Ambiant is a contemporary designer villa inspired by classic Lanzarote style that provides unparalleled tranquillity and light-filled interior and exterior spaces. Nestled in a stunning volcanic tropical garden lined with palm trees, a 20m heated private pool, 2 terraces and a unique outdoor lounge area offer ultimate relaxation and complete privacy.
The strikingly beautiful interior design combines luminous modernism and exquisite furnishings with a harmonious blend of natural elements to deliver an ambiance of ultimate calming comfort.
Ambiant features floor-to-ceiling windows throughout and a spectacular open-plan living and dining space seamlessly integrating with the pool, terrace and garden. Sliding glass doors open directly to the exterior from all areas of the house. Three generous fully ensuite double bedrooms each include king beds, luxury bathroom, separate toilet, walk-in shower, large built-in wardrobes and direct outdoor access to the garden. A large terrace and lounge area provides premium outdoor furniture including a king-size sunbed, seating area with a cocktail table and outdoor sofa. The large outdoor dining table and a barbeque allow for pool-side alfresco meals and entertainment throughout the day. A second generous terrace and solarium with an outdoor shower offers further sunbeds and space for relaxation and sunbathing. Both terraces have direct access to the 20m heated private lap pool which extends along the full side of the house. Step out of your bedroom straight into the pool for a morning swim.
The designer kitchen with marble top working area, features high-quality appliances including large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, integrated oven and grill and an induction cooker. A large extravagant dining table crafted from a single slab of marble offers a sumptuous dining experience and also provides a spacious work area if required. A separate wine fridge and cooler will ensure your favourite local wines are always at the desired temperature. A separate laundry room provides separate high-quality washing machine and dryer as well ironing equipment.
This state-of-the-art villa has a sophisticated and unobtrusive air conditioning throughout and an integrated smart home system allowing for individual temperature and lighting controls in each room. Smart TVs are available in the living room and all bedrooms with free high-speed Wifi throughout the house. An alarm system with direct connection to private security provides for you safety at all times.
