"Cast Away" ist unser Zuhause in der Golfstadt am ruhigen, familienorientierten Westende von Panama City Beach, Florida! Dieses Haus bietet eine unglaubliche Aussicht von der geräumigen Küche und dem Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss sowie vom Hauptschlafzimmer auf der zweiten Ebene. Die erste Etage verfügt über ein Gästezimmer und ein Vollbad, eine Waschküche, eine Küche mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, einen großen Ess- und Wohnbereich mit Zugang zu einer offenen Terrasse mit perfekter Aussicht und ein Treppenhaus hinunter zum Strand. Vor dem Stadthaus stehen Ihre persönlichen Adirondack-Stühle, auf denen Sie Ihre Kinder, Enkelkinder oder den Sonnenuntergang beobachten können. Ein Grill befindet sich auf dem Stranddeck und bietet Platz für 9 Personen.

Die zweite Etage verfügt über das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Blick auf den herrlichen Golf von Mexiko und hat ein eigenes Bad mit Waschtisch und einen privaten Balkon mit Blick auf den Strand. Ebenfalls in der zweiten Etage befindet sich das zweite Gästezimmer, in dem 2 Doppelbetten, Etagenbetten mit ausziehbarem Bett und eine angeschlossene Badewanne untergebracht sind. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Flachbildfernseher.

Diese Eigenschaft ist das, worum es im Paradies geht. Es bietet den Komfort, direkt in Ihre private Garage einzufahren und in einer Minute am Strand zu sein. Die Lage ist großartig mit Publix, Winn-Dixie, CVS und Bayou Bills Crab House weniger als eine Meile entfernt, der Pier Park ist in der Nähe und der Rosemary Beach ist gleich um die Ecke. Kostenloses WiFi ist vorhanden.

Wonderful time

We had a family get away and had a great time. Everything was clean and neat. Kitchen and appliances met all of our needs. We loved the great view and the ability to step right out onto the beach. The beach almost felt private as there were very few people there. Charlotte gave us great information for our stay and checked in on us for any concerns. We would definitely come back!

Perfect beach getaway

Cast Away was the perfect beach getaway for our family! The house is so clean and updated! Very spacious! A deck with steps that lead right to the beach. Very convenient especially with kids. The owner was great as well. Very friendly and responsive to any questions we had! The location is great as well. Not a high traffic area which makes it easy to get where you want to go. Fall break 2021

Cast Away located in quiet Sunnyside is perfect for vacationers who desire to have the beach pretty much to themselves. The home is connected to 2 other units and located next to a public beach access, none of which took away from a great stay. Charlotte is a premier host for good reason, her communication is superb along with having a beautiful well appointed property. The grocery shopping and restaurants were not crazy busy in this area also. If you want a true relaxing vacation away from all the crowds this is the place to go.

Absolutely wonderful!

This is a perfect place for a family vacation in Florida off of 30A. The townhome is literally on the beach. It slept 8 comfortably. Charlotte, the owner, literally saw to every detail. She met us on arrival and was a text away for any need. We asked her if the rental had a griddle and waffle iron- she brought her own from her house. Amazing! The downstairs bed probably needs a new mattress but the other beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, umbrellas for a long day at the beach. We will definitely be going back. Oh- and the location is perfect. It is quiet, away from the crazy of Panama City Beach. We pretty much had our choice of all the beach. We drove one day to Rosemary/Seagrove/Seaside and realized how very crowded it was. We quickly made our way back to our little slice of heaven. A Publix and Winn Dixie are super close. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Definitely go to Thomas’s donuts for breakfast- delicious!!! Overall- we did not want to leave.

I can't say enough great things about our stay. Charlotte was awesome and super helpful! Fantastic VRBO in a great location

Had a short stay of 3d/3n with friends. This condo is on the beach and has beautiful views. It is extremely well-kept and furnished. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. When we arrived the cleaning crew had left it spotless. Everything in the condo is in excellent condition and the pictures are spot on with what you will be experiencing. The unit has a garage and Inside there are beach chairs, beach umbrella, and kids toys. There is also a Kamado Joe egg on the deck for grilling. The location is on the West end of PCB which is quieter with a more relaxed attitude. A Winn Dixie is just around the corner so supplies are close. Would like to add that Charlotte is a fantastic host. Communications regarding the check-in and out process were very clear, and any questions were answered quickly. She is very easy to work with. This is a 5-star property with a 5-star host. Highly recommend

Perfect Beach House for Family

Had a terrific Saturday stay over Thanksgiving with my family. What a perfect home (with some nice neighbors) on the beach where we could celebrate Thanksgiving. Only bad thing (unrelated to the house) was having to turn on the heat since we got some really low temps that week. We needed to contact the owners for some assistance and they were quick to respond and address the request. A+++

All of our properties have wonderful neighbors and are not close to high rise condominium complexes which makes the beach experience more private.
