Viel Sorgfalt und Aufmerksamkeit wurde auf die Detaillierung des Innenraums mit Originalkunstwerken verwendet, die von Lampen im Industriestil beleuchtet werden. Es ist der perfekte Ort für zwei Paare, da Sie in jeder Etage ein Zimmer und ein WC haben. Die Terrasse auf dem Dach bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Kathedrale! Ich empfehle Ihnen kein Auto zu mieten, da Sie von der Wohnung aus zu Fuß überall hingehen können. Die Kathedrale ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wenn Sie noch ein Auto brauchen, weil Sie Tagesausflüge planen, ist der Parkplatz Albareda nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Apartment entfernt und kostet ca. 24 EUR / Tag.

In fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichen Sie die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, die besten Geschäfte, Supermärkte, Straßenbahn, Sevibici zum Mieten von Fahrrädern, Bushaltestelle und Taxistand.

This place was perfect for our group of 4 adults. Location was excellent, in the heart of Seville and close to everything. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and really unique. Be prepared to do a lot of stairs, as it is a multi-level space with no lift. The rooftop terrace was a nice way to start the morning with a cup of coffee, end the night with a glass of wine, and dry your clothes after washing them. It is a busy area, with several restaurants and bars located directly below the apartment, but it gets pretty quiet after about 11pm or so. The host was extremely helpful and attentive to all of our needs. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice apartment in a central convenient location, walkable to many different areas. It was quite comfortable. As noted by Maria, It has a lot of stairs so would not be appropriate for those with mobility issues. It does have a dishwasher and a washing machine, although not a dryer as the listing states. There is, however, a clothesline on the roof which is easy to access.

Hi Stefy, thank you very much for your beautiful review, it was a pleasure you had stayed at home and you are welcome anytime. There is dryer, it’s a washing and dryer machine you have a function to work together or separately. The only thing is Séville is very Sunny in summer even 40 degrees so I have a rooftop with everything prepare to dry the laundry because I think is over consuming and we help the planet if we dry it naturally but of course you gave it. It’s whirlpool dryer and washing machine. I hope you come back soon and thanks for taking care of my place ❤️

Many thanks for your review. Just to let you know that you were my shorter stay in VRBO, only one night and you rated me 4* when all guests gave me 5 even giving you the facilities to deposit your luggage before the check in and after the check out, The reason you said it is because I didn’t mention the terraces are shared which is not correct. In the description you can see the building has two apartments and two communal terraces so I don’t know why you thought they were privates. Communal means shared with the other apartment. I think travelling very stressful, only one night in beautiful places sometimes you don’t have time to read the booking well or you keep after the check out two set of keys when I texted you, you could keep one until you pick up your luggage and the second you had it in your pocket. During the check in was the same, you arrived before 3pm and called me because the keys were not in the keybox and I expressly said if you want to deposit your luggage before the check in you must text me because the cleaning lady will open you the door. As I have said; running a lot it is not good. To read the messages from the owners and the descriptions of the places you stay is very necessary even for the short stays. Thanks

Very nice unit and location. The stairs are a big narrow into the apartment and up to the second level, so could be an issue for someone over 70 with big luggage. This unit is within easy walking distance of the heart of the old city and the nighttime charm of all the sidewalk restaurants was incredible.

Great location

Fun apartment in a great location. It was in the middle of processionals for Semena Sante and we should have brought noise cancelling earplugs. It was noisy all night long. We had lots of fun and spent time on the rooftop in the beautiful sun!

This a beautiful apartment in an excellent location. It’s got a quirky individual arty style and is a credit to the owner who has thought of everything. We had messages from the owner on arrival wishing us a lovely stay and telling us to contact her directly if we had any issues. It’s situated in the heart of the beautiful old town and is very close to Plaza de San Francisco. A short walk from the Cathedral and all that this beautiful city has to offer. There are also some excellent restaurants both on your doorstep and within a short walk away. The rooftop terrace is a real bonus with stunning views of the Cathedral which is magical at night. I would most definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in beautiful Seville.

We felt like a local

The apartment was beautifully laid out with nice bedrooms, bathrooms, dining area and a sufficient kitchen for us to cook in together. The view was priceless especially at night with the setting sun. Being near the Tapas bars, restaurants, shopping and the Cathedral (and other sites) made our stay lots of fun. The shutters muted out all the noise and the rooms were dark in the morning to help us get good night sleep.. Thank you to Maria for the great communication. Best wishes

What a find! Absolutely loved our stay at Maria’s place in the heart of Seville. Maria had cold water & beers in the fridge, coffee, nuts, teas available. The beds were very comfortable and the towels super soft. Living room area very spacious for a small apartment. You are literally steps away from everything! We were nervous it would be noisy at night because of the central location. You close the windows and shutters and don’t hear anything! There is air conditioning that keeps the bedrooms and living area nice and cool. Maria was fantastic, so helpful! I will say, make sure you tell Maria in advance if you are driving as she gives you good instructions on where to park close by. Parking was easy to find and a 4 minute walk from the apartment. There are lots of stairs so people with mobility issues may have challenges. The upper deck was glorious to enjoy. I highly highly recommend staying here.

Would definitely stay again

Mother and 2 adult daughters (ages 22 and 21) stayed for 4 nights. The host was fantastic about communicating about the property (we used Whats App) and answering our questions. The apartment was very nice, clean, close to many attractions (walking distance) and was as advertised. Note: there is a full flight of stairs up to the property door, along with spiral staircase to 2nd level (where 2nd bedroom is located by first terrace). There was a 3rd spiral staircase to upper terrace. FYI, didn’t affect us but there was a washing machine but no dryer. We hand washed a few items and they dried quickly. Great restaurants and bars downstairs -and all around (walking distance). Very nice stay, and we would all stay at this property again in the future. Thank you.

Maria's home was so perfect for me and my daughter (22). We were able to walk literally everywhere from our front door. The decor is very stylish and artistic. It's located in a narrow alleyway nestled between cafes and easy to get to by taxi from the airport. There is also public transportation close by. We could see the cathedral from both balconies and the rooftop and it's a few minutes walking from SO many great eateries. The A/C was able to keep up with the Sevillian heat, which was huge as it was rapidly getting hotter while were there (93 the day we left). Maria is great as a host, super responsive and gave great reccos for things to do and see. There are quite a few stairs so be prepared for that. From the outside entry door is a flight, then another to get to the main floor. Then to get to the upstairs bedroom and then ANOTHER windy one to get to the rooftop patio. It's totally doable but if you had knee problems it might take a while. :) My daughter can't wait to go back with her friends, which says a lot!

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Stadtkern

Es war ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub für uns. Die Lager der Wohnung ist einfach genial (es sei denn man sucht ganz viel Ruhe) für eine Stadtbesichtigung. Wir konnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen und auch zum Shoppen sehr zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist auch toll ausgestattet, es bat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr sauber und bezaubernd eingerichtet. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wieder kommen. Die Vermieterin ist auch super sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Danke Maria

The are couldn’t be more central, it’s a lively area plenty of restaurants just 6 min walking to the cathedral, 1 min to the city hall and the main commercial streets. You can be shopping at the same time your husband see football and you deposit your bags and in 6 min you have a wine in front of the cathedral, it’s excellent!

My apartment is unique because it is an old building that we did the construction inside becoming my home, choosing each element step by step. You are not in a normal airbnb because there are a lot of personal details, art and design mixing different styles. I hope you like it!!!
