Neu auf unserem Programm ist dieses neu erbaute Luxushaus mit sechs Schlafzimmern und sechs Bädern, etwa 50 Schritte vom zuckerweißen Sandstrand und dem smaragdgrünen Wasser von Pensacola Beach entfernt. Es ist ein unglaubliches maßgeschneidertes Haus, das vom Eigentümer Kevin Hubbard entworfen wurde und Platz für bis zu 22 Gäste bietet. Zu den luxuriösen Annehmlichkeiten gehören ein privater Gunite-Pool und eine Dachterrasse, auf der Sie die atemberaubenden Sonnenaufgänge und Sonnenuntergänge des Strandes beobachten können. Dieses Haus wurde für große Familienveranstaltungen konzipiert, um ein Leben lang Erinnerungen zu wecken.

Mit spektakulärem Blick auf den Golf und den Sound auf allen drei Ebenen bietet dieses luftige, moderne Haus einen großen, offenen Raum mit einem Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich, der komplett aus Edelstahl gefertigte Geräte für den gewerblichen Gebrauch (Doppelofen, Eismaschine, Kühlschrank) mit Bar-Sitzgelegenheiten umfasst (Platz für vier) und einen großen Esstisch (Platz für neun). Dieser Wohnbereich ist mit natürlichem Licht durchflutet und öffnet sich zu einer schönen überdachten Terrasse.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem benutzerdefinierten Bad, einschließlich einer Badewanne und einer verglasten Dusche. Der Vorlagenwandschrank schließt ein Doppel über Doppel über Doppelkoje mit ein. Ebenfalls auf der Hauptebene befindet sich ein „geheimes“ Versteck (unter dem Schrank) mit einem Twin sowie einem Twin über Twin Etagenbett mit einem Vollbad auf der anderen Seite des Flurs.

Das 2. Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf der oberen Ebene mit zwei Queensize-Betten und zwei Twin-Over-Twin-Betten sowie einem Vollbad. Das 3. und 4. Schlafzimmer verfügen jeweils über ein Kingsize-Bett und teilen sich ein Jack-and-Jill-Badezimmer. Das 5. Schlafzimmer hat einen König und ein eigenes Bad. Ein Flurabteil verfügt über ein Twin-over-Twin-Bett.

Das 6. Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Loft mit einer Wendeltreppe.

Alle Badezimmer sind mit Arbeitsplatten und Waschbecken aus Stein und Granit ausgestattet.

Der massive Gunite-Außenpool bietet einfachen Zugang zu einer Halbbadewanne. Mit mehr als 6.000 Quadratfuß Wohnbereich im Freien und Terrassenfläche mit individueller Landschaftsgestaltung und Außenbeleuchtung ist dies ein wunderbarer Ort, um Familien zu unterhalten, und perfekt für Hochzeiten und Versammlungen.

Dieses Haus verfügt über einen Aufzug, der Sie zu allen drei Ebenen bringt. Es enthält auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, einen Gasgrill, kostenfreies WLAN und einen Parkplatz für 10-12 Autos (fünf sind überdacht).

Great home, updated inside and out, very short walk to the beach via quick access path a block from the house. Far enough away from the main strip to be quiet but close enoigh that it isnt a hassle to get food or shopping.

Beautiful Beach House for big group

This property was great! 5 bedrooms and 1 loft bedroom. Bunk beds everywhere. Great use of space. Nice pool and short walk to the beach. View of the beach from sun deck. There were 16 adults in our group Plenty of room.

The beach was beautiful and big enough to fly kites.

2025 Family Vacation Trip

We booked for the 6 bedrooms, but the '6th bedroom' was not really a bedroom, it was a small room on the bottom floor near the parking and a little creepy to stay in so we had to make it work with the other 5 bedrooms, which turned out fine due to all the other built-in bunks available for the kids. The space is great, it does need some upgrades to the furniture, but overall ok for a beach vacation home. The pool and putt-putt kept our grands busy for hours. We would for sure stay again.

Perfect for a long weekend full of laughs, chaos and good friends. We used every square inch of the property and I love the upgrades, updates and floorplan. Very creative use of space. My only hesitation is that it is not conducive for six adult families. One of the bedrooms accounts for 10 people sleeping in it.

There is ample space, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, and lots of decking for sunning and relaxing. Bring your putter and some golf balls for use on the mini putting green near the pool. Short walk to the beach. Nice gas grill and pool area to enjoy. Widow’s walk (crow’s nest) near the roof to enjoy the sunset. Kitchen was spacious but could use more plates and utensils, other than that it was well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place for Family or Group Vacation

5 Calle Traviesa was a super location for our multi generational family vacation. The walk to the beach was short with easy access. It was extremely helpful to have the elevator in the house to lug luggage, groceries, and people to all levels of the house. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The pool area was very nice and we were glad to have some outside covered areas to sit while it rained. The family room area could use new couches ( not in great shape and not comfortable). TVs were in every bedroom but the only ones that worked were the family room and one bedroom (bedroom only got about 5 channels). There were lightbulbs that needed to be replaced( especially downstairs elevator area- was pitch black with outside door and elevator door closed…I should have called and had that that replaced). We appreciated the easy check in ( not having to come by office was terrific). Overall this is a fantastic place to stay and my family would happily stay here again.

Nice Property...overall I give it a 4 Stars.

Property in good condition...some light bulbs needed to be replaced and some furniture in living area needs to be replaced or recovered, all beds were comfortable and clean. Plenty of dishes, sitting area, towels and kitchen well stock with everything you need. Beautiful home.

Nice house and great location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fun family reunion. 5 siblings and our spouses. 10 in all and we had plenty of room. The 10 top table and large island were perfect. Great having the pool too. Convenient location. Don’t forget to go up the Widows walk and watch the sunset.
