Helle, kürzlich renovierte, geräumige, zweistöckige, 95 Quadratmeter große Wohnung mit Blick auf die Bucht von Minori. Die untere Etage besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer am Meer mit einem Doppelschlafsofa (Breite: 1,60 m), einer Küche, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Badezimmer. Das Obergeschoss besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett und einem Badezimmer.

Die Wohnung befindet sich neben "Il Sagrato".

Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock des "Braschi" -Gebäudes, einer prestigeträchtigen, historischen Residenz an der Küste von Minori. Trotz des fehlenden Aufzugs ist es über eine geräumige, komfortable Treppe mit etwa 50 Stufen leicht zu erreichen.

Wonderful stay in Minori

Wonderful place in a great laid-back location. Steps from the beach and restaurants. Franco was a very helpful and responsive host. The place was even better than the pictures and description. Plenty of room for our family of four. We would no doubt book again!

Fabulous setting in a lovely town

With uninterrupted views of the sea and esplanade, this is a great place to stay. Airy and spacious, it is fabulous. The washing machine and dishwasher were appreciated, the rooms were lovely and the two bathrooms clean and pretty big.

La Torricella Ravello - Minori

Perfect location. Easy access to beach, shops and transport. Apartment very comfortable and clean. Plenty of room for 5 people. Franco was extremely helpful and very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Sunny visit Amalfi october

Dear Franco, we had a Great Time in Amalfi and enjoyed the balcony, Sound of the sea, beach and Nice walks to Maiori and Ravello. Really recommendable Location to stay. We arrived by bus From Napels to 20 Meters from door of the appartment. Also air Port drop off was Great. Thanks for the Good time

Gem overlooking the water.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was well equipped. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The people in Minori were all so friendly. Yes you need to walk up stairs, but they are nice and spacious with 2 landings between each floor. We will certainly return to this rental unit.

Great location

Great location and flat. Franco doesn’t have the best people skills but if you can look past that he was easy enough to deal with. He did ask for the tourist tax in cash which I thought was odd. I stayed in 5 other BnBs in Italy and he was the only one who asked for that. Overall it was a good stay.

Best location to stay in Minori

The location is right across the street from the water with a great wine bar (Bambi) downstairs and the best restaurant Bisto 33 across the alley Franco (our host) was 100 % accommodating. Organized transportation,helped with luggage up and down the stairs give us advice about the area and was always avialable when we needed anything.Inside the unit was clean and very well appointed. Fabulous!!!!

Lovely Minori

This property is elegant - high ceilings, outdoor and indoor balconies, and all the conveniences of home in this spacious 2nd story apartment centrally located on the main thoroughfare. Frank and Edith were excellent caretakers, arranging a smooth stay and providing much appreciated help with transportation. Hikes to Amalfi, Ravello and Maiori (and taxis/buses when needed!) filled our days, and the dining opportunities in-town were outstanding. La Torricella is truly a special gem on the Amalfi coast.

Amalfi with friends

A great location right on the sea front, convenient for the ferry, restaurants and bars. Apartment was large, clean and had everything we needed for our 8 night stay. Even though your on the main road it was so quiet with the patio doors closed. Franco the agent was great, always quick to respond to calls or text and available when needed. We visited all the Amalfi towns but Minori was the best place to base yourself and explore. Car park was very tight and compact. There is no lift but the stairs are very manageable. Great location, try it you won't be disappointed.

Positive with some caveats

The location was wonderful. Beautiful view and a nice communal area to gather. Toilet paper, soap and shampoo were in short supply, but the biggest problem was the mattresses. They were probably the most uncomforrtable that I've ever slept on. My brother-in-law said you could chip a tooth on the mattress!

Location, Location, Location!

The accommodation was outstanding. it was right across the street from the boardwalk and a 5 minute walk to the ferry. We found a lovely bakery near by and lots of places selling gelato! The only thing I would caution people about is that there are 71 steps, we counted them, up to the room, for some this may be difficult. Also, the staircase to the upstairs bedrooms was circular and would be a little tricky to manage for people with mobility issues but there is a bedroom on the main floor for them. With the beautiful doors open the breeze and the scenery cannot be matched. Amazing! It can get a little noisy with all the motorcycles passing by but it is such a lovely view and we spent many an evening on the balcony with a glass of wine enjoying the evening lights. I would highly recommend this property.

Good and bad

Location of property was great. . Right across from beach and water taxi . Property itself way very nice . But parking was non existent so had to pay extra to park Also wanted to charge a penalty if we arrived late . ( that should be in the listing). Apartment is on 4th floor. ( no elevator ). Too many steps for luggage Driving to Minori on coastal highway is rather hazardous Not for the faint of heart. Would not book again

Dear John we regret that the apartment did not satisfy you. the apartment is on the 2nd floor without a lift but has low and wide stairs. It seemed to be 4th floor because it is an ancient building and the ceilings are high. For a long time we have been looking for an agreement to install an elevator but negotiations are still in progress. the cost of the parking space is paid separately and is reported in the initial information. Delayed arrival after 19:00 has an additional cost - the staff will ends at 17:00 - and we inform our guests of this. I read your email saying that guests should be advised of this before booking. We loved la torricella

We can’t thank Franco enough for a lovely time in Minori. Clean lovely apartment in an awesome location on the beach. This was perfect for our family including a toddler. One highlight was seeing three incredible weddings right outside the building. The sal da Riso bakery is around the corner and incredible. As an FYI I didn’t get an email or message with check in info but texted the Vrbo contact and they gave me Franco’s number for check in. After that everything was easy. Franco even arranged a complex transfer to Pompeii then Sorrento for us. Thank you!

Wonderful time in Minori

We had a great time in Minori. The people in town were very friendly and the food was amazing. The property was a front row view of everything going on at the waterfront. Close to beach, shops, and restaurants. The property was perfect for our family of five. Franco was very helpful with information about the area and made us feel welcome to the area. We appreciate his knowledge of the things we wanted to do on the Amalfi coast.

Wonderful stay in Minori!

Our apartment is Minori was clean, spacious and right on the water! We loved having lemonchellos right at the dining room table next to the open balcony overlooking the water and coastline. Our family highly recommends this great town, their food and family atmosphere!

Can not find any negatives with this accommodation. If you are able to climb the stairs to the apartment you will love it. Close to bus and ferry service to visit towns along Amalfi Coast Apartment consierge was the best and organized all our transportation needs

Family appartment just by the sea

We have chosen this beautiful family appartment with seaview for our off-season visit to Minori. Everything is close by and in reach by foot: Beach, Restaurants, BusStop, Boats, SuperMarket. The old palace gives an impression how life has been in this seaside village centuries ago, and the view on the beach and the scenery quickly helps to relax. Probably you need to accept some noise being close to everything during the high season.

With a balcony overlooking the beach!

A modern and very comfortable apartment in a lovely old building just a short walk from beach. The french windows opening onto a small balcony overlooking the Mediterranean was the icing on the cake. We loved our stay in "La Torricella". Despite being a lovely old town Minori was not overrun with tourists even in July when we were there. Franco, the agent, met us on arrival, spoke excellent english was readily available for advice and information about the accommodation and attractions in the area. Unreservedly recommended.

Best location in Minori

It is hard to imagine a better location in Minori than this apartment. If you've never been to Minori or anywhere on the Amalfi Coast it is a winding coastal road and then hills that start right off the beach. This apartment is right on the beach at pretty much the mid-point of Minori beach so no hills ot climb and a magnificnent view. The property is clean and neat having been renovated in recent years so all fittings in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are quite new. As the listing says there is no elevator but the steps are manageable and the property manager helped us up with our bags. The parking spot is quite clsoe and even though it costs extra based on what we saw it is good value so take up that option (it's a tight squeeze though!). Unfortunately the WiFi wasn't working for the first few days but most of the restaurants and cafes have it for free so easy enough to take you laptop down to the many of them around if that happens again. Our group of 4 adults and 2 children had a comfortable stay and would recommend this to others.
