Willkommen Oasis Oleander! Dies ist eine wunderbare 3BR / 2. 5bA benutzerdefinierte Duplex in der Mitte der Insel. Sie werden dieses Haus lieben! Alles hier ist High-End. Das Haus hat eine Menge von speziell angefertigten Details, die Sie lieben werden. Dieses herrliche Haus hat ein offenes Konzept. Die KĂŒche ist fantastisch. Aus den Granit und Edelstahl-GerĂ€te, werden Sie nicht verlassen wollen. Sie werden dieses Haus lieben, wenn Sie im Wohnzimmer zu den unglaublichen Deckenventilatoren und Tablettdecken gehen. FĂŒhlen Sie sich frei, zurĂŒck zu treten und mit diesem großen Schnitt Sofa und TV entspannen. Alles in diesem Haus ist erstklassig.

Dieses Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 2 wunderschöne Terrassen und einen elektrischen Grill. Stellen Sie sich vor, nach einem Tag am Strand, nach Hause zu kommen auf der hinteren Veranda zu entspannen. WĂ€hrend des Sommers können Sie den Massen entgehen und das Bayside Fireworks at Louie's von der eigenen Terrasse aus genießen. Dieses schöne Haus bietet Platz fĂŒr 10 Personen. Das Schlafzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein wunderbares Kingsize-Bett sowie ein Tagesbett und rumpeln. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett. Great Location and Amenities

Great location; neat everything SPI has to offer. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Nice extras like a load of laundry soap, dish soap, sanitizer and coffee saved us the time and grocery store trip. The beach is just a few houses down from this spacious and comfortable home.

South Padre Island

We had arrived early for check-in and Billie was very accommodating. The place was just as described. I loved the fenced in backyard for our fur baby. The balcony furniture made for a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy the sunshine. The king size bed mattress was by far super comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep after long days in the sun on the beach. Overall it was a very nice place.

Comfortable and clean accommodations

Overall the property is as advertised and provided us with a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The property was within a short walk to the beach. The yard was a bit overgrown with weeds but that undoubtedly wouldn’t have been a real issue if we had larger dogs that could see easily over the weeds. Honestly I just appreciate anyone willing to allow pets so I don’t want to complain too much because it was a nice property, but a little regular maintenance of the yard would have made it perfect since that was really the reason we chose this house over other comparable properties in the area.

This is a nice house and really needs to be kept up better. When we arrived the grass in the back yard was over 3 feet high. We asked the property mgt. staff to cut it and they did, several days later. The carpet in the house should have been replaced about 5 years ago. The room rug in the main picture/living room is in very good condition, as is the floor tile. Some of the dining room chairs should have been replaced already. One of them almost came apart on me - For reference I’m 170 pounds. The wooden balcony off the master bedroom has some exposed nails, use caution. I would caution owners of senior dogs or dogs with mobility concerns: There are 15 tile steps to get to the living room from downstairs where you enter the house. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, one is used to access the back yard, but these tile stairs may be difficult for elder dogs. The house is about 7-ish minutes to the beach, and about 3 minutes from SPI wines on Padre blvd, about 10 minutes to Padre Island Brewing and close to many good restaurants. The backyard porch, off the living room offered excellent views of the fireworks for Independence Day.

Grear location- cleanliness is questionable

This property is in a great location and has all the necessities. The only thing that was concerning was that my 7 year old found some dirty underwear and bra in the drawer of one of the bedrooms. Then I located a dirty shower towel in the bathroom. This caused me to question the thoroughness of the house keeping. If you're not that concerned about how clean a place is, then this is a perfect stay!

It was clean and nice but we expected all rooms to be on one level. The backyard was so over grown we weren’t able to do anything back there let alone even go back there. There was a leak in the ceiling on one of the lightings. Water was coming in from underneath the doorway from outside

Yard needed some clean up. Was full of cigarette butts and other trash. Had to pick it up a bit before using. Man agent was very responsive. Called re a sink smell and disposal problem and someone came right away and took care of it. In general the place needed some love - towel bars coming off walls, ceiling repairs done but not painted, a couple kitchen chairs very wobbly and couch had a big tear in it. Overall, it was an adequate place to stay and I don’t regret renting there.

The place was roomy for my family and I, ample towels for everyone, beds all felt amazing!!, and stocked for all your cooking ware needs. Now the downfalls...The back door on the first floor that leads to the backyard was unlocked when we arrived. The gate to the backyard is so rotten and broken that it leans forward. A cabinet in the kitchen, as well as a drawer in both rooms downstairs are broken.Also, we tried to mop up a spill this morning and the mop literally broke in half. The mop handle was severely rusted and rotted out. The floor boards at the entry door is so rotten, there’s a big hole forming. Overall, great rental, just need some touch ups around the whole house.

Have low expectations- House needs love!

Y’all- this house needs some TLC. We had to call for pots and pans, toilet to be fixed, and master tv never connected. Rental management company was helpful and sent a set of pots and pans. 😊 Toilet was promptly fixed. Great job there! We rent often. The kitchen plates and mugs are chipped, the glass baking dish chipped, dirty pots and cups when we arrived. Had to go buy my own. Layer of dust on baseboards, mirrors and my quilt in the master was stained and I’m thinking not washed so I was happy to have brought my own. Towels were new and clean! Great washer and dryer. No usable grill. Light fixtures falling off the structure. Backyard is not usable/fence is falling apart and held up with what looked like springs from a mattress. Only access to backyard is through one bedroom??!!?? This is a second floor main unit which would be difficult for older people. Lots of tile stairs with a solid railing! Couch is new. TV on main living area great. Carpets are stained and need a deep cleaning. I paid extra for my dogs but felt like it wasn’t cleaned from prior dogs. đŸ© Benches outside and home are great from when you come in from beach. Chairs on back porch were old, ratty, and gross. House needs some TLC! Great location to walk to the beach.

Relaxing Weekend

This is the most comfortable place I've stayed so far. I was able to bring my dog with no extra fees and no extra requirements. The downstairs had two bedrooms and access to a private backyard. The upstairs had a beautiful masters bedroom with full bath and kithcen, dining, and living room with another half bath and access to a porch. Very nice and very comfortable. Please check your email before you go because they provide a parking pass, which I forgot to print. And also there is a spiget on the outside to rinse off sand from the beach, but the handle needs to be fixed. Kitchen had everything I needed. It was a little more pricy than what I normally pay, but it was definitely nicer than the previous places I stayed.

First Time Winter Texans

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 3 different rentals during our 3 months on SPI. Each property had its pros and cons. Oleander Oasis was our top pick. Why? Great location. Beach is a short walk away and tended to be less crowed than other access points. Cafe on the Beach is very walkable with great views. The rental itself offered some benefits to the other properties. The upper deck looks south, so even on days when it was too windy for the beach, we could hang out there and enjoy the sun! With the property dog friendly with an enclosed backyard, a huge plus. Master bedroom is spacious and the bed comfortable. There is a large walk-in closet from the bathroom if needed.What could improve? Upgrade the pots and pans, fix the outside garage light, some occasional landscaping, and get all the carpet padding along the side wall hauled away. There was a bit of a mildew smell on the lower level, but no dehumidifier. We only stayed on the first floor, but lower level bathroom has some tile that has heaved and needs replacement. Even with these issues, Oleander Oasis is a great place.
