Dieses Haus am Golf hat einen echten Wow-Faktor! Der Eigentümer achtete auf die Details und das Endergebnis ist erfreulich. Die Küche ist mit maßgefertigten Schränken, einer Keurig-Kaffeemaschine, Wolf-Geräten wie einem Dampfofen und Quarzarbeitsplatten ausgestattet. Der Essbereich verfügt über zwei Esstische mit ausreichend Platz für 16 Personen.

204 Der Ariola Drive wird professionell von Paradise Beach Homes verwaltet.

Der Wohnbereich ist komfortabel und einladend. Es gibt insgesamt sechs Schlafzimmer, zwei mit King-Size-Einzelbetten, zwei mit Queen-Size-Einzelbetten, eines mit zwei Full-Size-Betten und eines mit zwei Sätzen maßgefertigter Kojen. Alle Schlafzimmer außer den Etagenzimmern haben einen Balkon. Im Obergeschoss Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein Badezimmer; Unten teilen sich die beiden Schlafzimmer (eines ist ein König, das andere der Schlafraum) ein Jack-and-Jill-Badezimmer.

Es gibt eine große überdachte Golf-Terrasse vor dem Wohnbereich mit Blick auf den glitzernden Pool (Pool ist nicht beheizt). Auf der Südseite des umzäunten Hofs befindet sich ein Tor, das auf eine hölzerne Promenade führt, die zum Rand der Dünenlinie führt. Das Parken ist auf dem Parkplatz.

Dieses Haus verfügt über einen Aufzug, der nur in medizinischen Notfällen zur Verfügung steht.

The house was perfect. We had 12 staying and everything was great. Fridge went out, but they handled it great and took care of us. Very friendly team taking care of things! Loved it here and would stay again. Only thing we would have changed would have been to have the “water feature/hot tub” actually have hot water. It was too cool to use it at all without heated water.

Perfect spring break destination!

House was great. Well stocked with dishes, cookware, towels, etc! The only complaint I have is that what looked like a hot tub on the listing was actually a “water feature,” which did not heat. While the listing said the water features were not heated, it was a little unclear and we were disappointed. BUT, overall very happy and would return!!

It was clean, convenient to the beach, had an elevator which we absolutely needed having one in a wheelchair. Couldn’t get it to work on our arrival but someone came and fixed it within minutes. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

The beach was beautiful and not crowded, great restaurants close by, the best stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in, plenty of linens, 2 fridges, 2 coffee pots and a beautiful pool/outdoor fire pit area! We had 4 families (celebrating our 20 year class reunion) and could not have been happier with this rental. Paradise beach homes was very responsive and great to work with. Pensacola beach is our new favorite....water and beach as pretty as Destin but without the crowds!

This is situated behind 2 gulf front properties and has a view between them. Stayed during a cold October week, and the pool never warmed because it was shaded by nearby houses, and what we thought would be a jacuzzi is not heated. Overall great!
