Regarding the sargassum you mentioned, it is a natural phenomenon where seaweed drifts ashore from the ocean, a situation that affects various parts of the Caribbean and Central America from time to time. Unfortunately, some trash can become entangled in these sargassum mats out at sea and consequently reach our beaches. Please know that we do our utmost to manage this, conducting daily clean-ups to ensure the beauty of our beachfront. We're glad Adam could assist in setting up the fishing expedition for your husband and his brother. First off please let me apologize for the situation with the dock. This was not something we were aware of. There had been construction well before your arrival and we had been advised that it was completed. The caretaker noticed the dock was not straight and called the contractor in to fix it, however he did that during your stay and without advising us. That should not have happened and we have discussed that with the caretaker. I thank your for bring it to our attention. The Sargasso has been off and on this year, unfortunately your arrival convinced with a large amount coming in. Today, less than a week after your departure, the beaches have cleared and the water is crystal clear again in most areas. We hope that you'll take the opportunity to join us again in the future, with a fully accessible dock (you're right, it is the best place for your morning coffee).
