Casa de Mango is a spacious beachfront property on the south end of Ambergris Caye, ideal for families or couples. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large pool, and direct beach access, it offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. Enjoy beach chairs for tanning, outdoor showers, a large dock, beach games (cornhole & spikeball), kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and a hammock. The fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and modern amenities ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.
Welcome to your dream island retreat—an exquisite beachfront home with a large pool, nestled on a serene island getaway. Perfect for both families and couples, this property offers the ultimate blend of relaxation, adventure, and luxurious comfort in a stunning natural setting. Our property is equipped with all the modern amenities needed - comfy beds, AC, kitchen appliances, washer and dryers, and a flatscreen TV!
Located just 4.5 miles south of downtown San Pedro, our beachfront property offers a peaceful and relaxing escape in a quiet, safe community. Surrounded by stunning natural beauty, the area is patrolled by a neighborhood watch for added security. Enjoy easy access to nearby restaurants, just a short drive away, where you can savor local cuisine while staying in a serene and private setting, perfect for unwinding and enjoying island life.
The island is growing quickly, with new homes being built nearby. You may hear construction noise during daytime hours.
LOCATION: 4 MILES SOUTH OF DOWNTOWN SAN PEDRO. A golf cart rental will be required for getting around the island and from the property. From Casa de Mango, the golf cart ride into town is about 25 minutes, and can vary depending on the conditions of the dirt roads on the south end of the island.
During your stay, you’re welcome to fully enjoy all the beach amenities offered on the property. Relax by the shore, soak in the sun, or take part in the various outdoor activities available. Treat the property as your own private sanctuary, where you can unwind, escape the everyday, and experience the ultimate in peaceful seclusion.
Other things to note
At Casa de Mango, we are fully licensed by the Belize Tourism Board. With this, the BTB requires primary guests full name, total # of guests, city, state, zip code, passport country of issue and dates of stay. This should match what you will put on your customs paperwork upon entry to Belize.
Bed linens & blankets provided. We do not provide mid-stay cleaning/linen changes, however there is a washer and dryer on site for your needs.
Since our main house roof is made from metal, the rain can be loud at night if you are a light sleeper.
The island community is known for its warmth and friendliness, and occasionally, local fishermen may be seen casting their lines from our docks in the mornings. Please don’t be alarmed—this is simply a part of island life, as they’re just catching bait for the day. It’s a friendly, quiet part of the local culture and adds to the authentic island experience!
During the nights, there are occasionally raccoons if food is left out. Please make sure to not leave food and drinks on the porch and by the pool to ensure raccoons don't come around.

Wer die Natur der Region bewundern möchte, sollte Folgendes besuchen: Belize Barrier Reef und Secret Beach. Ebenfalls einen Besuch wert sind diese beiden Highlights: Reef Runner-Glasbodenboot und GoFish Belize.
