Das Haus befindet sich in Conca dei Marini, einer gemütlichen und charakteristischen Stadt an der Amalfiküste.

Die Stadt ist 5 km von Amalfi, 10 km von Ravello und 15 km von Positano entfernt, drei der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Süditaliens.

Sie können diese Standorte leicht mit dem Bus erreichen, wenn Sie kein Auto mieten. Außerdem gibt es in der Stadt eine Firma, die jederzeit einen Shuttleservice an der gesamten Amalfiküste anbietet. Sie vermieten auch Scooter.

Von Amalfi aus können Sie die Insel Capri bequem mit einem Schnellboot und Sorrent mit dem Bus (oder auch mit dem Boot) erreichen.
Es gibt auch viele Reiseveranstalter, die Halbtagesausflüge nach Ravello, Pompeji und Vesuv organisieren.

Wenn Sie ein Auto mieten, erreichen Sie Pompeji oder Sorrent in ca. 1 Stunde.

Es gibt viele schöne Strände in der Umgebung.

In Conca dei Marini gibt es einen sehr schönen Yachthafen mit einem schönen kleinen Strand, einer Bar und 3 Restaurants direkt über dem Meer.

Das Haus ist auf 2 Ebenen gebaut.
Im ersten Stock gibt es ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Es gibt auch eine Terrasse mit herrlichem Meerblick!
Im Zwischengeschoss befinden sich ein Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad und ein Schlafbereich mit einem Doppelbett, der durch einen offenen Korridor mit 2 französischen Bildschirmen vom anderen Schlafzimmer getrennt ist.

Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein großes und bequemes Schlafsofa, so dass bis zu 6 Personen im Haus schlafen können.
Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt!

Fünf Minuten zu Fuß von lokalen Geschäften, Supermarkt, Restaurant, Bar und Bushaltestelle.
Kleine Haustiere sind willkommen!
Bitte denken Sie daran, Ihre eigenen Strandtücher mitzubringen, da diese nicht zur Verfügung gestellt werden !!

Im Gegensatz zu vielen Häusern an der Amalfiküste, die nur über viele Stufen erreichbar sind, befindet sich unser Anwesen direkt an der Straße. Sie müssen nur 20 Stufen hochgehen, um zum Eingang zu gelangen. So ist es auch für die Kinder und die Senioren sehr bequem und geeignet.

Unser Haus ist zur Vermietung an Touristen berechtigt, da wir eine vom Rathaus ausgestellte Lizenz haben.
Diese Lizenz ist eine wichtige Garantie für Sie, da sie auf strenge Struktur-, Hygiene- und Brandschutzkontrollen ausgerichtet ist !!!

Well situated house, with stunning views.

We had a lovely stay. The house was very well situated to allow for touring lots of the amazing, beautiful Amalfi coast. We visited Amalfi itself which is only a short ride away as well as Positano and many of the other beautiful nearby towns and villages. We would definitely recommend the restaurant Le Bonita Del Capo in Conca Dei Marini which is only a 5 minute walk from the house. The food, atmosphere, friendly staff and beautiful views were first class. We had several very good evenings there! Conca Dei Marini is very quiet and peaceful and was a welcome place to come back to after sight seeing during the day. Wonderful place and we look forward to returning again soon.

L’entrée en pierres donne le ton à cet endroit qui résume bien la côte amalfitaine : vues exceptionnelles des levers et couchers de soleil sur la mer. La terrasse est bien aménagée pour y prendre ses repas, l’accueil est sympathique, l’endroit est confortable et loin des agglomérations touristiques, ce qui est appréciable lorsque l’on sait comment se déplacer sur la côte.

Perfect Location

Conca Dei Marini is located away from the crowds in places like Amalfi and Positano which can easily be accessed from here. We had a rental car and parking is easy and free. The apartment is spacious and in a quiet location. Our check-in was done by Fiorenzo who is the chef at the nearby restaurant, Le Bonta del Capo and he was extremely helpful. The restaurant is excellent with good food and is inexpensive. With no previous knowledge of the area we feel we lucked out in our choice of rental. Highly recommend.

The apartment was fantastic, cleans and the view was Stunning. Location wise it's centrally located with a market and a few trattoria's nearby. If you want to explore the amalfi you'll want a car. There is free parking in the street outside. We'd stay here again.

House in Conca

My wife and I rented this house on short notice for three nights in April. The drive from Salerno takes about an hour depending on the time of day. We found the house easily enough and were able to park right out front so we didn’t need a parking pass. As Stefano lives elsewhere his representative (Fiorenzo) gave us the key and showed us the house. The house, while small, was perfectly adequate for us. It is pretty much as represented on HomeAway. It counts for a lot that the climb up the from the road on stone steps is a short one since everything on the Amalfi coast is built into the mountainsides. You go up or down. Conca dei Marini is a charming little town. The views from the house and terrace of the sea and the town below are pretty stunning. A little less than a kilometer down the road is an excellent restaurant, La Bonta del Capo, highly recommended, and right next to it is a little market for your groceries. Fiorenzo is also the chef at the above mentioned restaurant. He is most charming and accommodating. Beyond all this the house features a lovely terrace, a living room with fireplace (and gas heat), a kitchen with sink, refrigerator and a stove (you may have to light it with a match). It also has a full working bath on the first floor and a 1/2 bath off the loft bedroom with a very comfortable mattress. The house was very clean and comfortable.

Phantastischer Ausblick, prima Haus für 2, vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber wer das authentische mag (so wie wir)findet abseits des Trubels alles was die Amalfiküste zu bieten hat ohne die Nachteile des Massentourismus in Positano oder Amalfi.

THE WORST HOLIDAY EVER !!!!!! the apartment was full of Ants in every room and on the walls so we could not bring food in we had to eat at the resturant every night ---five people not cheap !!!!!! aircondtion faulty/ only one fan worked in bed rooms!!!! the stair to the apartment where dangerours: no light at night , no hand support three sets of high steps also no one came to change beding or towels! we are very dissapointed for the money paid for this apartment we have been over charged and you have ruined five people's holiday . we have waited a long time for this break never again. The good outweighs the shortcomings but not a seaside house

The apartment photos look pretty much like it is but it's very tired and worn with a lot of deferred maintenance. The view from that high up is fantastic. The local management is the best we have ever experienced. Also, even though it's true that it's only 20 or so steps from the street, in fact the street is very far from the beach. To walk down to the beach is over 800 or more steep steps. The inexpensive shuttle to the closest beach area runs only three times on the hour in the morning with no returns until the afternoon, and no shuttles down in the afternoon, only three returning on the hour in the afternoons, and 5:00 is the last one. There is a free shuttle to a beach that you have to pay to be at, so you're still paying. There is no place to park down there so driving is not an option. Once you get to the beach area, it's still a hundred or more steps the rest of the way to the beach. So it's important to know that it's beautiful but not a seaside house. It's a sea view house but nowhere near seaside. Once you get to the sea, though, it's magnificent and Conca dei Marini is one of the quaintest and picturesque villages you will find without the high prices and crowds of Amalfi and others. The house is a decent size and the patio area is wonderful. Inside the house is overrun with ants so if you have a problem with that, you should be aware. The management is quick to provide ant spray but the house needs updating, exterminating and sealing of openings to overcome this. It's built on the side of a cliff so we understand that there will be bugs but this was over the top. Everything works fine except internet. The internet is not WiFi, it's wireless from 4G outside the apartment. This is important if you need to be connected as we did for work while there -- it stops working entirely constantly. Also, it's important to note that if you are there when it 's hot, the air conditioner is a wall unit in the downstairs and doesn't reach the upstairs at all. And there are no real windows upstairs to catch a breeze. When it's not hot, it's divine. The restaurants nearby, especially Bonta del Capo, are fantastic. The chef of Bonta is the manager of the apartment and he really couldn't have been more responsive and nice. We would stay in a house he manages anywhere any time.

Das Haus war ein Traum. Die Terasse einfach genial

Schon etwas älteres Haus, aber einfach traumhaft. Galeriewohnung. Oben die Schlafzimmer und Dusche unten Küche Wohnzimmer noch eine Dusche. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Auch Putzmittel. Alles sehr gemütlich und sauber. Die Terrasse herrlich mit Blich aufs Meer. Schön mit Bastmatten überdacht, dass die Sonne nicht so durchkommt, aber doch sonnig. Würden jederzeit wieder dorthin gehen. In der Nähe ein Supermarkt und das Restaurant von Fiorenzo Oliveto, der uns auch hervorragen betreut hat, da der Besitzer Stefano im Urlaub war. Das Restaurant auch mit Meerblich und herrlichen Gerichten, die preislich nicht teuer waren.

What a wonderful apartment, situated up over the Mediterranean, it was Amalfi coast at its finest. The manager who is an excellent chef and host was wonderful. Very passionate and helpful. He speaks wonderful English and his food was the best we had in Italy. The street has its own butcher and general store. Its own café Pizza and more. We loved it here. The apartment was wonderful. It was what you would expect, we could cook and bath and attend to matters. The veiew from the deck was awesome. You could sit out there for hours. The washer machine was not great but that was about it. It was a total stay 5.

Easy access to Amilfi and other seaside towns. Met Chef Fiorenzo ,Ristorante Le Bonta' Del Capo, and he showed us around the villa. He was always available to answer any and all questions. The restaurant is easy walking distance and awesome food. A highlight of our Italy trip was the Lemon Tour at the restaurant. A MUST DO. The villa is very comfortable. Great views. Ideales Feriendomizil für 2 bis max. 4 Personen

Ideal gelegen für Natur- und Kulturliebhaber. Kleiner, ruhiger, beschaulicher Ort, vom Küstentourismus wohltuend verschont. Sehr viele Wandermöglichkeiten. Gut angebunden an den öffentlichen Verkehr, d.h. 2 Buslinien: Haltestele Conca Bivio/Monastero (5 Min) Richtung Amalfi und Agerola, Haltestelle Conca Belvedere (15 Min) Richtung Amalfi bzw. Positano-Sorrent. Supermarkt, Post, Tabacchi, Restaurant/Pizzeria in nächster Nähe. Der Sitzplatz mit 180° Meersicht ist grossartig. Die Innenräume sind geschmackvoll und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Zusammen mit meiner Frau verbrachte ich in diesem "Schwalbennest" zwei wunderbare Wochen.

cozy,clean little apartment with fantastic view

Wunderschönes Appartment mit Blick aufs Meer. Alle wichtigen Sachen fürs tägliche Leben sind im Haus vorhanden. Individuelle Betreuung und auch Ratschläge und Tipps für Ausflüge (Strand, Fahrt nach Pomeji usw). Jederzeit Hilfe bei Problemen. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage und würden auch wieder hingehen in das gleiche Appartment.

The vacation of a lifetime!!!

This wasn't our first visit to the Amalfi coast, having done the quick tour thing, so we thought that we knew what to expect, but the 2 weeks that we just spent in this charming, little house far surpassed those expectations. The house sits high upon a hill overlooking the breathtaking Mediterranean almost smack dab in the middle between Amalfi town and Positano. I cannot overstate the charm, beauty and tranquility of this property. While it might lack a few of the modern day conveniences we have come to expect, I actually managed to live quite well without my Quisinart, Keurig and huge kitchen!!! The coffee that we made in the stove top espresso pot was far superior to what we have back home, anyway. I have now purchased the same pot to use at home! The 4 burner gas cook-top was perfectly adequate, once we got the hang of getting it to stay lit. It is an automatic light, but you just have to hold in the knob a few more clicks for it to stay lit. However, there are a few drawbacks of which you need to be aware. The steps up to the terrace can be a challenge if you are of a "certain age" and carrying luggage. There is a certain amount of fitness required, but we are both in our 70's and managed pretty well. Also, the second floor ceilings are quite low. I'm 5'8", no problem; my husband is 6'7", big problem!!! After several painful bumps on the head, lesson learned. The main bath with shower is on the main floor, so after the first few days, he only went upstairs to go to bed, therefore decreasing the probability of head trauma. The village is unbelievably charming, but somewhat limited on choice of dining and shopping. Night life is non-existent, so if you're looking for a more exciting vacation, you will be disappointed, but if you want beauty, realism and warm, friendly folks, look no further. Be sure to try the restaurant down the road Le Bonta del Capo. The food is simply the best in all of Almafi and very reasonably priced. The chef is Fiore and he is who you will check in with upon arrival in Conca. He is wonderful and very helpful. A few things to remember. This is not a 5-star hotel. Remember to pack your own wash cloths, bar soap and shampoo as well as beach towels. Almost everything else is supplied or you can purchase in the store next to the Le Bonta. Take the Sita buses everywhere you go on the coast. Talk to the locals - if you are friendly and outgoing, you will be blessed with a warm reception.

14 Tage, schöner Urlaub in einem der wunderbarsten Lanstriche in Europa

Wir haben das Haus schnell gefunden da wir mit Stefano vorher schriftlichen Kontakt hatten und ein Navi dabei hatten. Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind ein wenig "in die Jahre gekommen", was allerdings den Gesamteindruck nicht geschmälert hat. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wirklich genial. Man kann dort stundenlang sitzen und auf das Meer schauen. Frühstück auf der Terrasse schmeckt bei dem Wetter und dem Ausblick noch mal so gut. Conca dei Marini ist wirklich eine Oase der Ruhe, wenn man das mit Amalfi oder Positano vergleicht. Nach dem ganzen Touristentrubel am Tag war Conca dei Marini Erholung Pur. Klasse !! Ein guter Supermarkt war in der Nähe, ein Parkplatz kostenfrei vor dem Haus. Das Restaurant La Bonte del Capo ein kulinarischer Genuss mit einem wunderschönen Blick von der Restaurantterrasse aufs Meer und auf Capri !! Da Stefano (der Vermieter) nicht anwesend war, haben wir uns in allen Belangen an Fiorenzo, dem Chef vom La Bonte del Capo gewandt. Hatten den Kontakt von Stefano schriftlich bekommen. Er war immer ansprechbar und hat sich um alle technischen Probleme, die es durchaus gab, gekümmert und konnte meistens weiterhelfen. Wir haben uns jedenfalls in den 14 Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Ferienwohnung mit dem ganzen Drumherum wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

In need of TLC and more..

We are generally not fussy people, but the apartment definitely needs some attention to improve the comfort factor. The shower head in the upstairs shower room was missing, making it unusable. Only bath towels were available and not beach towels (so be prepared to rent at the beach club). The wifi is very sporadic and weak and there should be a 2nd fan for the bedroom upstairs as it does get very warm. The TV did not work and we would expected it to. A thoughtful touch would have been to include a small selection of DVDs too! The chef at the local restaurant (a fantastic place, btw) is the property manager, but honestly, he has his hands full and we did not feel like trying to find a convenient time to ask for his assistance with this and the other shortcomings. Outside of a few pamphlets which were not of much use, there was nothing to help a short term tenant with local diversions (beach options, restaurants, etc.). Nor an "operating manual" for navigating the features of the property, though to be fair, not much is needed as this is a bare bones place. The beach at the bottom of the hill was great fun and we did enjoy renting a boat from Amalfi to zip up to Positano for lunch. It's a good thing we're well travelled and resourceful (and could tap into 3G/4G for the internet without concern for cost), because otherwise this property would have been even less desirable. It does have great potential and the area is beautiful. Our 3 young boys didn't complain for a second about walking down to the beach either; in fact, it made for a good exercise and a great adventure.

Beautiful and Peaceful Location

If you want to see the Almafi coast, we would highly recommend this place in Conca dei Marini. The porch is exactly as the picture shows, and you have this view from every window in the house. It worked great for our family of four. The Almafi coast is not easy to get too, but beautiful once you are there! We loved Le Bontà del Capo restaurant and made reservations there each night. It was an easy walk from this location and there is a small market next door that we could buy things for breakfast or lunch. It was nice to have a kitchen. You need to be a confident driver to drive a car here, and in good physical shape if you plan to walk the many flights of steps to the nearest beach. We learned that July was a very hot month to visit all of Italy.....even on the coast.

A very nice place with a wonderful seaview!

We had a lovely visit in Stefano's house and spent most of our "home-time" on the terrass, you can see in the picture. As Stefano, during our visit, was in the US we were well taken care of by Fiore. He works as a cook at the excellent restaurant "Le Bonta del Capo" nearby. Visit it and you will not be disappointed! As the beach is many steps away, we recommend using the little white community bus down to hotel Belvedere and when you go back you can ask the driver to stop just outside the house. In each direction you just pay 1 €. A very good service! All people in the village were very nice and we felt as a part of the community. We recommend the place!!

Ein schönes Ferienhaus in einer schönen Umgebung

Wir haben die letzten 2 Wochen im Mai an der Amalfiküste verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Stefano klappte super. Als wir angekommen sind, haben wir festgestellt, dass nur ein Liegestuhl und der in einen desolaten Zustand, vorhanden war. Eine kurze Email an Stefano hat gereicht, dass in kürzester Zeit zwei neue Liegestühle angeliefert wurden. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche befinden sich hochwertige Geräte und alle Utensilien die man zum Kochen benötigt. Das Bad ist groß und es bietet genug Ablagefläche. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist besonders am Abend schön. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

It’s perfectly located for checking out all the amazing spots on the Coast like Amalfi, Ravello, Positano, Sorrento, and Capri!

Unlike a lot of places along the Amalfi Coast that make you trek up and down a ton of steps, our place is just above the main street. You only have to climb 20 steps to get to the front door, making it super convenient for both kids and seniors.

Plus, our house has an 'Official License' from the Town Hall for renting to tourists. This license gives you peace of mind since it’s issued after thorough health and fire safety checks!
