1 Schlafzimmer Duplex Penthouse Apartment mit Meerblick in der beliebten Ferienanlage Parque Santiago 1. Der Komplex befindet sich in erster Linie zum Meer und die Wohnung befindet sich an der Vorderseite des Komplexes (9 Türen vom Meer entfernt). Es ist komplett ausgestattet für einen schönen Familienurlaub und umfasst; Lounge mit offener Küche und Terrassentüren zur Terrasse. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett mit Einbauschränken und ein komplettes Badezimmer. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Auswahl an TV-Kanälen wie BBC 1, ITV und sogar Sky Sports 1,2,3 und 4. Das Schwimmbad ist beheizt und es gibt eine schöne Snack-Bar mit einer guten Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für maximal 4 Personen, (2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern) Das Anwesen ist komplett mit einer hellen, offenen Küche im modernen Stil ausgestattet. Es gibt eine integrierte Mikrowelle mit Grillmöglichkeit und einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Das Badezimmer wurde kürzlich modernisiert und ist komplett mit einer begehbaren Dusche, Toilette, Waschbecken und Bidet ausgestattet. Die Wohnung hat eine eigene schnelle Wifi-Geschwindigkeit, in die Sie sich kostenlos einloggen können. Alles, was Sie sich im Urlaub wünschen, ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt auf den flachen Fußgängerpromenaden, die zu den schönen Stränden führen. Fantastic holiday apartment in a great location

Everything we needed this apartment had. Very clean, spacious like home from home. The little touches of bread, milk, butter tea and coffee were great for when we arrived. Communication with owners was spot on. Pool area great and a very friendly atmosphere. Would highly recommend this property and will definitely be booking again.

Enjoyable

Apartment is clean, tidy and modern. Gets great afternoon sun on the balcony and has everything we needed for our stay. Great location to shops, bars and restaurants. Only issue we had was the bed which squeaks loudly with any movement. Other than that no hesitation at staying here again.

Thank you for your kind review. We have considered Air conditioning for the apartment. The problem is where to put the condenser unit outside. It would have to go on the terrace and space is limited. Great location

Really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful flat, great amenities, close to all shops, bars and restaurants. Host was amazing, everything explained clear as day. Complex has great swimming pool although didn’t use as I had the sun all day in my balcony. It was great having the sea view and sitting watching the surfers. Would highly recommend and I will certainly stay again. Ps. Thanks for the provisions left for my arrival, lovely touch.

I met Judith Bateman and her husband personally and they did not mention this which is disappointing. We have had a new kitchen and new bathroom as are all the windows and shutters. The sofa and the beds are new and also the boiler. Maybe it is the pricing as I think Judith usually books direct with a friend / owner a few doors down so it will be cheaper without the Homes & Away commissions. Reading other reviews, i feel proud of the apartment as most guests feel highly satisfied. We get great compliments of the cleanliness of the property as our cleaners and maintenance are very thorough and conscientious. We even let the clients stay until 3pm on their departure day.

Wonderful winter sun

We have just returned from a lovely two week stay in this apartment. The communication with the owners was exceptional, they responded quickly to any of our questions. Karen, in particular was very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was very clean and well equipped. The biggest selling point is the position, it has a lovely sunny balcony and has easy access to shops and restaurants. We slept very well and was not disturbed by traffic noise or other residents. The apartment block appeared to be a mixture of residents and holiday makers. Everyone we met was very friendly. The pool area is beautifully kept, there is a charge for the use of the sun beds. We used the bar for breakfast and lunch. It was reasonably priced with friendly service. The bar allowed us to store our luggage with them on our departure day as we had made use of this facility. In our opinion the only drawbacks are that the apartment is on the third floor with no lift. It was fine on a day to day basis but was quite a challenge with suitcases etc and might be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. One of the other residents told us that a lift is being put in later this year. Our other comment would be that the shower enclosure is in need of some TLC. However, this would not stop us booking again and would love to return.

La situation du Duplex est très bien, la propreté doit être revue au niveau de la salle de bain ( les vitres de la douche ne sont pas très clean ) , la rayure porte fenêtre pas très clean également. Une chaise de terrasse fendue, les matelas des 2 lits de soleil ne sont pas très clean pas très engageant de s'y installer dessus ( pas nécessaire sur la terrasse plutôt encombrant même) , la nappe de table ronde terrasse est carrée ou rectangulaire du coup nous avons dû la repliée avec pince à linge pour ne pas être ennuyé avec la raideur , la table de cuisine est assez bancal ( bouge énormément) , le ventilateur bouton cassé, pas de machine à café mais nous l'avons signalé et monsieur nous en a apporté une le lendemain. Nous avons également eu 3 Guekos dans le logement dont 1 dans le lit 😨 Les transats sont payant au prix de 2,5€ le matelas ( si vous voulez en plus ) 1€ parosol 1€. A l'arrivée, nous avions dans le frigo eau, jus ,lait ,beurre et pains 👍👍. Une petite remise en ordre ne serait pas du luxe.

Great apartment, perfect location

Great duplex apartment in PS1. All day sun on balcony, faces towards Conquistador hotel and sea view! Apartment fully equipped inc towels, washing machine, tv & wifi. Definitely great value stay. We stayed during Corona virus lockdown and had everything we needed. Hopefully return during happier times.

Nice flat, bad cookware

The location was nice, we saw the see from our balcony, we could watch the public life on the street and it was close to everything. But the kitchen was not so good. The cookware was cheap, well-worn and did fit very well to the stove. There were two frying-pans, one had a convex b bottom, the other a concave. The latter could be used, the first not. The non-stick coating was scraped, the were in fact rust in the pan. There were three saucepans, one very small and two very large. In fact you could only have one big saucepan and one little at the same time on the two-plate stove. The knives were very dull, only one could be used. So we recommend replacement of the cook-ware. The pool was a saltwater pool which we appreciated very much. However, they charged 2,5€ for a sun chair and if you want a cushion on it it cost 1€ more. Bathing was however free. There were two sun chairs on the balcony so we get tanned in any case.

Sun all day!

Loved this apartment, it suited as down to the ground. Went to a lot of restaurants and bars nearby which I wouldn’t have normally went to,but had a great time. Got The Sun all day and the bed was very comfy, but I wouldn’t have liked to be a newlywed as it was very noisy if you moved about. Although i would definitely stay here again.

Perfect apartment - beautifully presented - there was even a welcome pack with milk, tea coffee, sugar and biscuits. I took some photos of the interior but I don't think I can upload them to this platform. Great communication throughout the booking process with the owners. Sun on the balcony from morning to evening - comfy sunbeds provided. Santiago 1 Apartment block has been beautifully refurbished and is very quiet. The pool area is lovely. There is a fully stocked Supermarket and all bars, restaurants, shops and the beach are right on your doorstep.

Perfect location!

Thank you Andrew. We only bought the apartment in September and have had a new kitchen and bathroom. All the Windows’s and shutters are new. We are having the kitchen ceiling re plastered in May as we feel it does not match after taking the breakfast bar wall down. We intend to keep the property in really good condition for the guests. We moved from Derbyshire to Tenerife in 2003 and have an Estate Agency company near the property.
We live approximately 20 minutes away from our rental apartment.

The apartment is in a quiet family complex near to all the amenities and a short stroll to the beach, promenade and Golden Mile. Being a penthouse, there will be no noise from people walking or moving furniture upstairs. There is a good sea view and the terrace has sun all day. The pool is heated and was fully reformed in 2018. High speed private fiber internet and a great selection of T.V. channels. We have a washing machine.
