"Poinciana Treetop" ist ein Teil der 2-Einheiten-Gruppe "Poinciana Place" - weniger als 2 Blocks von der Duval Street entfernt und zentral zu allem, was Key West zu bieten hat.

"Poinciana Treetop" ist eine sonnige, ungezwungene Einheit mit einem Schlafzimmer im zweiten Stock. Nehmen Sie die vordere Treppe in den zweiten Stock und genießen Sie die Brise der Insel. Die Küche hat einen großen Kühlschrank und einen kleinen 4-Flammen-Gasherd, Mixer, Mikrowelle und Toaster. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Schlafsofa, Kabelfernsehen und kostenfreies WLAN. Das Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett verfügt über einen Kabel-TV und ein eigenes Bad mit einer Badewanne / Dusche-Kombination. Öffnen Sie die Glastüren von Ihrem Schlafzimmer aus und betreten Sie die Veranda im zweiten Stock. Freuen Sie sich auf eine Gemeinschaftsterrasse mit Gasgrill, einen üppigen Garten, eine Sonnenterrasse mit Liegestühlen und ein Essbereich im Freien. This place was on the smallish side, but was a good use of space, and perfect for the two of us. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioners worked beautifully to keep us comfortable from the humidity. We loved the balconies where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee. But the best part of this place is how close it is to Duval Street and all of the restaurants, bars, and shoppes. It was great being able to walk everywhere and be close to everything, but yet was quiet at night. You can hear the local roosters crowing in the morning, but we found that to be fun/charming vs. Annoying.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Apartment was very convenient to everything without being in the middle of noise or commotion. Parking was very important and a dedicated spot was very convenient. An earlier check in would have made my stay perfect but it was pretty easy wasting time in such an active city. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is excellent. Convenient to Fausto’s, waters and beaches, restaurants. We enjoyed the two balconies. We are almost 80 and were concerned about the stairs but they are easy to climb. Historic Key West was very responsive to any issues we had with the property. Within hours they came to solve whatever occurred. The kitchen needs sharp knives. We dined in numerous nights and had trouble slicing and giving.

This gem in Key West was perfect! Clean, comfy, close to downtown! Gated, washer dryer access, bike parking within the gated property..also has its own designated parking spot for car or golf cart..priceless! Bed comfy, kitchen has everything needed plus full size frig. Air conditioning works great to keep place cool..loved it here! Has 2 cute balconies too! Will definitely stay here again..only thing missing was a small pool!

Quaint, great location, get-a-way!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a terrific little place to stay! Great location, very clean, and very comfortable!
