Das familienorientierte Ferienhaus liegt an den schönen StrĂ€nden des Golfs entfernt. Ein Schritt aus der VerandatĂŒr bringt Sie auf Ihrem Weg zu einem Tag voller Sonne, Spaß und der klarsten GewĂ€sser je. Die verglaste Veranda schlafen fĂŒr vier Personen und ist ideal fĂŒr die Kinder der Familie.

Das ist wirklich eine HĂŒtte direkt am Strand. Zwei Treppen, in den Fotos gezeigt enden am Strand - die perfekt fĂŒr Strand KĂ€mmen und lange SpaziergĂ€nge ist!

Unser Ferienhaus ist durch Fall fĂŒr die Vermietung FrĂŒhling zur VerfĂŒgung (von 15. bis 15. MĂ€rz November).

Ein VermĂ€chtnis von Old Florida, ist die Eigenschaft, in der NĂ€he von Carillon Beach und Inlet Beach. Es ist eine entspannende Lage, aber in der NĂ€he zu vielen Attraktionen fĂŒr diejenigen, die eine aktivere Tempo gefallen. Auch wenn Sie am ruhigen Ende von Panama City Beach Sie sind immer noch in der NĂ€he vieler Restaurants, LebensmittelgeschĂ€fte, Einkaufen, Radfahren, Wandern, ganz zu schweigen von all dem Wasser Spaß auf den Golf. Great older house righ on the beach

You can't beat the walk down the steps to the beach. Older house but it had everything we needed for a great weekend. We will definitely be back.

My daughter and I often meet here. Ive also stayed here with friends. I think I've rented it about 5 times. Right on the beach! Great place. We like it better than a condo.

Great Experience

Absolutely loved our time. The cottage is quaint and dated which we found charming. The beach views from the back porch are unbeatable! Communication was quick and super easy with the hosts. Convenient to all local attractions and restaurants but also quiet and out of the busyness of tourists which we loved. Highly recommend!

I booked this rental specifically for the deck and the beach access. It was so relaxing, calm and not crowded beach. Everything I was looking for. The only regret was no washer and dryer in rental. Otherwise a perfect spot.

Great Vacation

This property is exactly as described. There is nothing fancy about the property but if you are looking for a little nostalgia then this is the cottage to rent. The beds are comfortable annd the kitchen is equipped with a good supply of dishes. THere are ample chairs to enjoy the porch and even some to take to the beach.

Love this old beach house!

This is my favorite place to stay. I’ve rented many times. NOT fancy but close to the water , great deck and screen porch. The kitchen is well equipped. This part of the beach is never crowded. The owner is so easy to communicate with. Enjoy!

Loved our stay!

Great little place to stay! Place is pretty clean but could probably use a good deep clean. Living room furniture not very comfortable but OK for short periods. Beds felt fairly comfortable. The guest bathroom door know would not work from the inside and my mom got locked in while we were out. Luckily, we weren’t far away so she was stuck for only about 30 minutes. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

Beach cottage

Great location, could be a great beach house it they would install comfortable beds and living room furniture, give the place a good cleaning, the beach house was pretty dirty upon arrival. It was advertised in the description of the beach house that there was cable tvbut there was not. I couldn’t even watch the local abc, cbs, nbc, fox network.

Great Beachfront House

This little house is perfect. Plenty of space for us and our 3 kids with a couple of beds to spare. There’s no substitute for being right on the beach. Much more spacious and private than any condo anywhere near this price range. I love the quiet and calm Sunnyside location. This section of beach was never crowded even though it was 4th of July weekend. Highly recommended. We will stay here again.

Nice little beach house

I very much liked this little beach house. It’s nothing fancy but clean. It’s an older house but the location was Excellent & the view was also. The owner was pleasant & even checked to see how it was going while there. I’m a 58 yr old woman & was alone with my little fur baby. I never ever felt unsafe while there.

Cottage

My husband and I love Santa Rosina cottage. I fell like I’m back as a child in my brother’s camp house at the lake. Absolutely loved it. If you need all the modern conveniences then this place is not for you. It was so clean. Towels and sheets smelled fresh and clean. My husband and I moved back to the sleeping porch and slept back there. It was so fun!! Beautiful beach right out your back door!! And not crowded at all Cottage was super clean. Only drawback as we didn’t know we couldn’t bring our dog onto the beach. He was sad he could not go with us anymore but it least we weren’t told until the last day of the trip out on the beach when a wildlife officer rode up and we were told dogs were not aloud on that beach. That was the end of our trip. I should have looked that up. Beside from that it was an absolutely beautiful cottage!! I would recommend this to anyone

We had the best time. The cabin could have used some updates but was a good fit for my sister's family and mine. The scene from the porch every morning was amazing. The beach was not only a beautiful white but we saw starfish, dolphins and found a lot of seashells. We played on the beach every day and I was able to cook for all 8 of use comfortable in the kitchen. We even had a chance to talk with some of the locals that were walking the beach in the mornings as well and they were all so pleasant and welcoming. Although we were nervous of the "spring breakers" the location of the cottage kept us close to restaurants but away enough that it was peaceful and pleasant. Joanna was amazing to work with. She was pleasant and quick to respond to emails. We hope that we can rent it again next year. Only suggestion would be to make sure you wear flip flops in the path to the beach as there are little burs that were not pleasant to step on.

Run down and ready for demolition

Ok. First off, the beach setting is wonderful. Couldn't be better. But the cottage? Refrigerator was absolutely horrid with red, sticky stains and rust spots down the front. We used a towel to open it so that we didn't have to touch it. Electrical outlets were installed in the most unusual locations and were often over loaded with appliances. Flooring throughout was dirty, old and uneven. Outdoor decking and stairs down to beach were old, splitting and on their last legs. This place is wedged between an existing condo unit and new townhouse construction. Privacy was a rarity with the construction crew right next door - even on weekends. Owner did not tell us that dogs were not permitted on the beach even though he knew we were bringing our dog. Fortunately some nice locals told us we could face significant fines if we were caught.
