Dies ist eine schöne, ruhige und entspannende, authentisch restauriert Finca oder Bauernhof, die Anteile an der Stelle einer alten Gehöft auf der Südseite der Insel. Im Zentrum des Hauses ist der Pool, wo die Terrasse und Pergola bieten absolute Privatsphäre und großen Schutz vor der Lanzarote Sonne und Wind. Dieses Haus ist ideal für entweder einen romantischen Urlaub oder für einen Familienurlaub. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, gepuffert durch die 2-3 Meter dicken alten Mauern. Der Wohnbereich ist zeitgemäßer und wirkt offen und leicht. Die Küche ist groß, modern und gut ausgestattet. Draußen gibt es einen großen Gasgrill. Der sechseckige Tisch aus Teakholz unter der Haupt-Pergola lädt zum Essen im Freien ein. Der Jachthafen von Puerto Calero ist nur fünf Autominuten entfernt. Die Sonnen Strände auf der Südseite der Insel 10 Minuten fahren. Die Surf-Strände an der Nordseite eines halben Stunde. Der atemberaubende Nationalpark Timanfaya beginnt auf dem Hügel, an dessen Basis sich das Haus befindet.

Fantastic Villa

We have been to Lanzarote for the past 4 years and this is the best villa so far. Everything you could want and more!! A lot quieter than normal so struggled to eat out but made good use of the excellent BBQ. The pool area was fabulous and well used. The accommodation was superb. We will definitely return, hopefully when things are back to a bit of normality.

Peace and quiet

Away from the bustle of the tourist resorts, this property provided a restful holiday. While being away from the crowds the house is ideally situated for getting around by car. Everything was spotless and extremely tastefully furnished for the style of the property. We certainly lacked for nothing. The pool area has no view of the countryside but is compensated by total privacy. There are lovely views from within the house. As the evenings were cool we made good use of the comfortable living space and the extremely good entertainment facilities. We also used the barbecue.

Das Haus ist schön, wirklich gut ausgestattet. Alles funktioniert. Alles ist sauber. Toll ist der beheizte Pool für die Wintermonate. Leider gibt es keine deutschen Fernsehsender .... aber man sollte im Urlaub eh nicht fernsehen..... Auf Nachfragen wurde sofort und schnell geantwortet.

I cannot rate this property high enough. Everything about it is perfect, from location to layout. If you are wanting a relaxing break this is the place to stay. The Villa is maintained to a very high standard with everything you will ever need from lovely soft towels to pool toys. Communication with Stacy was always prompt and helpful. Wonderful villa

We really enjoyed staying at this quirky traditional villa. The villa was very clean and comfortable and we were supplied with some essentials on arrival - water, juice, wine, milk and biscuits which was a wonderful surprise. The villa is situated in a quiet area just west of Macher in the hills above Puerto Calero. We had a minor problem while we were there and would have preferred to have seen the villa manager in person rather than only having telephone/email contact.

Vacaciones relajadas en Lanzarote

Tal y como se ve en las fotos, casa muy bonita para unas vacaciones con amigos, piscina y ubicación tranquila alejada de núcleo urbano pero para visitar la isla está en buen sitio fácil de acceder y moverte por toda la isla. Mejoraría un poco la limpieza y atención un poco más personalizada o contacto por si había alguna cosa que preguntar o incidencias. Ya que no fuimos capaces de encender la tv pero que no nos importó pero si hubiera niños.

Séjour formidable

Une maison de rêve, très propre, très bien entretenue par un personnel ( jardinier, pisciniste, ménage) qui vient régulièrement et très agréable. Le cadre est très reposant, la vue sur les volcans et la mer très apaisante.Merci à Rachel pour sa confiance.

Beautifully presented villa in great location

The villa is an old farmhouse in fields, just up the hill from the main road across the island. There is a excellent supermarket Eurostar at Macher roundabout. Despite being near roads it is very peaceful with wide views down the island. It’s a great centre for exploring - nowhere seems very far. And walks nearby too into the hills. The Bedrooms are cool and cosy, kitchen better than mine at home - with sharp knives and anything else you might need. As is the technology - good WiFi, English Tv etc. Pool just right and swimming in it on 21 December. Communication, check in and housekeeping excellent. Altogether a perfect stay.

Beautiful, private property

As soon as we arrived and walked into the villa it more than lived up to our expectations. It was beautiful, very clean and our host had left a lovely welcome pack for us. Booking was easy, I was a little nervous about the direct bank transfer but it all went smoothly, our host was very quick to let us know it had all gone through. The instructions to get to the villa were spot on. We used the villa as a base for cycling from which was perfect, they was a supermarket a 5 min drive away and we explored by car as we;;. The villa was so quiet and tranquil and the beautiful pool and outdoor BBQ just added to the atmosphere. Would highly recommend and we will be back.

Truly impressive in every respect

My wife and I rented this property for a fortnight to escape the UK winter. The accommodation is a tastefully designed and furnished. On arrival we found the property and its appliances to be spotlessly clean. The living area has two comfortable leather settees and an arm chair, a bookcase crammed with novels and CDs, a couple of coffee tables and a TV with an extended package of programmes (including Sky sports and movies). The dining area seats 6 at the spacious table.The kitchen area has a four ring halogen hob and oven. There is a large fridge / freezer. There was a huge quantity of crockery, glassware and cutlery. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of storage and work space. The wi-fi was very effective. We found the bed to be comfortable and there were lots of additional blankets and pillows if needed. There is an en-suite bathroom which has a generously large shower enclosure. It worked efficiently and there was always ample hot water at good pressure. There is a further large family bathroom. There were sufficient towels for us to use. There was a washing machine outside which we did not use although it would have been an asset had we stayed longer. The most striking feature of the property is the heated free-form pool which was extremely clean, being professionally maintained twice weekly. The villa is a very short distance to the main road running the length of the island – it was very easy to get anywhere on the island in a timely manner. There are large supermarkets about a 15 minute drive away in Playa Honda. The airport is also in the same vicinity. We would like to thank Rachel, the property manager, for all her speedy replies during the booking process and her assistance whilst staying at the property. This is a quality property and it comes with the highest recommendation for a carefree holiday.

Wonderful place to stay!

We have stayed at Casa Playa Negra three times and it's our favourite place to stay on the island. It's a real home from home with the added bonus of a private swimming pool. Rachel the manager is always friendly and helpful. I will be booking again soon! Nat and Andy

Perfect!

Perfect location for sight seeing, exploring and beaches. Good for walking and birdwatching.Sparkling pool heated all year at no extra charge, hot and cold shower. Super comfy beds/bedding.Large well equipped kitchen. Spotless house and tidy gardens, all tv channels work, Wi Fi excellent. Easy to find. Information pack very informative and if you need to know more just ask Rachel the manager, always available to help you.Use her eating out guide ,you wont go wrong. Cafe next to Garage 5mins away near Spar, good food ,children welcome.Spar has fresh fish, meat at good prices on Puerto Carmen roundabout .At El Golfo there are lava rocks which when opened (if you are lucky) have green crystals in. Good for a gentle stroll ,coffee (try the special coffees with condensed milk) and cake or excellent fish. We loved Quamada just a small fishing village with a couple of bars ,excellent sea food on the edge of the sea.The Casa is beautifull y resored in a location that is good alround ,something for every- one ! Easy to find ,private ,there are no negatives. Go relax and enjoy, highly reccomended.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

The house has many return visitors due to the character of the property and the total peace, quiet and relaxation the location offers. The house is extremely well equipped, from the kitchen, to the outside areas and has the entertainment to provide for all needs.

For relaxing under the sun there are sun loungers and a parasol, with two further teak reclining chairs and stools.

The large pergola by the pool shelters a teak hexagonal dining table and chairs. This is accessed directly from the kitchen/dining area and so is perfect for drinks and al fresco dining. Outdoor grilling and roasting in this area is made easy with the Weber Genesis II three-burner gas BBQ (bottled gas supplied).

There is a large, mature garden to the front, secured by high walls and a gate which provides a secure children’s play area as well as a paved parking and turning area for cars.

On a raised section of the garden there is another sheltered, large pergola with seating and a table, which gives great views out to the ocean.

The terrace outside bedroom 3 has its own pergola, table and chairs.
