Wonderful stay . Frederic was easy to get a hold of and accommodating to any travel requests . This was my fourth visit to Paris and first to st germain neighborhood and would highly recommend this place for a great location. Walkable to everything and directly across from metro. Apartment was lovely, and clean. Squeaky floors but just added to the character overall. Lots of storage and everything you could need for a stay. We truly enjoyed ourselves. If you’re on the fence, book it.

Loved our stay. Great location close to Louve, Notre Dame, and many other popular destinations. Many great restaurant and cafe options within walking distance. Quiet apartment away from street noise. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location with easy access to the train and cafes. Flat was stocked with all the amenities you could need. Only real negative was the flooring which we had to walk around gingerly given their age not to disturb the neighbors below.

Absolutely the best location. Steps from bus and metro lines. Superb shopping and restaurants. Charm of Old Paris. Kitchen is well stocked if you choose to eat in and dining area and sitting room comfortable to relax after a day of experiencing the great city of Paris. Would reserve again without hesitation.

Whilst this apartment is in a good location, the lounge andDining furniture is very nice (but different to the photos), it was clean and communication from host was excellent we we’re disappointed with the apartment over all. It’s much older then it appears in photos, The bin was broken and we only had one bin liner for 6 nights and the bathroom needs some attention- the shower didn’t drain and there is mould on the roof.There is a lot of conversation on the reviews about the floors. They are sooop creaky, as is the apartments above and some of the boards near the dining table are so bad it feels like you could easily fall through. Unlike other reviews we found the floors a real impact on our enjoyment. Whilst we were there we had some troubles with the hot water service too. The term “luxury” in any language would indicate a much higher quality than this apartment offers. The curtains in the main bedroom are torn. The towels are ok but not great at all. The lighting is also poor, especially in the main bedroom and the wardrobes are old, doors get stuck. The kitchen is well equipped but you simply wouldn’t want to eat at home and creak around the place for fear of upsetting neighbours. Saint Germaine is one of the nicest areas we have stayed in Paris and this apartment is certainly close to all the great spots. It is just not a luxury nor good value in our opinion

Can’t recommend this place enough! The flat was clean, spacious, and one of the best-stocked rentals we’ve ever stayed in — especially the kitchen, which was thoughtfully stocked with oils, vinegars, spices, and coffee. It was so well-stocked we decided to stay in and cook one night and felt right at home! Just was important, we slept snugly and soundly, as the space is very quiet at night. We also really appreciated having both a washer and dryer which can be hard to come by.The flat is in a vibrant neighborhood and just across the street from the Saint-Sulpice Métro station, making it easy to get around Paris. The hosts were communicative and responsive, and they even welcomed us with champagne upon arrival. Très magnifique!

Perfect location! Easy to get everywhere. Carfour across the street which was nice. Cafe on the corner was perfect for quick bfast or lunch. Nice sheets, plush pillows, very spacious.

Excellent location. Good apartment for a family of four. Functional appliances/amenities in good condition (washer/dryer, shower, dishwasher, oven/stove, etc). Comfortable beds. One toilet in a separate room from the shower. Floors are VERY creaky due to age of the building (but even the wood floors are pretty). The apartment does not face the street but instead opens to two courtyards which provides privacy and a quiet stay. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Wonderful property. Amazing location. Great host. The one thing I would mention is the floors are hard wood and very squeaky so it’s hard not to make noise when walking around. The neighbors below knocked on our door because our footsteps were loud even though we were being as quiet as possible. That was a little stressful. Otherwise, everything was great!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in a perfect location in Paris. Frederic was so responsive to all my needs. Most of all the apartment is spacious modern and so clean…better than the pictures. I would definitely rent here again should I have the joy of returning to Paris.

Beautiful property. Great location. Easy check in. Shower was wonderful!! 2 adults stayed which was perfect. However I would not stay with kids, loud talkers or people who walk heavily. We whispered in the apt as we were trying to be respectful of the neighbors
