(Parsley Palace is situated on 'Juevert' (parsley in Catalan) street in center of Felanitx. It's an old noble town house built in a traditional Majorquin architectural way, thick stonewalls and big arches separating the rooms with French windows looking out to the garden. The house consists of 3 floors, each floor has its own hall, bathroom and terrace, on the ground floor we have a big kitchen with iron framed glass doors towards the garden where you can easily be 2 or 3 families and having the pleasure of cooking together. Just outside there is an old authentic wood oven, perfect for preparing 'lechona', vegetables, pizzas (cocas) and others specialities of the Majorquin kitchen and then enjoy the meal at the big dining table under the huge fairy palm. At the end of the garden you have a smaller pool under the 15 meter high palm tree next to the bamboos. In the garden grows olive tree, lemon tree, rosemary, bays, thyme. jasmine, bougainvillea and of course parsley.


History: After knowing the island for almost 20 years we bought this house to be able to spend authentic quality Mallorca time with our numerous 3, maybe soon 4, generations family and friends and we have been renovating it with pleusure . We spend a lot of effort to restore and preserve the original details and charm. The wood handicraft and stonework are from the beginning of the last century and from high quality material that was in that time used in noble houses. In the kitchen we have combined the old original traditional kitchen with the best modern standard, a 90 cm Smeg stove with 5 burners and a 90 cm electric oven to combine with the traditional wood oven. You can do your shopping by feet, 5 min. from the house you have the market with local produced vegetables and meat, you are also close to the local bodega with an excellent selection of wine from Felanitx and the rest of the island., One of many advantages of living in a village is that you are not depending on a car all the time.

Felanitx: Felantix is located on the island's south east side and is an authentic Mediterranean village spared from Mallorca's summer intensity except on Sundays, when the village's traditional market attracts visitors from all over the island.

There are many small cafes around and close to shops and bus stop. Otherwise, there is Supermercados, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, library, banks, internet cafe and everything else you could imagine having (even an emergency centre).

Nearest beach is s'Arenal Porto Colom (approximately 10 minutes by car). Palma Airport is 45 km west. There are daily buses going to the beach in Porto Colom (around 8 buses roundtrip a day), Palma and to other locations.

Around the village there is wide range of activities such as golf, horse riding, cycling, tennis and hiking. You can rent bicycles.
One of the island's better golf courses, Vall d'Or is at approximately 10. min drive. In five minutes you come to the Son Menuts, which offers horseback riding.

Activities: In Felanitx there is also a public 25 meters indoor swimming pool with sauna, jacuzzi and hamman. If you want to play tennis or paddle there are new rebuilt courts available.
Felanitx is also famous for it's wine where in between others international recognized Amena Negre is produced.

If you are interested in art Felanitx has always been on the artscene and since a couple of years been put on the map thanks to word famous Miquel Barcelo, born some blocks away 1957.
You will find several high standard galleries, ceramics and private ateliers.
