Banana's Foster Guest House is a charming, historic home situated in the heart of Key West. This unique old conch home is located in one of the most desirable areas, just steps away from the historic seaport and downtown. After a day of exploration, you can relax by taking a dip in the shared pool or enjoy a barbecue on the shared patio, where you can also meet other guests. The guest house is divided into six different units, allowing you to reserve one or all of them for your next vacation!
The Space:
Named after locals' and tourists' favorite dessert, the Key Lime Cottage studio has everything you need for a weekend getaway. Views of Caroline street await you and your morning coffee from the second floor shared balcony.
This cozy studio has a king size bed for a good nights sleep, a Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave and wifi to catch up with family back home. The ensuite private bath has bath shower combo for your comfort.
Guest Access:
Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Placed perfectly in-between Downtown and the Historic seaport, enjoy attractions like Mallory Square at sunset, Fury’s water adventures for a day at sea, and the Shipwreck and Mel Fisher Maritime Museum for some Key West History.
Being in the heart of everything does come with noise of downtown, but nonetheless an easy and convenient location to experience all Key West has to offer!
Half a block from Duval Street, The Banana's Foster Guest House, is steps away from Key Wests most famous bars and kitchens. Food is at your finger tips, local’s favorite restaurants, such as First Flight, Bagatelle and Two Friend’s patio are less than a 5 minute walk from your front door. Got a sweet tooth, keep an eye out for Kermit’s Key Lime pie shop in the Historic Seaport known for the best Key Lime Pie in Key West, or some homemade fudge and candy from River Street Sweets.
Forgot something and or need a quick fix, Shorty’s Market has your last minute necessities for your weekend getaway. Just 2 blocks away you can also find Fausto’s food market for locally sourced groceries.
Getting Around:
One of the best parts of staying in Key West is how close in proximity you are to everything, this small little 2x4 island offers a variety of ways to get to and from your destination! Don’t feel like walking? Peddle your way to breakfast, or take a bike ride along the water at sunset, by renting from Fury or Island Bicycles who offer both pick up & drop off of bike services! Feel like you’re on island time when you rent from Minty’s where you can enjoy exploring Key West on a scooter or golf cart! In addition to these non-traditional modes of transportation, you can also Uber, Lyft or Taxi to your next destination. Pink Taxi is an easy, reliable and affordable way for getting to your rental from the airport.

The studio is apart of the larger Banana's Foster Guest House on Simonton Street that sleeps up to 18 guests.
This unit is pet friendly. Our requirements are as follows:
•40lb maximum per pet
•$15/night per pet
•2 pet maximum

Pool on property is shared and no heated.
This home has one dedicated parking space on the Simonton Street side of the property.
Please park in the space that is labeled "Key Lime".
There is no onsite laundry at this property.
