Dieses Triplex-Apartment in der Nähe des École des Beaux-Arts liegt im Herzen des schicken Saint-Germain des Prés und bietet einen einzigartigen Geschmack eines der historischsten Viertel von Paris. Von der eigenen Terrasse genießen Sie einen Panoramablick über die Dächer der Stadt.

Die Wohnung ist im komfortablen Art-Deco-Stil eingerichtet und besteht aus einem Wohn- / Esszimmer, einer separaten Küche und einem WC auf der Eingangsebene.

Die Wohnung ist auf allen drei Ebenen voll klimatisiert, was in Paris äußerst selten ist.

Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, eines in der unteren Etage mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem eigenen Bad mit einer Badewanne mit Löwenfüßen (mit Dusche) und einem WC sowie einem Ankleide- / Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das zweite Queen-Schlafzimmer in der obersten Etage, das einst als Künstlerstudio genutzt wurde, bietet ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC. Dieses Schlafzimmer bietet eine private Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick über die Dächer von Paris, den Eiffelturm, den Louvre, die Türme von Notre-Dame und den Sacré-Cœur. Der perfekte Ort, um einen abendlichen Drink zu genießen und den Sonnenuntergang über den großen Monumenten der Stadt der Lichter zu beobachten.

Die drei Ebenen der Wohnung sind durch eine antike Holztreppe verbunden. Für Gäste mit eingeschränkter Mobilität kann der Zugang schwierig sein. Bitte berücksichtigen Sie dies vor der Buchung.

Die Nachbarschaft ist voller Geschichte. Nur wenige Schritte entfernt liegt das berühmte Café La Palette, in dem um die Jahrhundertwende talentierte junge Künstler der nahe gelegenen Ecole des Beaux-Arts kostenlose Mahlzeiten angeboten wurden, die gegen Bilder ausgetauscht wurden. Zu diesen Künstlern gehörten Cézanne, Braque und Picasso. Einer der beiden Speisesäle des Restaurants ist als historisches Denkmal eingestuft und beherbergt immer noch berühmte Werke von Künstlern, die vor mehr als einem Jahrhundert dort gegessen haben. This apartment is incredible - the character and the warmth make you feel like you're at home, the views are absolutely unbeatable, and the location is phenomenal. The rooftop terrace is lovely and being able to lay in bed at night and watch the Eiffel Tower feels like a dream. We stayed with our two kids and they loved the spiral staircases and the views, and we spent some lovely evenings on the Pont des Arts bridge listening to music and enjoying the sunsets. Our whole stay at this apartment really did feel magical and made our trip to Paris so special, and we hope to get the chance to stay here again in the future!

Our family stayed for a week and were absolutely in love with the apartment and its location. The location is walking distance to many, many amazing restaurants and dining options, the metro, and Notre Dame and the Louvre. There is plenty of privacy, quiet for sleeping, comfortable beds and couches, and the bathrooms are large with excellent showers/ baths. The kitchen, although small, is fully functional and met our needs. The rooftop provides amazing views of the Eiffel Tower and surrounding city, especially at night. It was hot (summer so to be expected) but at night was perfect with a glass of wine to relax after a day of exploring and experiencing Paris. We rate our experience an 11/10 and highly recommend both the host and the apartment.

This is a fantastic apartment for 3 or 4 adults. Nothing beats the rooftop patio with a view of the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Notre Dame, Sacre Couer, and many other landmarks! Not to mention the rooftops of Paris. Jean Francois and Elizabeth made communication and check-in simple and stress-free. Having two bedrooms and two full baths (plus a half bath on the main level) gave us plenty of room to spread out. The location was perfect - an easy walk to most sights and many cafes and shops. The spiral staircases to each of the bedrooms could be challenging if you have any mobility or balance issues, but we had no difficulty. This place is a true Parisian gem! I truly hope we are able to return some day!

On a positive note, our check-in representative Jean Francois was extremely nice and professional. HOWEVER… the apartment was essentially unusable for us. The air-conditioning was not working properly, and it was extremely hot, especially in the upper floor bedroom. Even more importantly, because of the EXTREMELY narrow – and in my estimation, unsafe – spiral stairs to the upper and lower bedrooms, we were unable to take Luggage to our rooms, but the host suggested we leave our bags in the central living area and “carry up what we needed every night.“ Not acceptable, given that our wives had many hanging clothes that they didn’t want to just leave sitting in the suitcase. Finally, my wife has a bad ankle and would’ve been unable to get to either bedroom and would’ve had to sleep on the sofa in the den. We checked out after about an hour and a half and went to a nice hotel. In fairness, the host was kind enough to give us a partial reimbursement, but in the future, I think you might want to be much more transparent about how difficult it is to access the bedrooms and how spotty the air-conditioning could be. Thank you for your understanding.

This apartment was amazing! The views of Paris’s landmarks are included in the views. The Eiffel Tower is on display day and by glorious night. The downstairs bedroom is perfect if you need a desk to work at and the bed is super comfortable.The upstairs bedroom includes a large balcony with all of the Paris views but that bed is very hard. The entrance room has a small but very functional kitchen and the dining area and sitting area are very comfortable! Perfect location in St. Germain! The hostess, Elizabeth, is incredible. If I owned a VRBO in Paris, I would want her to be my manager!!

Amazing property

This property is absolutely amazing. It’s in a great neighborhood and gives you the true Parisian experience with its winding staircases, decor, and the most amazing view of the Eiffel Tower from the upstairs bedroom that is encased in glass. It was very clean, we were met upon arrival to show us the property and give us a tour of how to work everything, the beds were comfortable, and everything worked properly. You won’t go wrong choosing this location for your Paris experience.

Amazing location and property

The property was beautiful and safe. The location was amazing- you can see almost everything from the rooftop terrace including the July 14th fireworks! It was a life saver to have air conditioning with the global heat wave that was happening this summer. You will not be disappointed with this property.

This apartment is fantastic! Great conventient location near multiple metro lines/central to tourism sites, plenty of grocers, cafes, bakeries within a short walk, and QUIET. I've never stayed in a city location so quiet. Very comfortable. AC!!

Wonderful stay in an amazing location

Truly loved the location of this property. The view from the upstairs bedroom and porch were remarkable. The kitchen is tiny but incredibly functional. The spiral staircases would be very difficult or impossible if the occupants had any mobility limitations. The furniture and upstairs mattress could be more comfortable. But access to that area is limited/difficult. Planning on going and staying here again. Property managers awesome!

Excellent location and views

This place is a true gem in the best Paris location to see many of the sites. Notre Dame, St. Chappelle, the Louvre, the Musee d'Orsay, Cluny Museum, all within walking distance. From the upstairs bedroom you can lie in bed and see the Eiffel Tower. There are narrow spiral staircases to get to each bedroom, but as long as you are not handicapped, or have knee issues, it is no problem. Love, love, love this place.

40th anniversary trip

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do, easily walkable to several locations and activities. The rooftop sitting area has incredible views across the city, including the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is classic French style and comfortable. The only challenge are the 2 tight spiral staircases leading up and down to the bedrooms. Couldn’t get our large suitcases up and down, but we managed. Overall a very nice property and experience.

We loved the apartment and Ms Elizabeth. Luggage was lost and she retrieved it and a lost earring in the drain. The owner was very helpful also! The location was pretty central for all our travels within and around the city. The roof top was amazing and the apartment was spacious. Loved the downstairs bathroom with the huge tub. The spiral staircases up & down inside the apartment are very small! Thankful for the gorgeous windows in every room that open, it was in the 90’s. It was comfortable with open windows as the AC was pretty much non expectant. We would all stay there again!

Great Place!

From the top bedroom you can see the Eiffel Tower and Ferris wheel lit up at night. Very beautiful. Bed linens very nice. Space is large. Perfect for 4 people. Large bathrooms. Beautifully decorated. Great location close to everything. Aries checked us in and showed us how to work everything. Careful to make sure you are nimble enough to negotiate the spiral staircases especially with luggage.

Lovely apartment

We love using VRBOs when we stay in Paris. This one was really nice. The only thing amiss was the downstairs shower was hard to adjust and the shower head sprayed all over. So we all used the upstairs shower. No biggie. Other than that, really lovely. Perfect location.

We were greeted right on time for our arrival and shown all the workings of the apartment. The apartment is spacious - exactly as pictured. Kitchen is small but perfectly functional. We didn't use it much other than for coffee and drinks. Loved the Nespresso machine. We kept our large suitcases in the main living room rather than worrying about getting them up and down the spiral staircase; this worked out fine. The views from the rooftop deck are magical. We spent every evening up there. The location is amazing, with cafes, bistros, bakeries, everything you need is close by. We had a terrific stay and are already talking about when we can come back again.

Excellent Location. View of Eiffel Tower

Property was as expected based on photos and description. Charming with lovely views and walking distance to many museums and gardens. Temps were in the high 80s during our visit but careful use of the window shades and the 3 a/c units kept us comfortable (not ice cold like in the US, but definitely cool by European standards). Building was quiet and felt very safe and secure. Kitchen very small but well stocked. Oven, cooktop, coffeemaker, dishwasher, washing machine all worked well. This is an incredible location with a tiny grocery directly across the street and numerous cafes, shops, pharmacies, etc. within walking distance. Would happily stay here again and again.

Amazing views!

A cute seemingly spacious Parisian apartment in a great location with amazing views of the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coer! I don’t regret staying here but probably wouldn’t stay again, we knew the spiral, wooden, creaky staircases were part of the experience but having to navigate both to go into different bedrooms was inconvenient. It really splits the apartment into separate areas. The top floor bedroom has magnificent views that we cherished every night. Eventually made my teens sleep up there because the bed was so uncomfortable lol! Also there were no utensils in the kitchen, should have contacted host but were simply too exhausted every evening. Location is phenomenal and we did have a great trip.
