Nice place, excellent location!

This apartment is small, but has everything you need! It's quiet, in a great neighborhood...transportation close, grocery close...and a really good bakery just across the street :) The apartment office is right next door...very helpful staff. Excellent stay!

Pleasant accommodations and GREAT location!

It was great that the Aparteasy Head Office is at the base of the building. I had a very pleasant check in with the Aparteasy Representative. This apartment was recommended by a friend. The pictures make it look a bit bigger than in person, but as a single traveller, it was more than enough space for me. It was clean and safe neighbourhood and steps away from Diagonal Metro Station and with its 3 lines connects you to pretty much anything you want to see while in Barcelona. The location was easily walkable to pretty much everything as well. The area restaurants were a pleasant surprise as well. Overall, I was very happy with the accommodations and neighbouring area and amenities.

appartement bien situé

Logement propre, très bien situé, tout est accessible à pied (35 min pour le vieux centre), dans un immeuble vieillot assez bruyant. Un peu sombre. Remise des clés facile. Agence qui fait le service minimum juste à côté.

séjour en couple

l'appartement est propre mais assez sombre. l'emplacement est parfait, près du métro et du centre ville. il n'y a aucun bruit ce qui est très appréciable dans une grande ville. proximité immédiate des commerces ( boulangerie en face ) et des restaurants dans les petites rues de gracia. je recommande ++ la climatisation dans la chambre

A very tiny apartment

We were greeted by Kate who was absolutely fabulous and was the shining star of our experience at this VRBO. She was bubbly and friendly, and she gave us great tips for our last evening in Barcelona. I booked this apartment at the last minute, and I have to say that we were disappointed by it. It was very small. I was there with my 2 teenage daughters, and we could barely turn around without bumping into each other. There was hardly any floor space for our bags, especially when the sofa bed was pulled out. The "closet" was just a shallow inset in the wall of the bedroom with a few hangers and shelves - not very user friendly (especially when you could barely stand between the bed and the wall). The apartment also smelled musty and unpleasant. I was shocked when the instructions read we had to take out our own garbage! Hmmm. I had another apartment rental earlier in our trip which was the same price for far better value (much more spacious and beautifully decorated)- and they both had excellent locations. So,the only good things to say about the place is the location and Kate. All in all, not good value...
