Great location on the beach, quiet, clean, and easy to get to and from town. We had an issue with the TV and the general manager was super responsive and fixed it right away. Using Whatsapp to contact while in Belize was super easy and convenient. Looking forward to our next stay on Ambergris Caye!

We enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at Bermuda Palms. The location was great, close to the bridge and a little removed from the chaos. The apartment was spacious enough for a group of 6 adults. Staff was very responsive, helping us with dinner reservations and sending maintenance quickly when we had an issue with the AC.

First trip to Belize

Property was as advertised. Fun bar on site with good food. Pool was clean and warm. On site phone was not functional. A/C units malfunctioned, repaired the next day. Check out instructions were confusing, supposed to drop off key at a place that seemingly didn't exist so left key in lockbox by door. Beds very comfortable, kitchen adequate, grocery store very close by.

Nice place to stay.

Place was nice. The water in the shower with the tub was quite cool. The pool and beach area was very nice and having Coco locos right there was a great bo. The bedroom on the top floor was what I would call a little rustic. The book in the room for emergency was nice, but it would have been good to see a book about how to use the TV. Also wish there would have been TV's in the bedrooms.

Nice place

The unit was nice and spacious. The beds were fairly comfy. The listing was not completely accurate. It stated there was a gym, so I was looking forward to a few workouts during our 5 day stay. But there was no gym. The listing stated a phone in the unit to make local calls, which there was not. Just a bit disappointed when a listing states something that is not accurate. Overall, we had a nice stay.

The property was clean. The beds are a little dated making sleep less than optimal. I was a little upset that there is a laundry closet that was locked, so we had to pay 20 dollars US to have a load done in town. I felt for the price of the unit this should have been available. The hot water in the back suite was lukewarm at best, however it was great in the front suite and upstairs. The unit is nice, the views are stunning and the swim up bar had a nice bartender. It was a nice stay, however our next rental will be one with available laundry facility on site.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay in Belize. Our hosts were very helpful in arranging our golf carts and transport to and from the airport. Accommodations were clean and well stocked with supplies. Fast response to any questions we had. Bermuda Palms is the perfect location to get to restaurants and an easy drive to Secret Beach. Staff at the poolside Bar were friendly and fun! Gorgeous view.

Beautiful Belize

Jessi has been amazing since the booking took place. Fortunately everything went as planned and didn't run into any speed bumps. The AC worked amazing. Only problem was the bathroom in one bedroom needed a curtain or something cuz water got everywhere. Not a problem for us but can't see the floor lasting long from water damage. Wifi didn't work in the far room but great everywhere else. Overall great experience and would definitely stay again

Great property for family traveling with 3 teenagers. Just north of the bridge, so perfect location as well. Jessi was extremely helpful in arranging a golf cart, excursions, and departure COVID testing. He was also willing to answer any questions we had.

Family vacation in San Pedro

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Jessi made it so easy for us by organizing our golf cart, snorkeling trip and groceries in the condo when we arrived. The condo was clean and just a short golf cart ride into town. Our kids had a blast in the pool and we loved our ocean view from the balcony.

Wish condo had a better equipped kitchen, like working can opener, toaster, pots to cook in. Management did bring us a large pot to cook pasta in when we asked for it. The condo also needed a few more dish towels/dish cloths. Little things like this make a difference. We enjoyed hanging at the pool area, going to secret beach and snorkeling was amazing. Kids enjoyed ice cream and the food trucks at the Truck Stop down the road. Everyone loved a seafood meal at The Hungry Grouper. Delicious and very well priced. Owner/cook/waiter was awesome. Overall, a great time in Belize!

Great island getaway for 18 and up

Jessie was amazing communicating and arranging for transfer from Belize city airport and a golf cart and checking out. Could not have gone smoother. Highly recommend this property with the swim up bar. Lots of local expats frequent it. Very friendly people all over town. Highly recommend Jessie and his team.

Family Trip to Ambergris

Our family of 4 stayed here for 6 nights over Easter. Our daughters are 15 and 11. We didn't end up using the upstairs at all, as our daughters wanted to share the second master bedroom. Pros: Great location just north of the bridge. We liked being here as we felt it was somewhat of a middle point, allowing us to explore both the northern part of the island (we went as far as Secret Beach) all the way down to Mahogany Bay in the south. Location was quiet and there is a market mere steps away. Jessi was great, meeting us at the airport and even helping us transport our luggage to the VRBO. We reserved a golf cart with the property managers in advance of our stay and it was ready for us upon arrival at the airport. We also ordered the "Family Plan" of groceries for $197 and found the amount perfect. We generally had breakfast in the condo, made lunch and snacks a couple of days and enjoyed the water, Belikin beer and orange juice. Super convenient as it was delivered to the condo prior to our arrival. The pool is small but we found it met our needs and was never very crowded. Chairs were almost always available. The bar is great too. Condo has ample towels, both bath and beach. Cons: Our actual arrival at the condo was a bit chaotic, as the cleaners were still there even though it was after 4pm. They missed a few minor things like wiping down the dining table and some kitchen counters. The water in the green master bath never got warm, so we all usually showered in the blue master bath. I found water tended to get all over the floor and raised toilet in the blue bath, however. It seems like the shower wall needs to be extended a bit more to prevent this from happening. Mattress in the green master bedroom could be replaced, there's a definite sag in the middle. Overall, we found the condo roomy and it met our needs. I would recommend this for families.

Excellent location and amenities!

Loved staying at this condo. We had no issues. Jessi was lovely, met us at the airport and helped us get a cab. He checked in through email to make sure we were doing ok. The A/C worked great, the kitchen was well stocked with a French press and plenty of pots and pans. The balcony and s wonderful as well as the pool, bar, and dock. We had a lovely time!

Any questions or issues we had he promptly dealt with. The property was clean and in a great location for the north side of the bridge.Very handy having a grocery store at the top of the lane. We were a group of 5 and found the space comfortable. It should be clearly stated that the bedroom upstairs is well like an attic. 2 single beds a child's table and chairs and no windows. The shower and toilet were let's say a unique design. Our daughters would come down and use ours. The water in the shower in the master never got very hot so everyone showed in 1 bathroom. There wasn't any wine glasses or really enough plates or cutlery for everyone to a meal at the same time. It could be a great rental if there was just a little more attention to details. Overall we had a wonderful time but don't think we would choose this property again unless they put a little more effort into some of the basics.
