Sie wurden mit dem Exklusiv Meisterwerk des modernistischen Architekten Antoni Gaudi, die Sagrada Familia zu bewundern gewählt, weil wir keinen Zweifel, die die erstaunlichsten Ansichten in der ganzen Stadt. Unsere centric Luxuswohnungen werden von katalanischem Tourismusbüro lizenziert und sind komplett ausgestattet: hochwertige Bettwäsche, frische Handtücher und alles, was Sie in der Küche brauchen. AA, Heizung, kostenloser WLAN-Internetzugang und SAT-TV .Wir ist Artur und Joana. Wir leben in der gleichen buiding und unterstützen Sie mit besten Tipps und Sportevents. Nachdem sind eine Rezeption wir sehr flexibel. Minivan Shuttle in 20 Minuten vom / zum Flughafen.

Alle Wohnungen verfügen über zwei Schlafzimmer mit Balkon und 20 m2 Wohnzimmer hat 2 weitere Balkone, die die Kathedrale der Hauptfassade gegenüber. Viel, viel Natur des Lichts in der ganzen Wohnung!. Sehr große Terrasse (125 m2) ist nur ein Traum für Sonnenanbeter und Liebhaber der großen Ansichten wahr werden. Spanisches Frühstück, am besten Kappen und darin Angeboten Diners. Tapas Restaurants, frische Lebensmittel-Markt und eine hervorragende Anbindung an allen Standorten nur 50 Meter von der Wohnung

Wonderful stay in Barcelona

I do recommend to stay in one of Arturo’s flats looking on the Sagrada familia cathedral. Fantastic roof top terrasse too.

What a treat to be near the Sagrada Familia

This place is great, you have a clear view of Sagrada Familia from the Living Room. We went to the roof and could stay up there for a while. Only key is that there are stairs required, no elevator. Would stay there again.

Fantastic

It was a great location with stunning views of sagrada famillia and great access to the metro and hop on and off bus. It has a lovely roof top terrace that you have access to which gives you 360 view of Barcelona which is lovely day and night. All the staff were really helpful which was great.

Amazing place, great hosts

This is an amazing apartment to be able to view La Sagrada Familia 24/7, including the roof deck. With Barcelona’s extensive public transportation, it’s so easy to get to all parts of the city from here. The hosts were very helpful with recommendations. Breathtaking

Skip the photo/selfie spot and enjoy from your living room. The view of the basilica in the morning light is truly stunning. Arturo and his staff were wonderful. Try the cafe next door for some authentic Catalan cuisine. Dw & Lindsey.

Great View/Great Location

Charming apartment with spectacular view. We walked to almost everything we wanted to see in Barcelona. Took subway only once. Owner lives on site and everyone is exceptionally nice. Some things to know is it’s not loaded with kitchen utensils so making a big family dinner may be challenge, didn’t bother us, but it may others.

The location is superb. We had a view of Sagrada Familia from our living room window. It is also an easy walk from the subway. There are plenty of restaurants and stores near the apartment. We were able to buy some fruits and milk for breakfast from a nearby grocery store. The bedrooms are sound proofed which helps with traffic noise from the street below.

Wonderful views, great apartment

This apartment was perfect for our family. Watching the Sagrada Familia being built whilst we ate breakfast was a great start to the day. There were also amazing views from the rooftop terrace. The apartment was conveniently located near to a metro to access the rest of Barcelona's top sights. It was clean, and although our washing machine didn't work we could have used the one in reception. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great visit.

Amazing property

This was a perfect fit for our family of 5 (3 teens 18/16/14). The view was magnificent, located 2 min walk to subway, eateries, ice cream & grocery. We were able to get everywhere in the city from this location. The apartment was very clean and we even cooked dinner our last night to take in the view of Sagrada Família. Check in was easy, very responsive and friendly staff. Highly Recommend!!

Perfect in every way

Where to begin? Checking in and out was flawless and we felt very welcome. The clean, stylish, air-conditioned rental offered us a wonderful retreat from the heat of the day. Love The View

This apartment is in a great location, and the spectacular view of Sagrada Familia gave us the opportunity to see so many more details and perspectives in different lighting. The host and his team were extremely helpful with transportation and check-in given our flight cancellation challenges. Location near the Metro stations was a huge plus. Apartment is clean and just as advertised. They even did our laundry for us since our washer was waiting for a repair part. We highly recommend.

COVID SUCKS

Due to the reset pandemic we were unable to travel but Arturo has been wonderful and has allowed us to travel in 2021 without losing our deposit. Because of this I give him 5 stars and we are looking forward to 2021.

One night of wonder....

We stayed at Gaudi's Nest for just one day & night on our way in to Barcelona for a cruise. Hosts Artur and Joana were fabulous in ensuring even our brief stay was enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable and had most conveniences. And the view was SPECTACULAR, overlooking La Sagrada Familia. Artur helped in giving us an overview of the neighborhood, adding suggestions for what to do/see and where to eat. He even provided taxi service for us directly to our ship. The only downside is the lack of elevator - since we were taking a 10-night cruise with two adults & two young children, our luggage was extensive. Artur was a true workhorse in carrying several bags up the stairs for us. (He hopes to have a small elevator installed by October 2011). The area is safe and accessible to many different attractions including the tourist Hop-on-Hop-off bus. The apartment was quiet and had ample space and amenities. Taxi from the airport was about 35 Euro. It would be about 50 Euro to go to the airport to cover the airport fee. I would highly recommend this location for any stay in Barcelona.

Unique!

We really enjoyed our stay! I was surprised at how engrossing it was to have the Sagrada Familia constantly in view. It is so complex that I was always noticing new details, and we saw some of the construction process. The park between the apartment and La Sagrada is popular and can be noisy if the windows are open, particularly on Friday and Saturday nights. We enjoyed watching the constant stream of people getting photographed in front of the pond with the church behind them. The neighborhood is nice with many restaurants nearby, including two good ones right down stairs. When we arrived we were told that the washer/dryer was broken and waiting for parts. The staff did some laundry for us in the machine at the office and delivered it back to our room clean and folded at no charge, Very nice. Communication was excellent for check-in and check-out, and the staff arranged for our early morning taxi to the airport. As noted in the listing it is an old building and there is no elevator, and there is no elevator. The "second floor" unit we were in was actually on the third floor. That wasn't a deal breaker for our two couples of senior citizens.

Wunderbare FeWo im Herzen der Stadt

Wir haben schöne Tage in dieser FeWo verbracht. Sie liegt in einem angenehmen Viertel der Stadt, guter Anschluss an U-Bahn und Touristenbus. Mit dem öffentlichen Bus vor der Haustür ist man in 10 Minuten am Strand - perfekt!Artur ist ein umsichtiger und hilfsbereiter Vermieter - seine Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind sehr hilfreich. Treppensteigen muss man in seinem Haus - wird aber auch belohnt durch die einmalige Ausssicht auf die Sagrada Familia. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Kücheneinrichtung etwas spärlich.Wir können diese FeWo weiterempfehlen!

Awesome location in Barcelona

The apartment lived up to the pictures on the VRBO site. Every morning, I woke up early just to see the morning light hit the face of Sagrada Familia's nativity side. The apartment is in the best location, across from Sagrada Familia separated by a park with lots of people there. We watched people from early morning to 2AM at the park. Awesome apartment and location. The apartment was furnished with all amenities for our stay. The air conditioner, clothes washer and dish washer worked. It was very easy for us to get to Barri Gotic and La Ramblas from the apartment. I would stay at the apartment next time I am in Barcelona and would recommend the apartment to our friends (which we have posted in our travel blog). Thanks Arthur for fantastic place to begin our vacation. Arthur was there to greet us, oriented us and showed us to the room. When we had difficulties with adjusting the hot water in the shower he had that adjusted for us. Fantastic care from Arthur.
