2 Schlafzimmer 3 Vollbad Villa direkt am Strand, brandneues King-Size-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, Queen-Size-Gästezimmer sowie eine Queen-Ausziehcouch im Obergeschoss großes Zimmer.
Unsere Villa befindet sich 4, 5 Meilen nördlich von San Pedro in der Mata Grande Gegend, direkt am Strand, nur 75 Minuten vom Wasser entfernt.
Wir bieten kostenloses WLAN, Kabelfernsehen, Reinigungsservice für Aufenthalte von mindestens sechs Nächten und ein Doppelkajak
 für Ihre ausschließliche Verwendung. Wenn Sie möchten, können zusätzliche Kajaks arrangiert werden.
Bei der Ankunft auf der Insel können Sie entweder ein Taxi, ein Boot oder einen geliehenen Golfwagen direkt zur Villa nehmen.
Unser Haus ist eine von 5 Villen in Privatbesitz, die als Caye Villas, Once a coconut plantation, bekannt sind.
Wir haben einen großen Süßwasserpool zum Abspülen nach einem Tag im Meer oder zum Faulenzen und Sonnenbaden.
Direkt hinter den Caye Villas befindet sich ein kleiner Markt, Mata Grande Grocery. Wenn Sie möchten, können Sie alle Proviant online bestellen und bei Ihrer Ankunft in der Villa aufbewahren.
2 sehr schöne Restaurants sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand entlang zu erreichen, Rojo Lounge @ Azul Resort sowie Mambo at Mata Chica.
Ein dritter, einer meiner bevorzugten, (Portofino) schickt ein Boot, um Sie abzuholen und anschließend nach Hause zu bringen. Kontaktinformationen für alle finden Sie im Gästebuch der Villa.

The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked with towels! The property was beautiful and the pool pristine. We truly enjoyed our chill slice of heaven. Damien took care of everything and coordinated transportation. He is on the property and attentive to guests. Charles was an amazing host providing details to help us get to the island and renting carts. This is one the best VRBO properties we have stayed at. Very good quality and value. The property was nice and peaceful. We were welcomed in and assisted with luggage. Maid service was offered only after being there for a day or so, so we declined considering nothing was needed yet. There isn’t really a beach, but there is direct access to the water through a hedge. Nicely maintained pool area and some sand that my kids enjoyed.

Damien teaching us to climb the coconut trees. Being picked up at the beach for an otherworldly snorkeling tour. Beautiful grounds, rustling palms, sparkling pool, outdoor shower with spa quality hair care products. Gorgeous villa with local art and wood carvings. We had the time of our lives!!!

This was a great place to stay for 2 couples! The 2 king beds were very comfortable. The whole house was very clean. Views could not be beat! Damian the care taker was amazing and so thoughtful. The pool was immaculate. We loved the location being in a more quiet spot but close to so many great places! We would definitely stay here again!

The villa perfectly met our expectations, offering a spacious, open design that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Spring Break Stay

We just returned from a stay in Belize at Coco Caye Village. The villas was very cute and comfortable. A crib was provided for our 18 month old. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is large and nice. We would definitely stay there again.

Charles and Michelle made preparing to come to Belize for the first time so easy. They helped us with arranging transportation to their place and golf cart rental for transportation while we were there. We were supported during our stay by Damien the host/grounds keeper, Amparo the house keeper/cook, and Vladimir the night watchman. Our every need and safety was taken care of which allowed us to just relax and play without worry. We had an incredible time and will definitely return. Excellent communication with the owner and property manager. Damian was most helpful and the property was absolutely beautiful. Clean and well maintained. Safe and secure. Great location only 20 mins to San Pedro and about 10-15 min to secret beach. Pool was clean and refreshing as well. Would definitely go back here!

This property was the perfect place to stay in Ambergris Caye. The house itself was spacious and beautiful, Charlie and Michelle were helpful in organizing our transportation to and from, and the caretaker Damian, as well as Vladimir (security guard) and Ampera (housekeeper) were very friendly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, and would stay here again in a heartbeat

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful Island Getaway!

The property was exactly as described, and the property manager, Damian, was fabulous! He was incredibly responsive to any of our questions and made a point of checking in with us almost daily to see if we needed anything. Our family loved being outside of San Pedro, where it felt more quiet and relaxing, but still having easy access to San Pedro, Secret Beach and a wide variety of restaurants on the North Side of the Island. It was also great having the Scuba Daze dock a short walk away, as we loved the snorkeling excursions out to the reef! At the end of the day, it was awesome to come back and take advantage of the pool, the outdoor spaces or just play a game! It was a wonderful vacation!

Great vacation house

What a stunning property! The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious. The beds are super comfortable and having 3 bathrooms in the house is a huge bonus! The property manager Damian is one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve ever met. And Rocky the dog was really fun to have around. It does take a while to get into town so plan accordingly!

We had a great time at this property. Great location, house was very nice and comfortable. Had a couple small issues with the house and they were handle quickly by the on site caretaker. Felt safe at night with the nightly security guard. Overall a great trip and can't wait to go back.

beautiful home away from home

It was a beautiful home, 2 bedroom, 3 bath, and a pull out couch. The kitchen was equipped well. Right on the beach. The caretaker, Damien, was very nice, and efficient with any answers and help. The owner was very nice, and responded quickly to any questions. He paid for a taxi to take us there upon arrival. I would recommend this rental if you are looking for a quiet, yet beautiful home.

AMAZING TRIP

We had the BEST TIME! Friends and family trip - the staff did everything possible to make our trip perfect! Helped with golf carts, tours, and recommendations on things to do in the area. The house was better than expected, wouldn't change a single thing. Can't wait to go back!

Most hospitable vacay ever

We had an amazing time at Coco Caye. The ease of getting there and the accommodation were top notch. Damian and Rocky were the best and most helpful with booking excursions with the best outfitters and in house massages. We had the most relaxing time. Property is clean. And beautiful. The waterfront dock was performed laying on to watch the stars at night. We would definitely book here again!
