"Mountain View" Unsere neu renovierte Wohnung kann jetzt gemietet werden.

Perfekt für Familien, Paare und Freundesgruppen, die die Portes du Soleil genießen möchten. Skifahren, Mountainbiken, Wandern, Wildwasser-Rafting vor der Haustür und nur etwas mehr als eine Stunde von Genf entfernt.

Zentrale Lage nur wenige Minuten von den Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften von Morzine entfernt. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von den Skiliften.
Die Wohnung profitiert von einem unterirdischen Parkplatz, einem Parkplatz über dem Boden und einer Ski-Höhle.

Unser neu renoviertes Studio ist makellos und modern mit einem Hauch von Alpin: neue Küche mit Geschirrspüler, neues Badezimmer, separates WC, modernes italienisches 3-Sitzer-Sofa, das schnell zu einem Doppelbett mit einer richtigen Matratze wird, passendes Kuschelsofa, das sich schnell dreht in Einzelbett; stilvolle Etagenbetten (volle Einzelbett Größe), TV, Wi-Fi und Bluetooth-Lautsprecher.
Wir mögen es nicht, während des Tages Schlafsofas aufzustellen und sich für die Nachtruhe fertig zu machen. Daher haben wir sorgfältig ausgewählte Möbel ausgewählt, die schnell von Tag zu Nacht ausgetauscht werden können - Sie können die Bettdecken sogar an Ort und Stelle lassen heute Abend.

Excellent communication throughout, apartment exactly as described and shown in photos. Great location, warm, well equipped. Amazing shower, beds comfy. Easily big enough for three adults and room to store bags and to dry wet kit. Might be tight for four adults but would be good enough. Highly recommend- hopeful to come back summer or winter.

Great accommodation

Clean, great location. The place is about a 10 min walk to the bus stop that takes you to the Prodains gondola, but the accommodation itself is amazing. The kitchen, bed, view and proximity to the grocery store made the stay superb. I would recommend anyone looking for a great stay in Morzine to book this place!

A cosy apartment

Perfect for two of us, convenient for the bus stop to the ski lifts and close to the supermarket. Morzine is a nice town with good bars and restaurants and the Porte du soleil skiing area is great.

Lovely studio with many ingenious features making it a comfortable place to stay. Handy location, but very quiet. Supermarket, boulangerie a few minutes walk and other shops and restaurants just along from them. Communicative and friendly owner.

Cosy yet functional

Great place - about 10 mins walk to the lift. We hired our skis etc from a place by the lift and left them there. There a car parking space at the flat. The flat itself is small. Three biggish guys it was cosy but completely adequate, and cleverly laid out with everything that is needed. Perfect if you’re only sleeping there and having breakfast. It’s all newly done inside, great hot shower, comfy beds, linen provided, cosy and warm. We had an issue that required contacting the caretaker, who responded immediately and sorted everything out which was reassuring. Great place would recommend Thank you!

Excellent location for a weeks stay

Location fab, a few mins walk to town/lifts. studio is compact, but very modern/stylish and super clean. This was my second stay (stayed a few years ago) Communication prior to arriving with owner spot on. My only quibble (and it’s really very very minor) was the toaster appears to be missing, not major or end of the world, but as this is is a studio (so limited on other kitchen cooking appliances understandably - there’s no oven / grill, just a microwave) so then having a “missing” toaster was a bit of a pain as had already bought bread etc for brekkies. I did flag with owner upon arrival, (as I thought that’s what most owners preferred you to do so they could then fix the issue quickly), however I got a reply from the owner which stated he couldn’t remember if there was one the last time he visited before Christmas (3 months prior to my stay) which I thought was a tad odd as would’ve simply expected the property management company to do an inventory check after each checkout and then replace broken / missing items. Anyway I left the correspondence at that as no toaster appeared. Not the end of the world as I say just a bit strange/disappointing to not get a quick fix whilst I was there. That said If you want a modern base close to town, this is a really good spot.

Exceeded our Expectations

We had never used anything like Vrbo before. If this property is a reflection of others I will be a regular user. Location was perfect for us as we had no car. Casino supermarket with all of the essentials including a range of UK brands was 3 min walk away. The apartment was 2 min walk of the main road in a quiet, clean and.modern area that had character. Once on the main road there were great food options on both sides, either restaurants or shops for amazing local food. The town square was only 8 mins further on and either Pleney or Super Morzine lifts 2 mins from this. We eat on the slopes during the day and cooked each night. Whilst there was no oven the induction hob and microwave were super fast and there was plenty of pots, pans and utensils to cook most things. Having a dish washer was gr8 too. Everything in the property was clean, modern and stylish. The supply of good quality towels and a number of travel plugs was a bonus. I took my teenage son and found wifi speed excellent, an essential these days. The option of Netflix was a bonus and was well used. Beds and furniture were comfy and there were loads radiators and heating both to keep you warm and dry out your ski wear. I compliment Russell on a great property in a great location that exceeded our expectations. Thanks. Just a separate note. Would recommend Gravier for ski hire, so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, 2 minutes from Pleney lift. We also used Alps 2 Alps for transfer. We had good friendly service. Hope this helps have a great time.

Ski apartment

Our family of 4 all had a great time in Morzine renting this fab apartment. It was immaculately clean on our arrival and had everything needed for a comfortable 4 night break. The apartment is in a great location around a 15 minute walk from the ski lifts. Casino supermarket just at the end of the road around a 5 minute walk away. The tv with Netflix and YouTube was good when relaxing after a long days skiing. We would love to return sometime soon, Thank you!

Ideal location

Great location, enough bike storage for 3 full size bikes in the storage cupboard! Couple of minutes ride to the Pleney and Super Morzine lifts, supermarket at the end of the joining road. Russell was really accommodating, cheers!

Lovely little studio flat

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quiet chalet block of apartments. Place was beautifully fitted out, with high standard of finish. There was everything we needed. It's a bit of a walk to the lifts so would recommend renting from a shop that has storage closer to the lifts as we had to carry our gear back each day - the bus doesn't really get close enough to help much, but this does not detract from a home from home stay. I fell in love with this part of the world and wanted to be able to spend more time in Morzine with my children, so I found this apartment and set about bringing up to date from the 60s!
We enjoy skiing in winter and mountain biking during the summer and our base is perfect for what we need, modern and compact, it's home from home.
The views from the top of the mountains are absolutely stunning and being able to visit throughout the year never gets tiring.
