Unsere Villa liegt in Sandy Ridge, einer gepflegten und ruhigen Wohngegend in der Nähe des Champions Gate Golf Resorts und nur 5 Minuten von der Interstate I4, Orlandos Hauptverkehrsader, die alle wichtigen Themenparks und den International Drive miteinander verbindet. Disney ist nur 12 Minuten entfernt, und ein Publix-Supermarkt befindet sich in günstiger Lage ein paar Minuten die Straße hinauf, zusammen mit lokalen Restaurants Geschäfte und Fast-Food-Outlets. In 5 Minuten erreichen Sie die Geschäfte und Restaurants von Champions Gate. In 15 Minuten erreichen Sie das Einkaufszentrum im Posner Park mit weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Wir haben einen kleinen See auf der Rückseite der Villa, wo Wildtiere wie Reiher und Sandhill Cranes oft zu sehen sind. Die Ausstattung in der Villa selbst umfasst einen großen Pool mit Blick auf den See, mit freiem Blick auf den typischen Floridian Wald dahinter, ein komfortabel eingerichtetes Spielzimmer (viel besser, dass viele "Spielzimmer", die Sie beworben sehen, die in der Tat eine billige Billardtisch sind in einer nackten Garage) ein 48 "Fernseher im Wohnbereich plus ein Blu-Ray-Player, mit einem Kabel-TV-Paket, das Live-Premiership Football und Grand-Prix-Rennen in der Saison umfasst. Week at the parks

We stayed 7nights and enjoyed our stay. Pet friendly and had several dog walk stations on sidewalks throughout the neighbor hood. Traffic to and from the parks was more than we had but not a big deal. Host was easy to work with.

We had a very good time at the property. The screened in heated swimming pool was a winner by everyone! The house was located in the center of everywhere we wanted to go. The owner and property manager got right back to us when we had any questions. The property could use a little updating, but generally it worked great for us.

The owner of this property was very accommodating. The only downside of this property is it is not very clean. There was poop and pee stains all over the carpet in the living room dining room and upstairs hall. The showers were not very clean either. The pool itself was very clean but the area outside was very dirty there was very old deflated dirty toys in the corner with a lot of dirt build up.

Too far away

If you don’t mind being far away from the parks and basically everything else, then the house is decent for the money. The pool was nice. The game room was nice being air conditioned. The a/c worked well and wasn’t programmed to stay at 70 degrees or anything. The neighborhood seems to be mostly permanent residents, so if you’re a quiet family like we were, then it’s okay. A couple things didn’t work when we got there, but getting a hold of Brian was easy and someone came right over. It was clean and had plenty of space.

Amazing Family Vacation!!

We had such a wonderful stay! Great Commication with the owner prior to our arrival. There was a maintenance issue and it was resolved quickly. Very clean, great beds, room for our whole family. Quiet neighborhood and not far from access to the I4, a publix, and small shopping area. I would 100% stay here again!! Thanks so much for the memories

Our Sandy Ridge Villa

We loved the location and we’re very happy with everything for the most part. The heated pool was a highlight, which will bring us back again! There were a few minor things to bring to attention… Some of the appliances in the kitchen need attention… Icemaker, garbage disposal, both microwaves. And the carpets need cleaned badly… Or even replaced. Actually replacing the carpets with some kind of flooring would make the place so much cleaner looking. Overall, we were very happy and would absolutely book again next year!

My family with 3 adult kids (one of whom is married) stayed here for Christmas and New Years. It was a great home with 2 Master bedrooms with bathrooms and 2 bedrooms that shared a hall bathroom. All bedrooms are upstairs. I would have liked to have more bath towels as we were only given 1 per person. The beds were comfortable. The pool was great! There is a light in the pool but we could not figure out how to turn it on or it needs to have a new bulb. The "gameroom" is in the garage. It was a great asset when it did get cold but there was not a heater in the garage. The kitchen was nice but there were some elements that I wish I knew - we were supplied with 2 dish towels and a sponge - no pot holders. We only were given 1 trashbag and 1 roll of towels. There were ice trays to make your own ice. I would have liked some more utensils like tongs and slotted spoons and a pasta spoon. There were no containers to put food in to save for another meal. The microwave did not have a working light or fan so cooking bacon gave the kitchen alot of smoke. No staples like salt/pepper/ or pam. In the bathroom only 1 roll of toliet paper. No extras so bring your own or plan to go to the store to purchase extra. There was no hand towel or soap in the 1/2 bath downstairs. The house is very minimalistic but nice and clean. Great neighborhood & 7 mins away from grocery stores and coffee shops! 20 - 30 mins. to Disney depending on traffic. I would stay here again!

I agree that cell reception isn't wonderful on some networks, but that's true for many areas in Central Florida once you get away from the city center. We do, of course, provide wi-fi and a guest cable phone. I believe the issue with the temperature is that you arrived during very cold weather, and were initially unable to switch the HVAC from 'cool' to 'heat', but after a call with my manager you were able to turn the heat on.

Spacious house with wonderful pool in a convenient, quite location.

Impressive initial impression, well appointed and nice floor plan. Bedrooms are roomy and plenty of bathrooms. Game room provided optional activities out of the Florida heat. However, the management company needs to do a "deep clean" in the house, repair the window shades that are only partially operational, etc., repair the sink stoppers in the bathrooms, and replace some of the towels. With those efforts it would quickly rate 5 stars from us!

Not clean enough, and very tired decor.

On arrival a empty bottle of water left on coffee table. A dirty tray left in the oven. The lani had chewing gum left and cigarette butts, table and chairs very dirty. In bedroom 2 window seals very very dusty and the wash basin was blocked.

Thanks for your feedback. We had a bit of an emergency the morning of your arrival with the cleaner phoning sick. We managed to call another one in, but it seems they missed a couple of things due to the reduced amount of time they then had. Hope that didn't detract too much from the enjoyment of your holiday. I've spoken to the Management about the sink, and was glad to hear they went out and sorted it out as soon as they were informed of the problem.

Wonderful stay

Home was lovely in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious, well equipped with a wonderful pool and deck. A/C and fans in all the bedrooms cooled the whole house evenly. Refrigerator probably should be replaced - all door compartments and one produce drawer were broken and the ice maker did not work. We bought some plastic ice trays - not a big deal. Carpeting could use a good steam clean and stretch. All the bedrooms and baths were upstairs (lovely and spacious) with a half bath down. Normally not a problem unless you have difficulty walking which I discovered when I injured my knee two weeks into a month long stay. I would definitely rent this home again.

Extremely poor cleaning company

COLD; once host got my email (2 days after I sent it) he responded & notified the management company who responded quickly with thermostat instructions & this resolved the issue Only 1 towel per person except master & only 3 waskcloths for 4 people No spices/Pam No dish towel or drying rack/mat Ice maker doesn't work (reported in other reviews & yet not fixed) Ceiling fans in all rooms are filthy No pot holders Shower heads had a lot of Calcium buildup & hard to bed cleaned before they could be used Living room carpet is atrocious! Stained & needs stretched Dead gnats on window sills in one bedroom (apparently housekeeping doesn't lift blinds) Dead fly in plain site between a bed & the nightstand All baseboards are very dirty Stairway light & porchlight are out (outside garage livhts did work) Very dirty casserole dish in the cupboard Advertised there were tv's in all bedrooms but 2 of the 4 did not have one "Games room" advertised that it is "unlike others that is simply a bare garage with a cheap pool table" but that is exactly what it is! Nothing more in the "games room" (ie board games). Yes, Disney is the main entertainment & food supply but when at the house you need something to do & not be grossed out!

Value for money but lower on quality

Firstly I have to say the communication with the owner before and during the stay was very good and we paid a low rental price for a three week stay at this villa in August. Having rented for the best part of twenty years in this area, I have to say that the villa was probably the most tired of all those that we have used in the past. There seems a disconnect between owner and property manager, for example, we had six guests and were provided with six hand towels and no bath towels, despite messaging the owner and getting fast responses, it took 10 days before the towels arrived - we had gone out and purchase beach towels to use by this point. The owner said the property manager had been ringing the villa to get an update on what else we needed - there is no phone handset in the villa despite there being cables for one. There are numerous stains on the walls and carpets, the waste disposal didn’t work which we emailed to report but had no acknowledgment to, the ice machine in the fridge doesn’t dispense ice, the water in the taps is warm. We did enjoy our vacation very much despite all of this but wish I would have known some of the above before choosing to stay as the minor annoyances built up into bigger points that leave us knowing we will not return. At the end of our stay, it’s true that you get what you pay for.

Wonderful villa next to Disney

Definitely 5 stars. I can‘t unterstand how other guests voted less than 5. Communication was so easy with fast responds. The villa is located in a quiet residential area with a beautiful landscape next to it. You will reach all Disneyparks within a few minutes, Universal within 30 minutes. A lot of sleeping rooms with bathroom, full equipped kitchen, pool and a lot more. We had a great time and will definitely come back soon. Thanks a lot. Greetings from Germany.

Great villa

This was a great property. We was a group of 5 but villa could easily fit 4 adults and 4 children. Great views from pool area and rear of villa. My wife was pleased not to see a alligator in the pool behind the villa. Did see plenty of wildlife including eagle's and dear. Quite location perfect for a relaxing day. Aldi, gas station, publix and Mcdonald all 2 miles away. The pool was clean and plenty of beds. Great pool table area nice and cool ideal for a relax and drink. Management was great sorted out our issue the next day. The only fault is the traffic try and avoid going out around work and school times as it can easily add 30 minutes to a journey.
