Dieses Gerät verfügt über einen König in beiden Schlafzimmern.

1800 Atlantic liegt direkt am Atlantik in Key West, neben Smathers Beach, dem Stadtstrand mit einer Vielzahl von Wassersportmöglichkeiten.

Das Anwesen selbst verfügt über bewachte Parkplätze, 3 beleuchtete Tennisplätze, von denen einer der einzige Sandplatz in der Stadt ist. Es gibt wunderschöne botanische Gärten mit Picknick- und Grillplätzen.

Der beheizte Pool in olympischer Größe befindet sich am Rande des Atlantischen Ozeans. Es gibt auch einen Whirlpool für 20 Personen am Pool und eine Sauna, auch wenn Sie dies wünschen.

Der Pool ist der Neid vieler unserer Inselbesucher.
Zugewiesenes Parken ist eine unserer vielen Annehmlichkeiten.

Das historische Gebiet ist weniger als 5 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.
Fischen, Schnorcheln, Tauchen, Essen, Jetski, Theater oder einfach nur Entspannen, es ist Ihr Urlaub und wir helfen Ihnen weiter. Wir werden unsere Inselgeheimnisse teilen und Sie werden wiederkommen.

Botonical Island Codo Review

The property was nice. We wanted a view of the ocean but our view was blocked by beautiful Botonical Gardens. The beach area was not soft sand you could walk in. Overall it was good. It depends on what you’re wanting as to whether or not you should stay there.

Before cruise stay

We chose this property for proximity to sandy beach and available parking. Very friendly staff, prompt attention to issues in the condo. While the property is dated, it’s clean and offers parking.

Nice Rental in Key West

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was nice and roomy and clean. Pool and Hot Tube was nice. The only complain we had was there was not much TP left for us and we had to go buy some because they don't provide TP and Paper towels, etc. For what the place cost you would think they could provide TP!

Quiet beach side condo

The place was easy to access, and check in. Was very clean with plenty of extras, towels, cooler, pillows. A balcony that over looks a beautiful walkway outside but it does not have an ocean view. Overall everything was great!

Comfortable and perfect for leisure time!

Very spacious, which allowed some privacy for family members. Bedrooms were comfy with super cute decor. We had some trouble with our entry code and met the maintence man, who shared some great food places and activities, saving us money and time. Great guy and very helpful. Everything is as pictured, including the pool with an ocean view and check out was very simple with good instructions posted on the property for our stay. I would highly recommend this place.

The parking was a little frustrating, most suv or trucks don't fit in the garage so the lot was pretty full at all times. The staff and maintenance crew were very helpful.

Great Spot in Key West

Nice condo building in Key West for our stay. Good facility amenities with the tennis courts, pool and workout room, plus pickleball courts a short bike ride away. Not close to Duval Street, so a car or bike is suggested.

It was located far enough away from the crowds but close enough to get there in a short time. The only concerns I had was the lights in the kitchen were dim at times, which gave me worry of electrical fire and the water pipes in the bathroom wall rattled when the faucet was turned off and on.

Spacious but dated

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was very quiet and the outdoor area was well maintained. The pool area was nice but you can't really use the beach. The condo itself was clean and was well stocked but felt like someone inherited their parents condo and has not updated anything or gotten rid of anything since. The bedrooms were great. They were decorated well and the beds were very comfortable. They each had remote control ceiling fans that worked perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked but it was just a bit dated. This was definitely someone's primary residence prior to being a rental. Every drawer and cabinet had stuff in it and most of it should be thrown out, like old electronics and phones. The living room was homey but the couches had stains on the all the cushions. This was mentioned in a prior review and the owner addressed the issue saying the cushions would be laundered or something but it does not look like it was actually done. We just put clean sheets over the couches and that took care of the issue. The condo was very well stocked with towels and sheets and there was a washer and dryer and laundry soap, so using the extra two sheets wasn't an issue. The primary bathroom was very spacious but the fan didn't work and it looked a bit dingy. The second bathroom was fine but the door handle sticks and my daughter got stuck in there for a few minutes. We spent a little bit of time on the patio and while there was no ocean view, it was very private and tropical. We sat at the table with some nice cold drinks. I would have liked to relax on a lounge chair but there weren't any. Other than the living room couches, the outdoor furniture is probably what I would improve first. The vertical blinds were very finicky and there were explicit instructions on how to use them or they would break so I would keep kids away from them. The condo would be amazing with just a few updates and a little purging of clutter.
