If you are looking for a beautiful villa in the countryside, close to some of the best beaches of the island, a charming place in the middle of nature, where you can share, relax and rest, this property is perfect for you.
THE HOUSE
The villa is located in the south of the village of Campos, very close to the natural park of Es Trenc and its marvellous beach. It has a large plot, outdoor areas and private grove. The house has a great privacy, there are no direct neighbours, so the sensation of peace and tranquillity is excellent.
The house is surrounded by meadows and countryside and the access to the house is easy and asphalted. It has a large porch with outdoor dining area, sofa area and barbecue. A large patio and a really big swimming pool of 12 x 6'5m. The pool is not heated.
The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a lounge dining room, a second lounge and living room with fireplace, a fully fitted kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area and second kitchen, two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms and a third bathroom. All rooms have windows to the south. A cosy villa with multiple spaces to enjoy every moment.
For the youngest guests the house has 2 cots and 2 high chairs.
The villa has Wifi in the main building.
The house is located at the end of a road, so it is very quiet.
IMPORTANT: There are only 2 air conditioners in the whole house. One in the corridor on the upper floor which gives access to three bedrooms. The second one in the large dining room on the ground floor which gives access to the other two bedrooms. These air conditioners allow the bedrooms to be cooled if the bedroom doors are left open. The air conditioners are not inside the bedrooms.
IMPROVEMENTS MADE THIS WINTER FOR THE 2025 SEASON:
1) 100% replacement of mattresses and most box springs.
2) Replacement of main entrance door where water was coming in during heavy windstorms as well as window in second kitchen.
3) Additional roof sealing.
4) Complete overhaul of plumbing in first floor bathrooms.
SERVICES AND PRIVACY
The house and its facilities are totally private.
Guests have access to the entire villa and its outdoor areas.
OTHER IMPORTANT ASPECTS
Bed linen and towels (for the bathroom, not for the pool) are included with the booking.
Check-in from 15:00 . Check-out until 10:00
Pets are not allowed.
The house has 2 cots and 2 high chairs on request. Please let us know in advance if you would like them.
The tourist tax is included in the price.
The consumption of the air conditioners (hot and cold) is not included in the price. The appliances have an independent meter, the consumption will be charged at the end of the stay at a price of 0,19€/KW. This is a low price per kW (the average price in Europe is 0,29€/kW).
During your stay we will be at your disposal whenever you may need us.

Cycling: Whether cycling is a hobby or your passion, the south of the island is a perfect place to start the activity, with endless trails along the coast or inland towards the mountain of Randa. Crystal clear waters, dolphins and a world of nature. Enjoy a boat trip to the island of Cabrera, declared a National Park, can you imagine the beaches of this island, can you imagine diving off the coast?
