Sonniger Bungalow mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, 1 Küche, 1 Wohn-Esszimmer und 2 Terrassen mit Blick auf den Strand von Cala Gran.

Das Hotel liegt in einem Komplex von 23 individuellen Bungalows mit einem großen Gartenbereich, einem Gemeinschaftspool und direktem Zugang zum Strandsand.
Der Bungalow Nr. 1 befindet sich über dem Pool, nur 10 m vom Strand entfernt.
Ideal für einen Familienurlaub.
Der Taxistand ist sehr gut angebunden und befindet sich am IBIZA-Platz, nur 150 Meter entfernt. Auf der Cala Gran-Brücke erreichen wir die Bushaltestelle in ca. 25 Metern Entfernung.
Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 100m entfernt.
Am Strand finden wir ein Tauchzentrum, Strandbars und einen Rettungsschwimmerposten.

This is a lovely apartment located next to Cala Gran beach and just a short walk to the bars and restaurants. The apartment is immaculate and the host was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Great week before start into German winter

We had a perfect week in this Bungalow. The communication with Tom and check-in was very pleasant. The beds are very comfortable and the bungalow is well equiped and clean. We enjoyed the big terrasse and the near of the city centre.

Fabulous Stay

Had a wonderful stay here with 4 friends. Apartment is spacious and has everything you need. It is in a wonderful location right on the beach and easily accessible to the centre of Cala D'or and Cala Ferrera. Tom was at the apartment to meet us and let us check in earlier which was great, thank you Tom. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again soon with my family.

Little gem and a fabulous location.

We found a little gem in the perfect location to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday in Cala Dor. Tom met us on arrival and explained everything. It was lovely as we arrived and he offered on our departure for us to leave our cases in the apartment as we were being picked up at 1.30 and check out is 11. So check out was a breeze. The apartment has everything we needed, was clean comfortable and relaxing. Also a really fabulous location to access all the beaches in the area. The land train stop was literally on our doorstep to explore the resort on. The restaurants and bars were a stroll away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here. Thanks Tom

The apartment was in the centre of cala d'or at the beautiful Cala Gran . We loved the many restaurants, bars and shops at walking distance . 2 spacious bedrooms and a smaller one . Only our toilet had some problems to flush. Beds were good ! Our host Tom was very kind .

Amazing week

We had an amazing stay at the apartment. The actual apartment surpassed our expectations based on the description and photos. From the gate there is a path to the entrance which is a covered hallway, where we could leave ours strollers as the gate could be locked. Inside we found 3 spacious bedrooms. Tom also provided an extra cot as we have 2 1-year olds. There was a dishwasher with tablets and a washing machine outside which proved to be handy with three kids enjoying the beach. The terrace outside overlooking the beach and pool was very big. And we spent most of our time here as our kids could run around without any risks. The beds were amazing, we had some really good nights sleep in them!

Fantastic property in a great location. My only gripe was the toilet was set too high. When you say on it your legs were dangling. The first week was wonderful but the second week we had a family who were stamping on the floor and dragging furniture. I asked them to turn the noise down a bit and they did for a couple of days. Overall we loved it and would go back.

Great property in top location

This is the nicest property we have ever booked. Super clean and beautifully furnished. The owner Tom, is friendly and very helpful. He answers questions immediately. Top quality bedding and towels. Balcony overlooks the pool and the beach is just a few steps away. Unfortunately the storm on 9 May had swept away the fixed beach parasols.Only two points to make, the property has minimal soundproofing between this one and the above one. You hear every footstep. Other point is that there were insufficient pool sunbeds. Only six when we arrived for about seven families. Two were added later but still not enough bearing in mind less people used the beach as there was no possibility to hire sunbeds or parasols there at the moment. Very good restaurants within walking distance. We shall return.

A lovely property in a great location. All you need in Cala D'Or - shops, bars, restaurants.

We couldn't have chosen a better apartment and location. Property manager Tom extremely helpful. Apartment very clean, beds extremely comfortable ( the best we have ever slept on overseas!), nice patio area - we felt very safe and secure. Wonderful views of the pool and beach. Just a few minutes walk - down steps - to both pool and beach. A five minute walk to the shops, restaurants and bars. We enjoyed a trip to the Caves of Ham - decided to go on our own which was very expensive using taxis - but worth a visit. To note - pool only has a small shallow area if you have very young children and it was cold (in April)! There is an apartment above so you can get some noise, but it wouldn't put us off going again. Steps down to pool and beach, so not great access for everyone. Thank you Tom.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Lage und Ausstattung waren sehr gut. Der Vermieter hat uns jederzeit weitergeholfen. Lediglich der Zustand der gemeinschaftlich genutzten Einrichtungen hätte besser sein können. An den Wegen innerhalb der Anlage lag Müll und im Pool lösten sich Fliesen.
