Dieses schöne Haus liegt direkt am Golf von Mexiko. Seine große Grundstücksgröße und Lage an der Abzweigung in der Straße geben ihm das Gefühl, das einzige Haus auf dem Block zu sein. Es ist hell und verfügt über sechs Schlafzimmer und vier Badezimmer, die sich über eine Länge von 2.921 Fuß erstrecken und bequem Platz für bis zu 12 Personen bieten.

Der 600 Ariola Drive wird von Paradise Beach Homes professionell verwaltet.

Die vorderen Stufen führen zu einem schönen Eingang, Holzböden und offenem Grundriss. Die geräumige Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit einer großen Kochinsel und einer Eismaschine. Der Wohn- / Essbereich ist großzügig und komfortabel und bietet Platz für 10 Personen. Ein Wintergarten mit mehr Sitzgelegenheiten und einem zweiten Flachbildfernseher hat Doppeltüren zum ersten Schlafzimmer. Dieses Schlafzimmer hat einen König und hat ein eigenes Bad. In der Halle befindet sich das zweite Badezimmer mit einem großen Waschtisch. Dieses Badezimmer bietet Schlafzimmer 2 mit einem Queensize-Bett. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett mit einem Zwilling oben und einem Doppelbett unten. Schlafzimmer 4 hat zwei Doppelbetten und teilt und Jack-and-Jill Badezimmer mit Schlafzimmer 3. Die Schlafzimmer 5 und 6 verfügen jeweils über ein Queensize-Bett sowie ein Jack-and-Jill-Badezimmer und bieten eine herrliche Aussicht vom Golfseitendeck. Diese überdachte Terrasse erstreckt sich über die gesamte Länge des Hauses und bietet viele Tische und Stühle zum Entspannen.

Unter dem Haus befindet sich ein überdachter Parkplatz für bis zu sechs Autos. Es gibt auch eine Sichtschutzkabine mit Picknicktisch und Treppen, die zum Verandabereich führen. Dies ist das perfekte Familienferienhaus mit seinen vielen Spieltischen und Sitzbereichen und ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt oder Radtour von Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dem Nachtleben am Strand entfernt. Perfect family house!

Our family had a wonderful week in Pensacola! The house was laid out well with bedrooms and bathrooms for infant to teenage cousins and adults. The kitchen was well stocked to cook meals and the we loved the outdoor storage for our chairs, umbrellas and toys. Quick easy beach access too! Hope to visit again soon!

Great enclosure underneath to keep all of our beach gear for the week. Only a few things needed: more cooking utensils in the kitchen, need to bring own spices (maybe add this to the list of not provided), stairs and railings need some attention for safety reasons, door locks with a passcode would be more convenient than actual keys.

Whenever we have had an issue, very prompt attention has ben paid so as to not interrupt our stay.Everything is great about this house except the grill, oh how I wish a new grill would be purchased. There are no bowls and over the years the larger serving platters have gone. We recognize the knives we have purchased and left over the years as well as other kitchen utensils, but a new blender will be needed soon. Small suggestions of an otherwise perfect house.

And then BRBo doesn’t send the $ it collects to Paradise quickly to hold the spot. Thank goodness for Paradise checking my age or we would not know and lost the reservation even after putting up a credit card depositThe only recommendation would be some type of shelf or pantry. Every cabinet had things in it so we had to rearrange things when we got there in order to not have food on the counter (a lot of food for 12 people)

Unfortunately, a lot of people are not aware that you can rent the same properties using local rental companies rather than using VRBO as a go-between. VRBO charges those extra high fees just for using their website and they are exorbitant! We have tried to let our guests know to just book directly through us to save them a lot of money but we can't reach everyone. And unfortunately, we have to still use VRBO to get to the guests that don't know how to find us. We're SO glad to hear that you know about this now though. We appreciate your feedback as well and I will send this review to the Owner Relations Manager to discuss with the owner. I think a pantry would definitely be helpful as well. Our stay was great! Family said, “If we’re going to do the beach, this is how we want to do it!”

The location of the home and its proximity to the beach was perfect!! The size was just right for our family. Several family members commented after staying here they will never stay in a beach condo again. The house was extremely well stocked, and we loved all the available parking space! However, I have two areas for improvement: the stair railing on the west side of the balcony as well as that on the front entrance to the home is not sturdy and is in desperate need of repair. It really is a safety hazard. Also, there was a huge dark spot on the bottom right of the main television screen. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!!!!

We split the family between two houses and this is where the older generation stayed. It was right on the water so perfect to enjoy the beach. It hasn't been updated but it was fine for a couple of days. Not great for just couples but great for several families.

Very Spacious! Loved being able to walk right on to the Beach! Family & Friends enjoyed the stay and the home accommodated everyone’s needs! Fully equipped kitchen was a plus as we grilled during our stay!

Bad Weather

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful property. I had to call to get the two slow draining bathtubs serviced, the noisy icemaker compressor serviced and the toilet in the master bath needed fixed to the floor. All items were handled expeditiously. Nothing I can do about tropical storm for the first half of the week. No regrets!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time after not seeing our grandson for a year. He was stationed there in Penscola last year so it was nice to meet back in Penscola. Last year we were there when covid hit. The house was extremely clean and spacious fur all 9 of us. Would do it again next year if he gets leave time.
