This is a lovely unit in a wonderful location! It is very well appointed and charming. We did not want to be too close to Duval Street, and this is located in a quaint area of town that is nice and quiet. We truly enjoyed the marina being just a few blocks away and we were in easy walking distance to great restaurants, wonderful coffee shops, and the BEST gluten free key lime pie in Key West sold at The Koffie House (just around the corner)! Also, an overnight parking lot is right next to this condo, so that was incredibly convenient and we could park close to our unit (yes, there is not designated parking for this unit, and you cannot park on the street overnight). So, if you are driving in to Key West, you will want to pay the 40/day parking fee at an overnight lot, otherwise you will be moving your car constantly so you don’t get ticketed or towed. Over all this is a lovely little spot for a 3-5 night stay in Key West! There were just a few inconveniences that I would note: 1) this host has the most lovely and inviting deep bathtub, but we were unable to use it as there was no stopper, and I love a nice long soak in a bubble bath; 2) there were no hangers in the closet to hang my dresses when we arrived; 3) we could find no kitchen dish clothes or dish towels, so we were using paper towels for everything in the kitchen during our stay. These are, of course, quite minor inconveniences, and I would definitely stay here again!
