Regarding the electricity, the power was tripped by the simultaneous use of the air conditioning and the oven during exceptionally hot weather in Seville. The apartment’s electrical capacity is not designed to accommodate this level of simultaneous consumption. As this is not an issue that would ordinarily arise under normal use, we had no reason to anticipate it or to provide a specific warning at check-in. As for the freezer, we checked its operation after your departure and confirmed that it was freezing correctly. We tested it by placing mugs of water inside, which subsequently froze solid. We therefore had no evidence of a fault with the appliance. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, but we believe it is important to distinguish between an actual malfunction and the limitations of an apartment’s electrical capacity when several high-consumption appliances are used simultaneously. Merci beaucoup pour votre avis et votre note ! Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié la décoration et la situation de l’appartement 😊. Concernant le bruit de la rue, il est vrai que l’appartement se trouve en plein cœur du centre-ville, juste à côté de la cathédrale. Cette proximité avec les principaux sites historiques et les petites rues animées fait partie de son charme, mais elle peut effectivement entraîner un peu plus de mouvement à certaines heures. L’avantage, c’est que nos voyageurs peuvent profiter d’un accès immédiat aux restaurants, aux boutiques et aux monuments, et beaucoup nous disent apprécier de pouvoir tout faire à pied sans avoir à se déplacer en voiture. Nous faisons néanmoins de notre mieux pour améliorer le confort acoustique et rendre chaque séjour encore plus agréable. Au plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau !
