Die Vinuesa II Wohnung ist ein prächtiges Anwesen von erster Qualität und mit Stil eingerichtet, ohne ein bisschen Komfort zu verlieren.

Es besteht aus einer angenehmen Lounge mit großen Fenstern, die dem Raum natürliches Licht geben; Es ist aufgeteilt in einen Wohnbereich mit Sofa -konvertierbarem Doppelschlafsofa- und Beistelltisch und Essbereich mit Tisch und Sitzgelegenheit für sechs Personen. Die Küche ist komplett mit Top-Marken ausgestattet und voll funktionsfähig. Beide Schlafzimmer sind Doppelzimmer, von denen eines ein eigenes Badezimmer; während das zweite Badezimmer, auch völlig unabhängig.

Seine Lage in der Calle Garcia de Vinuesa, 18, ist ein Privileg: buchstäblich nur wenige Meter von der Kathedrale und Giralda von Sevilla, in der Nähe von Los Reales Alcázares. Eine Gegend auch mit vielen exquisiten Restaurants und Tapas-Bars.

Wonderful apartment, perfect location

Very large apartment, perfectly located to explore Seville. The 2 bedrooms are at the back, so no real street noise. 2 bathrooms were PERFECT for travelling with kids.

PERFECT Location!

We stayed in Seville for 2 nights in this vacation rental. It was very hot outside during our stay, but the apartment was nice and cool. The location was phenomenal, 2 minute walk from the Cathedral, multiple restaurants, bakeries and shops. You really couldn't beat the location. It was easy to walk to and from all of the stuff we did in Seville and take breaks at the apartment whenever we needed to get into the A/C for a bit. We loved that the bedrooms were towards the back of the apartment and could not hear the noise on the street at all! Beds were very comfortable! The only thing I would critique is that the furniture in the living room is starting to get a little overworn and old. It might be time to replace the couches soon. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a washer. The main bathroom was great, some of the lights and shower wasn't working properly in the 2nd bathroom. Other than that, it was a great stay and we would definitely come back here again. Thank you for having us!!

Great Location, Lovely Comfortable Apartment

Lots of plusses here. Comfortable beds, a large, well-equipped kitchen, nice showers, and a great sitting room and dining area. Bedrooms were cool, dark and quiet. Wifi worked perfectly. Location was unbeatable, a short walk to the cathedral and the old town. Dozens of cafes, restaurants and shops. Check-in was a little complicated but we arrived an hour too early in a steady rain. The staff sorted us out very quickly. Helpful and kind. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Our family stayed here for 5 nights and this is a great apartment. Super, super convenient location to everything. The bedrooms are spacious and located in the back of the apartment away from the street so very quiet . Air conditioning worked extremely well. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fabulous place in a fabulous location!

We loved it here. Super comfy beds. We would have loved to stay longer. It IS a bit noisy in the front room with the couch and dining room table with all of the foot traffic in the area, but we couldn't hear a peep from the bedrooms!

Excellent stay!

We had the pleasure of staying at this apartment for 3 nights. We were two couples and enjoyed the two ensuite bathrooms and the bedrooms of comparable sizes. The hosts were easy to get in touch with when we had questions. The location is terrific; really close to the cathedral. Makes it a very walkable vacation.

Great location friendly staff

Highly recommend for groups

The place is very clean and well presented and is located very close to the big sights of Sevilla. We were easily able to walk everywhere and the hostess was very good at responding to our question and gave us a nice guide to the city and apartment. Highly recommend they do an amazing job!

Excellent location

We loved our stay here. The host let us stow our luggage 2 hours before check in. It is a large apartment. Excellent for 2 adults plus 2 kids or 2 couples. Very close to the cathedral. Carrefour market very close by. Excellent location!

Very comfortable! Great location!

Perfect property for two couples. Our host did a great job in communicating with us to arrange the handoff of keys. This property was very clean and decorated just as pictured. The location was right in the middle of everything we wanted to see. The cathedral, the third largest in Europe, was just steps away from our door. We had a very enjoyable visit!!!

Located in the perfect area and close to everything. On a very lively street yet the bedrooms are very quiet. Paula greeted us with a lot of knowledge so helpful. Unit looks just like it does in the pics if not better.

You can't live in a more central location

Excellent option when visiting Seville

We loved this apartment! The property manager met us onsite and arranged for parking prior to our arrival. The furnishings were top-notch; kitchen was well-stocked, beds comfortable and bathrooms were great. It is on a busy street which is fun to watch from the 2nd floor; but the bedrooms are located in the rear which is far from the noise and hustle of the street. The location was amazing; literally 1 block from the cathedral and 2 blocks from a good grocery store. Restaurants are everywhere. We would absolutely stay here again when we return to Seville.

Quiet, comfortable and central

Fabulous apartment next to the Cathedral. Bedrooms are in the back and are very quiet. Kitchen is well equiped. There are trees outside the windows so it seems you are in a park. There are two air shafts which are great for drying laundry. The washing machine works well. Lots of eating places and food stores nearby. There is a place on the other side of the cathedral with great tapas at reasonable prices set in a tenth century Moslem building Everything was easy walking distance even for us seniors. The hosts were great and looked after us well. We would definitely stay there again.

Location Location Location

We spent 3 nights in Seville at this apartment. The location is perfect for a short stay, lose to the cathedral, walking distance to the Alcázar and main sites. Great restaurants and shops nearby. Communication with management was easy and effective. They emailed us a few day before and gave us a phone number. From there on, via text using WhatsApp. We arrived by train from Madrid and they were waiting for us at the entrance. The apartment was clean and had everything we need. Working WiFi and air conditioning. Thank you. I recommend this property to stay in Seville
