Hi Jason Thanks for your excellent 5-star rating and comments that everything was amazing! We appreciate it very much. We inspected the veranda lights today, and they are working. The light switch for the veranda lights is a little different and can be tricky. We believe that you must not have worked the light switch properly since the lights are working fine. I believe Kelin covered the lights in her orientation. In any case, sorry for any inconvenience and we hope you can come back and stay with us again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with the layout of our beachfront area. We always strive to be as transparent as possible and provide our potential guests with many pictures of the property, both indoors and outdoors, before arrival so that they have a good idea of what to expect. The dock at our property allows guests to direct private access the beautiful Caribbean waters. Many of our guests swim, snorkel and launch the kayaks there. If we had known you had difficulty with moving the kayaks, we would have been happy to assist you taking the kayaks to the ocean. Hi Edgar, Thank you for your excellent review of your recent stay at Unbelizeable Dreaming LTD (a.k.a. Villa Ragazza Belize). We appreciate your comments that it is an “Outstanding Place to Stay”! As you mentioned, the Villa is very private and a great place to get away from the noise and congestion in town (but is still only a 15-minute golf cart ride to downtown San Pedro). Many tours and excursions will depart directly from our private pier if requested, which really adds to the convenience and privacy! I enjoy the diverse restaurants of Mahogany Bay myself, which is just up the road. They have an excellent sushi restaurant there. Mario and Christine are super easy to work with and are great cooks as well! I usually give myself about 1.5 hours to land, make it through customs and catch my next plane. I don’t think I’ve ever spent more than 30--40 minutes going through customs, as it is usually a very quick process. The nice thing is if you give yourself 2 hours from landing in Belize City to catching your next plane to San Pedro that should be more than enough time. If you breeze through customs, you can go to the Tropic Air counter and they will gladly move you up to the next available flight and have you on your way in no time! Please note the AC unit (one of 6 in the Villa) has been repaired and is in perfect working order. Thanks for the comment about the great diving! We are the closest resort to the top dive and snorkeling spots on Ambergris Caye. Shark Ray Alley and Hol Chan Marine Reserve are within sight of the villa (less than 1 mile away)! We are so glad you found the Villa to be "a beautiful home, bright, sunny and welcoming.” That's the same impression I had of it also the very first time I set foot there. The views out the massive living room windows directly at the Caribbean Sea with the sunrises and palm trees is breathtaking! Thank you for commenting that "the pool was PHENOMENAL." I believe we have the most unique and beautiful infinity pool on the island! 100% of our guests agree with your assessment of our infinity pool. Thank you also for stating that "the management company was great.” Kelin, Edvin and our Team really do go the extra mile to make our guests visit a very positive and memorable experience. They can arrange for your pickup at the airport, transport to the Villa, Golf Cart rental, and schedule your tours and excursions and so much more! Sorry to hear about the mosquitos. The mosquitos in Belize and be anywhere between non-existent to very present. Since you arrived less than 3 days after hurricane Lisa hit Belize the massive rains brought them out. Hello Mike & Party! Thank you for the Very Good 4 Star Rating of your recent stay at Unbelizeable Dreaming LTD a.k.a. Villa Ragazza Belize. We are glad you had an Unbelizeable Time! We are glad to hear that Mario and Christine were very courteous! We appreciate your feedback and comments, and I would like to address each of them here. We are very clear on our websites that the Villa is located 3.5 miles south of town, which is just a short 15-minute golf cart ride. Therefore, the location should not be a surprise to you. Villa Ragazza Belize is in the IDEAL location to have a private, unique and exclusive vacation experience, but still be just a very short ride to all the amenities of San Pedro Town. All guests book with us for that very reason! Some bars and restaurants are within walking distance. All tours, fishing, snorkeling, diving, secluded beach BBQs etc. conveniently depart directly from the Villa off of our private pier. Sorry the road was a little rough. The road from the villa to town is mostly paved with cobble stone over half the way but that last part can be a little bumpy after a big storm (which we had the night before you arrived). The road is regularly graded smooth for the vast majority of the time. Due to the big storm the night before you arrived the electrical power was knocked out several times. It seems the power surge did burn out a couple lights the night before your arrival. They were all replaced the very next day. Regarding the ants, Mario did say he noticed 2 ants in your bedroom. As you know, he sprayed for the ants immediately upon being notified. We have never had an ant problem at the villa. You must remember that this is the tropics and there can be at times mosquitos, ants or other insects but we have NEVER had a chronic pest problem at the Villa. I really don’t understand the comment regarding the pool being dirty. I saw it myself on the security cameras before you arrived and Mario had chlorinated it and shocked it (as he always does) prior to your arrival. It was crystal clear. Mario did say that due to the rains and wind during your stay that a few leaves blew into the pool, but he promptly removed them. Thank you for visiting!

Yes, the view of the ocean from the elevated infinity pool and veranda is truly breathtaking! One of the great attributes of the Villa is its location. As you mentioned, it is just far enough out of town for complete privacy but just a short golf cart ride with plenty of local attractions along the way. We are also the closest resort on Ambergris Caye to the 2 main snorkeling and diving attractions, Shark Ray Alley and Hol Chan Marine Reserve. They are both within sight of the Villa and less than 1 mile away. I was pleased to hear that you felt comfortable and safe. Mario is a wonderful cook and could have been a professional chef!
