Das Haus ist ein gemĂŒtliches Haus im Herzen des historischen Zentrums von Ravello, nur 100 Metern von der Piazza Duomo, dem vitalen Kern der Stadt, aus dem abzweigt der wichtigsten kulturellen, kommerziellen AktivitĂ€ten usw.
Das Haus bietet einen Blick einzigartigen Blick auf das Meer, in der verkehrsberuhigten Zone befindet, so die mit dem Auto anreisen, Parkplatz-Service ist gegen eine GebĂŒhr Park / Parkservice von 8.00 bis 24. 00 00 (INFO „Parcgheggio die Bridge“ verfĂŒgbar Tel. 331 7148281) ..
Das Haus wurde kĂŒrzlich renoviert und besteht aus einem gerĂ€umigen Wohn-Esszimmer mit offener KĂŒche, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett mit eigenem Bad, zweites Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett mit Einzelbett und ein zusĂ€tzliches Bad, eine kleine WĂ€scherei.
Wenn Sie das Haus verlassen, können Sie einen großen Gemeinschaftsgarten genießen.
Die Zimmer und das Wohnzimmer verfĂŒgen ĂŒber Klimaanlage und TV. Im zweiten Raum ist es möglich, ein Kinderbett fĂŒr Kinder bis 2 Jahre hinzuzufĂŒgen.

Spectacular Views

This is a very spacious and very clean property. The property was very nicely stocked. The location is perfect - fantastic views and just steps from the square and the shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed a long stay here. Roberta was a joy to deal with!

Stunning View and Excellent Accomodations!

This was a first visit for us to the Amalfi Coast, and Ravello in particular, and though we knew there would be a lot of walking, it was a complicated process to find the apartment. Claudia sent us TWO videos showing us the way, and was continually in contact with us until we arrived. The apartment is incredibly comfortable and the view outstanding! Communication was excellent and all of our needs were met. This was a five star stay, and we thank Roberta and Claudia for helping to make it so!

Family Wedding in Ravello

This property was perfect for our family to stay in Ravello for our daughter's wedding. The location was wonderfully walking distance to the wedding venue and the central square. The view to the water was gorgeous. We had a fantastic time.

Lovely, cozy ravello stay

This propriety is close to everything (up a large hill to get to something to keep in mind with luggage). The check in process was pretty easy and we loved the view over the ocean.

Most beautiful place you will ever see.

This property has everything you will need so pack light. The view is simply amazing and the busses are close so you can get from Naples to Salerno in a few hours or visit Amalfi in less than 1/2 hour. We would stay here again with an question.

Beautiful View, Spacious Apt

The view out the living/dining room balcony was stunning! Very clean, modern apartment with good air conditioning and plumbing. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen!, thoughtful guest amenities by generous host throughout. Only a short walk from bus stop, town piazza, restaurants, shops. (Note for those with disabilities: There are some steps uphill to reach property.) Kind neighbors, safe area. Beautiful stay!

Wonderful home in Ravello- Conveniently located

We loved the property. Ms. Roberta and Ms. Claudia made the check in super easy and were wonderful communicators prior to us arriving in Rome. The home is larger than it looks on paper. We met some great neighbors and it is just steps (steep steps :) away from the Plaza, where you can shop, eat and catch a cab!! Our home was on same road as the wedding venvue which was great! Would stay there again for sure!!!

L'appartement est gĂ©nial, trĂšs propre, en plein centre de Ravello avec vue sur la cĂŽte Ă  couper le souffle. Weekend in Ravello

This has to be the best VRBO we ever rented. The location is perfect, right near the center of town. The apartment is clean and so cute. The view is phenomenal. We were in town for a wedding and everything went perfect.

Well located - everything in Ravello within easy walking distance.

Although I never met her, Roberta was very helpful in our correspondence by e-mail. I used Google translate to communicate but Roberta always replied in English – thank goodness! We had taken a late flight and arrived by taxi at 10:30 p.m. at the nearest drop off point (outside the Hotel Caruso in the Piazza San Giovanni del Toro) to the apartment which is not accessible by car. Claudia was waiting for us outside the Hotel Caruso and walked with us for the 100 or so yards to the apartment. Claudia was a pleasure to deal with and she had kindly brought a fresh pizza in case we were hungry. The apartment was well provisioned but we had asked Roberta to put a carton of fresh semi-skimmed milk in the fridge which she had kindly done. Roberta seemed very willing to deal with any such request. The only thing missing was salt and a pepper mill – bring your own if you like black pepper. The apartment was also well equipped including emergency lighting which came on during a 20 minute thunderstorm-induced power cut in Ravello. As is typical in Italy, there was no kettle. Italians expect us to use the espresso machine. The one in the apartment is first rate. Tea? Boiling water in a pan is no hardship. Because the apartment is not accessible by car and parking in Ravello is limited, it's probably not worth having a car especially as the main square and shops are only a short walk away. So, overall, a very pleasant experience in an apartment with the same view as the 5 star hotels just a few doors away. Like them, the apartment faces east so there is sun in the morning but not in the afternoon. The view is the best in Ravello and the balcony, although only about 70cm deep, is large enough to accommodate a couple of small chairs. Finally, being a ground floor apartment, there is the possibility of someone in the apartment above making a noise and unfortunately the clack clack clack on tiled flooring that we heard every night at any time from midnight onwards (sometimes at 2 a.m.) was, it turned out, made by a lady of 90 who needed the bathroom and Roberta's best efforts to get her to wear soft soled shoes unfortunately failed. This is always a risk with apartments. It was unusually cold, damp and cloudy in this May 2019 so the very effective central heating was very welcome. In any other year I'm sure I'd be saying the air conditioning worked well but it was definitely not required during our stay.

One of the Nicest Properties Ever

We have been renting vacation flats for nearly forty years but this property in Ravello simply has to be one of the nicest we've ever had. It is beautifully renovated with the highest quality of fixtures and features of comfort and touches of class. The apartment is near several five star hotels and far away from the hubbub and noise of the busy tourist areas of Ravello. I would recommend this flat as a retreat (and a treat!) for those who enjoy a step above the rest; for those looking for serenity with a view to die for overlooking the Amalfi Coast.

Wonderful Stay

This is an excellent place to make as your home base for an Amalfi Coast visit. The apartment is spacious, has an amazing view and is very well equipped. The location right near the center of Ravello is perfect; a 2 minute walk to the town square. Ravello was among the nicest of the towns we saw in our visit; a little less touristy than the towns along the coast; we loved it!
