Guest Access:

Parking:

• Up to 2 vehicles can park in the driveway plus 2 vehicles can park on the street. Parking is also available at the clubhouse. Please note: the garage is not available and heavy-duty vehicles are not permitted on this property.



Property Access:

• Guests will enter the community via a locked gate monitored by a security guard.



Resort Access:

• You're provided with complimentary access to the Solana Resort.

• Clubhouse is open daily from 9am - 6pm, year-round.



The Neighborhood:

Located at the Solana Resort - one of the most desired resort communities in all of Davenport area! Solana Resort's Clubhouse is a great spot to relax and have fun, featuring a large heated pool and spa surrounded by palm trees. The pool area has plenty of loungers, shaded cabanas, and a nearby picnic area with BBQs. If you’re feeling active, there’s a beach volleyball court, a recreation field, mini-golf, and a climbing area for older kids, plus a play area for younger ones. Inside, you'll find a comfortable lounge with a widescreen TV, a fitness room, free WiFi, and a games room with arcade games. The clubhouse also offers a helpful concierge service for advice on local attractions and Disney ticket sales. Outside by the pool, there's a tiki bar with snacks and drinks, and the clubhouse hosts regular events, including summer pool parties and holiday activities.

Pet Friendly:

• Pets less than 60lbs. are very welcome at our home (maximum of 2 pets - dogs only)

• A pet fee of $129/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.

• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of $129 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.



We're happy to deliver:

- Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

House Rules:

1. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
