Sunset Palms hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Golf und liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Wir haben zwei Schlafzimmer und zweieinhalb Badezimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Badezimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Golf. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit einem kompletten Badezimmer und Gartenblick. Alle Schlafzimmer haben einen T. V., Kabel und WIFI. Das Obergeschoss ist auch mit einem Waschraum ausgestattet, der eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe sowie ein Bügeleisen und -brett bietet.
Das Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist geräumig und verfügt über ein Queensize-Sofa, auf dem zwei Personen schlafen können. Sunset Palms bietet Platz für sechs Gäste. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt auch über einen 60-Zoll-TV und Kabel, einen DVD-Player, eine Bibliothek mit Filmen und kostenloses WIFI.
Der Esstisch bietet Platz für vier Personen und die Thekenbar bietet Platz für weitere vier Personen.
Die komplett umgestaltete Küche ist mit einem Elektroherd, einem großen Kühlschrank, einem Geschirrspüler, einer Mikrowelle, einem Toaster und einer Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Es ist voll bestückt, um acht zu servieren, und wir liefern alles, von Schüsseln bis zu einer Pizzapfanne ... Sie finden sich voll ausgestattet für alle Ihre kulinarischen Bedürfnisse, zu Hause, unterwegs. Direkt vor der Küche befindet sich eine kleine Terrasse und ein Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten für romantische und tropische Abendessen. Wir haben auch einen Gasgrill, auf dem Sie Ihren frischen Fang des Tages zubereiten können!

This is a very nice town home for my vacation. Everything you need is furnished down to beach towels and beach chairs. The beds are very comfortable and beautiful artwork throughout the home. Will stay there again. Perfect! And spotless!

This place was perfect for the relaxing vacation we were wanting. It is located away from the chaos but a close enough drive if you want to get caught up in the excitement of pier park! Beautiful Townhouse

The townhouse is clean and homey. Has everything you could need. They have beach chairs, toys and a wagon you can use. They provided personal laundry items and also had shampoo and body wash provided. All you need to do is show up with your luggage. The publix is near by so you can go grocery shop if you want to cook. There is many places near by to eat also if your not wanting to cook as well. My family have visited Panama for 3 years so far and this is by far our favorite place we have stayed. Ron and Yoli are the best.

This is a nice unit in a quiet area.

The property was very nicely decorated and stocked wonderfully with everything that we needed. The air conditioning went out the first night that we were there but the owners quickly got someone out to repair it even though it was late. The gulf view is exaggerated. It is a small glimpse from the upstairs balcony. The beach access was a good distance away. The area was very quiet and the beach was not crowded.

Excellent Stay!

We were greeted by the owner Ron who wanted to make sure we had everything we needed for our visit. He has a love of fine arts and creates his own glass art work that we were able to enjoy during our stay. The townhome is clean and quite. We had everything we needed for our long weekend, including a full kitchen, plenty of fresh towels and beach chairs that we could roll on a cart to the beach. At one point, my dad texted Ron to ask where he could purchase a beach umbrella and Ron responded by bringing one over! I can't say enough good things about this place. We will certainly come back again next year!

My husband, friends, and myself truly enjoyed our stay at Ron and Yolie's beach home! This place was EVERYTHING they described it to be. We were so impressed with the hospitality and generosity from this couple from the moment we arrived up until we left. The home was literally right across from the beach, with easy access, and very quiet. My husband and I enjoyed being able to walk out on our balcony and see the beach from our bedroom. The upkeep of the home was immaculate and we loved the fact that there were beach towels, chairs, and a carrier that we were allowed to use during our stay. We give this place and the owners five stars and will definitely be staying there in the future! Thanks again, Ron & Yolie!

My hosts genuinely cares about me having a peaceful and serene experience. As a matter of fact, it was their highest priority !!! Such a cute and very clean cottage across from the beach. Beautiful decor and artwork throughout. Stocked with many needed items. Ron met us at the place to let us in and orient us to the place. We enjoyed out stay very much and will definitely return.

We had a wonderful time at this home. The property was wonderful the house had everything you need dishes, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, toys for the kids made everything so easy! First off, let me start out by saying Ron was one of the easiest people I have ever worked with when it came to reservations for a vacation. He never failed to respond quickly, answer any questions that I had, and even accommodated to my many changes. Thank you so much for that! The house was exceptional- it was spotless, had everything you needed all the way from kitchen utensils to beach chairs. I felt very much at home here and even the neighbors were wonderful! The surprise souvenir gift from Yolie was so unexpected and so generous. I loved it and it is such a kind gesture to give to your guests! Between Ron and Yolie, and the house - I will probably be highly disappointed if I were to rent from someone else. We definitely will be back!

Great hosts, great property, great location!

Ron and Yolie were always communicative in order to make our stay great even before we arrived. Yolie showed us around their beautiful, cozy, and clean property. They have all you need (towels, kitchenware, etc). Even beach toys and chairs and a cart to take it all with you to the beach. The property is very close to the beach entrance. Very convenient. We loved the townhouse! Ron was an awesome host who met us there and showed us around, and literally made sure we had everything we needed from kitchen pots and pans, beach towels, beach chairs and even beach toys for the kids! We loved the beautiful art and the stories behind the pieces. Short walk to the beach and at night the balcony outside master bedroom was my favorite place. Retired neighbors next door were awesome also. It was like home away from home. Thank you so much and hope to stay with you guys again!

This townhome is fantastic!

Not Your Typical Rental!

Our experience with our vacation at Ron and Yolie’s was fantastic,fun,affordable,one of a kind,away from the crowds but close to any thing you wanted to do! My girlfriends and I highly recommend it! Attention is focused on every detail to help ensure you have a great stay! A cart, chairs for the beach,beach towels and even toys were provided for your time on the beach.Also the townhouse was SO CLEAN! The unique, original art decorating the rooms are amazing! Thank you Ron and Yolie for sharing your home on the beach with 4 teachers from Kentucky drastically needing a perfect place to escape! We will be back.. isn’t that the best compliment?!!

We are traveling glass artists, with a passion for the unique. We have found our greatest memories in places that had something different to offer. During our years on the road, we realized that clean and unique lodgings were hard to come by..And so, after 15 years of travel, we decided to settle down and spend more time together on the beach. We dreamed of creating the special and meaningful accommodations that had eluded us for all those years. The result is, a group of, three uniquely themed vacation rentals. Sunset Palms is our most recent adventure. Our other two properties are located a mile away and are also available on VBRO. They include: Banana Cabana property #405927, and Malibu Palms property #589440.
Ron Strickland is a true native of Panama City, Florida. Growing up on the beach gave Ron a personal love for this region. Most of his childhood was spent playing in the tops of Magnolia trees and learning about the natural beauty that this area has to offer. This " aerial view" gave Ron a special perspective on his life. He has, since 1981, owned many clothing stores on Panama City Beach. He attended Huntingdon College, with the intention of becoming an archaeologist, BUT, the beach lured him back home...
Yolie ( Jolijn ) Strickland is the product of an International, United Nations family. She was born in Rome, Italy and grew up in Africa. This special coupling of living in distant lands, and her family's quest to rid the world of hunger, gave Yolie a humble view of people and their beautiful uniqueness. After coming to The United States, as a student at N.Y.U. and living in New York City for 10 years, she moved to South Florida, and eventually ended up in Panama City Beach. She has lived here for 20 years and would NEVER want to live anywhere else again. She loves it here..."This is paradise!", she says.
Ron and Yolie live a mile away from Sunset Palms. They have been married for 19 years and have one daughter and three doggies.

Sunset Palms is unlike, most beach rental properties on Panama City Beach. It is very uniquely decorated, has a Gulf view, is VERY clean, and, is fairly priced. The atmosphere on the west end of Panama City Beach is peaceful and serene. It is located away from all of the noise, congestion, and tourist traps of the east end of the beach. It is close to many restaurants great seafood dining areas. And most uniquely , it is located one mile from the beginning of scenic Highway 30-A, in Walton County. This resort area includes Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and more. All these townships are connected by 30-A and, a 22 mile bike path, so you can tour each town for lunch, beaches, and adventure.
We purchased this property for it's view and it's proximity of the beach. You can watch beautiful sunsets from the balcony, as well as, see large flocks of pelicans flying east for the night. You can fall asleep to the sounds of waves lapping the beach. When we are at Sunset Palms, we are captivated by it's tranquil feel and, often, don't want to leave.. We know that you feel the same way.

From the moment that you arrive at Sunset Palms, to when you tour each room and experience the decorating details, you will know that you are in a special place. We hope that the experience of staying in our vacation rental, will mirror the natural and tropical experience of our beautiful beach. That alone, is a huge challenge but we feel that our care, in designing this townhouse, will rival any of the beautiful memories that you will experience on the beach. Sunset Palms is a wonderful place to escape life for a while, both inside and regionally. Our favorite touch is all of the artwork. It defines what it is like to be from here, and it describes what the artists felt as, they created their art along the shores. Panama City Beach is a magical place. Sunset Palms is a magical place along those emerald waters.
