cooke, the new main tour operators for the complex will be First Choice and Jet 2.
