Villadisneyorlando

Das Hotel liegt in der schönen, exklusiven Wohnanlage High Grove in Clermont, einer kleinen, exklusiven Wohnanlage mit 160 Häusern, die sich alle durch ihren wunderschönen mediterranen Stil auszeichnen. Das Hotel liegt am Ende des 192, nur 10 km von Disney entfernt. Das Resort selbst verfügt über ein wundervolles Clubhaus mit Zugang zu Computern, Faxgeräten und Kopierern, einen Fitnessraum, ein Spielezimmer und einen großen beheizten Pool mit Whirlpool. Draußen befindet sich eine Parkanlage mit Minigolf.

Unsere vollklimatisierte Villa besteht aus einem freistehenden Haus mit vier Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern sowie einem Pool und einem Spa. Alle Schlafzimmer haben 32 "Smart (WiFi) Fernseher mit Spectrum (unser Äquivalent zu SKY). Das Haus hat einen offenen Grundriss zum Erdgeschoss mit separatem Waschraum und Spielzimmer in der Garage mit Airhockey, Billardtisch und Tischtennis. Es gibt auch ein Duschbad im Erdgeschoss, das auch zum Außenpoolbereich führt. Im ersten Stock befinden sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, zwei Zweibettzimmer und ein Familienbadezimmer. Die Liegenschaft befindet sich am See und genießt wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge über dem See, sehr entspannend nach Ihrem Tag in den Parks. Kostenloses WiFi inklusive.

Ab unserem eigenen Aufenthalt im Oktober 2018. Die Lounge hat jetzt eine neue zweiteilige Suite mit neuem Teppich und neuen Couchtischen und Beistelltischen. Alle Schlafzimmer haben brandneue 32 "Smart-Fernseher.
Im Rahmen unseres Aufenthalts im April 2019 wurden ein 55-Zoll-Smart-TV und einige Außenbeleuchtung hinzugefügt.

Die Außenfassade der Unterkunft ist zudem durch eine 24-Stunden-Videoüberwachung geschützt

Etwas außerhalb der Wohnanlage befindet sich eine irische Bar mit dem Namen "Devenneys". Auf der Außenterrasse wird Essen serviert, Unterhaltung geboten und die Sportarten werden im Fernsehen gezeigt. Dies ist nicht zu unterschätzen, dass Sie tatsächlich von unserer Villa aus zu einem Pub gehen können. Es ist etwa 500 Meter und alles innerhalb der sicheren Wohnanlage.

Die Mindestaufenthaltsdauer beträgt 7 Tage

Für die Poolheizung wird bei Bedarf eine zusätzliche Gebühr von £ 17 erhoben. 15 pro Tag

Ich stehe in Kontakt mit dem Hausbesitzer von nebenan, der auch Ferienwohnungen von ähnlicher Größe anbietet. Wenn Sie also 2 Villen nebeneinander für größere Gruppen wünschen, erkundigen Sie sich bitte.

Nothing but good things to say, house was immaculate and in a great quiet neighborhood. Was great to get a little bit of distance from the tourist chaos traffic around Disney, we were able to zip out and find food options without getting stuck in terrible traffic. The location of the house was private with a lovely view of wildlife in the pond area.Turtles, gators baby ones,otters, bald eagles and plenty of herrons.The pool was great we had it heated for the month and 3 or 4 times their were men to maintain the cleanliness.Kitchen was spacious and plenty of room to prepare meals. Would have been nice to have a bedroom on the first floor for the older crowd.Game room was a nice additon also to get your competitive spirit going.

This house was perfect for us, its in a quiet neighborhood, and we had a nice corner spot with a pond behind us. There were lots of birds and other wildlife. Large spacious villa, with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Lovely corner plot with amazing views of the wildlife…saw gators, turtles & huge variety of birds. Kids loved the games room. Incredibly Clean, Great Location

Had an excellent time at this location. Host was super responsive, and the place was impeccably clean. There's a few spots where a new coat of paint might be needed, but zero real complaints from me. Great location, close to groceries, Starbucks, etc. Heated pool and spa were perfect, and furniture was very comfortable Hope to stay again next time I'm in the area.

2nd visit to an excellent property

Clean, spacious, well equipped property with comfortable beds only 30 mins from Disney. Excellent pool area with uninterrupted views over a small lake with loads of wildlife - turtles, birds and a gator while we were there. The house is on a great plot and is very well maintained. A real home from home. We hope to return again in the future.

Fantastic Villa in Clermont

We just returned from a fantastic 2-week stay at this villa, and it’s hands down the best property we’ve stayed in during our many holidays to Orlando. Located in a peaceful, well-maintained gated community, it offered the perfect balance of comfort and convenience.The villa is an ideal base for visiting Disney and other attractions, and when we wanted a break from the parks, the private pool and sun-soaked patio area were perfect for relaxing. The outdoor space gets sunshine almost all day — a real bonus!There are plenty of amenities nearby, including a massive Walmart just minutes away, making it easy to stock up on groceries and essentials.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again — highly recommended!.

Mid vacation stay. Clean on arrival and all in good order. Wi-Fi and speed was excellent. All utensils etc required for self catering. 4 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms all in excellent order..Pool are pool and patio furniture were great. Best Fall Break

We had the best time staying at this immaculate, conveniently located, quiet retreat of a vacation home. The first morning we were greeted by two sandhill cranes outside the kitchen window! The home had every amenity we were looking for including a bedroom for each of us (myself and my three children), a fully operational game room, pool toys for the pool, and a heated hot tub for soaking after a long day of fun at Disney World. The kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals on the few occasions that we cooked. We will definitely be back!

Family holiday to theme parks

The villa was excellent. The location was perfect for Disney parks. We walked the short distance to the local bar which was just outside the entrance high grove and walked a couple of times to some local shops. Also, publix, Aldi and Walmart(actually walkable) are close by too. The pool was lovely and the games too was, for us, an added bonus. We also used the pool at the hub which was larger but didn’t use any of the other facilities as we didn’t have time. The villa is spacious and well equipped.

Fantastic Villa choice

Having stayed in Orlando a few times over the years you need a few things to really make the villa work, this place ticks all those boxes. You need to be genuinely close to Disney, this is 20 mins and you pass all the restaurants on your way home. Secondly it needs to be clean and modern (at least modern by Florida standards), this one also meets that ask. It’s modern, open plan and spotless. Finally you need all the amenities promised in the adverts such as good clean pool, proper games room and all the kitchen gadgets, again this has all you need. So would recommend to anyone and return if we come to Orlando again

Amazing experience and so clean

We had an enjoyable stay in your beautiful Villa. Everything was spotless, clean and fresh. Property was as described in the listing there were no surprises. The property had everything that you would need during a stay. This was my first time renting through Vrbo and I was quit nervous as I normally rent through a management company for safety reasons but this experience was better than expected and I will do again. Comfortable Stay/Has Potential

My family recently stayed at this property. Communication with the property owner was very good. First floor has been updated, but second floor (carpet and bathrooms) need updates. Property had a musty odor. Even after I washed our clothes at home, they still had a smell. Maybe increased ventilation of filtration would improve this. Location was a reasonable drive to Disney and was located on a nice quiet community.

Overall a very nice property, our family enjoyed our stay. The location was great for us, Universal about 35 minutes away, Disney 20. The pool and hot tub was nice, got plenty of usage. The rooms were big and found the beds comfortable. Some things could be updated, the kitchen chairs are either torn or heavily stained. The stove and dish washer was new, although they left the old ones in the garage along with the boxes kind of got in the way if the kids wanted to play ping-pong. The house just needs a little TLC, starting to show it's age a little. Over all we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying again.

The villa is owned by Harris Shields Collection Ltd. We own a chain of Estate and Lettings Agents in East and North Yorkshire. We are members of the NAEA ( National Association of Estate Agents). It means we follow a code of conduct and whilst this does not stretch to Florida, we hope it can re-assure you that we have a presence in the UK and are a respectable law abiding and long standing company with a good reputation.

We viewed many properties before we purchased this one. The reason we purchased this property was.

a) Exclusive gated community.

b) One of the cleanest and best kept communities we saw.

c) A club house with a gym as well as games room, community pool and lounge.

d) There is a pub/restaurant just outside the gates so you can actually walk to a bar/restaurant without driving, it will take 10 minutes to walk it. It doesn't get any better than that.

e) The pool area has a great outlook towards a lake and some wooded area, very tranquil.

f) Inside the villa has a lovely open plan feel and felt like a home to us.

g) The parks are all within a close reasonable distance as well as all the bars/restaurants/takeaway, stores and supermarkets that you will ever need.

Upscale and upmarket gated community, probably one of the cleanest smartest developments of the general area with full clubhouse facilities free for our guests to use including a gym.
