Had a great time! It was a group of 11 college guys and it fit all of us very comfortably. Melissa the owner lives downstairs and she is the sweetest! Very nice and respectable and was very easy going. The place was very nice and very clean, plenty of towels and sheets avaiable to keep us comfortable. It was very close to the beach access point which made going to the beach so much easier. Will be staying here again! Thank you and thank you Melissa!

Great location. Within walking distance to the beach, Clayton's Beach Bar, and a gift shop next door. Home was very clean and large enough for our group of 10. We would stay here again.

Family and Budget Friendly

Property is great and a good fit for a larger family very comfortable. Perfect access to the beach and we loved the private road. Enjoyed the access to the pool. The manager/owner is amazing and very knowledgeable on everything island. Ready to book again.

Awesome Stay / Would recommend!

We are a big family of 11. 5 kids under the age of 5 and 6 adults. The location is amazing. Very quiet section. You can see the beach from the balcony, and it only takes about 100 steps to reach it. Fireworks from Clayton's can be sent from the front deck or even in the yard if you have kids that are energetic like ours. The owner does live below but so sweet and can help quickly if anything comes up. Inside the house had all we needed. The bunk beds were a hit with the kids. Only thing I would change would be to add tvs to the other two bedrooms, so the kids can relax in bed with tv time rather than all piled up on the couch. Also my kids loved the pool. Right out the back door and a few steps you have access to a huge pool and hot tub. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The home was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it the perfect place for any large family of 11.Our host was very attentive throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the clear instructions about the home, as well as the helpful recommendations for things to do around South Padre Island.There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our time together without feeling crowded. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to other families or larger groups visiting SPI.Definitely a two thumbs up from our family! 👍👍 We would happily stay here again!
