This cottage was perfect for our 7 day stay. All amenities were perfect, especially the laundry access. It was the perfect location and very quiet.

The property management company was very easy to work with and the property itself was clean, comfortable and a pleasant place to hang out. Never had a problem with the on street parking and we found the location perfect for our vacation.

Everything was great! The cottage was cozy, clean, and had everything that we needed for our stay. We were in walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and the beach. Check in was easy. Any questions were quickly answered by the host. If we ever get back to Key West we would definitely want to stay here.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy. The host company was great with clear instructions and communication with them was great! The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Air cond worked great. Good water pressure and we spent our afternoons at the pool which was really nice!! The cottage is in a good location, but it is a little bit of a walk to the part of Duval St you want to go to.

Perfect Little Cottage for your Get-Away!

It is small but it has everything you really need - comfy bed, nice porch and back deck, shared laundry, a kitchen for a few meals in, and a great pool! The cottage was walking distance to shops and restaurants. We really didn’t need our rental car! We really enjoyed the pool and took a dip many times during our stay. Very refreshing after a day out in the heat. The property manage team was kind and sent my friendly reminders to before our stay. We highly recommend Margarita Cottage and will be coming back for another stay on our anniversary!
