Rural Villa 4 km vom Strand entfernt am Stadtrand von Pollensa. Diese große geräumige Villa befindet sich im Wohngebiet von La Font, günstig in der Nähe der Straße in Puerto Pollensa. Geräumige und komfortable Zimmer auf zwei Ebenen. Offene und überdachte Terrassen, Grill, Sauna und Jacuzzi.

Pollenca is beautiful and this villa is only 15 minute walk to the centre and 15 minute walk to Lidl supermarket. Traditional farmhouse style with 2 cute chickens wandering round, pond with frogs and lovely pool and jacuzzi. I normally like modern style but did really enjoy the traditional style if this villa. Fabulous outdoor areas with bar 2 large tables shower toilet and sauna. We were a group of 9 ladies ages from 20 to 61 and we all loved it.

Lovely villa

Lovely relaxing villa in a quiet area. About 15 mins walk to supermarket and 20 into Pollensa town. Easy bus route into Puerto Pollensa. Pool area very nice and hot tub an added luxury. Everything needed was in the villa for a comfortable holiday.

Lovely familyvacation

We loved the stay and spent most of our time in the outside area, a wonderful spot. The house was well equipped and comfortable. The doublebeds was more kingsized. The stroll down to citycenter was very nice and Pollença a genuin Spanish town. We loved to sit there for a coffee or a meal.

Excellent holiday

The villa is situated in a perfect location, with easy walking distance to Pollenca which has a lot to offer, parking for cars, and a rural area. We all had a relaxing time enjoying the pool and spa facilities and the scenery surrounding the area. We fell in love with Pollenca and the island which we explored with the use of a hire car. Third stay at this villa

This is our third stay at the villa, the location and outdoor space are why we keep returning. Paco is a very good host, and we did have an issue with the pool (caused by the weather), but within 5 minutes of messaging Paco he was there and started to work on the problem. We walked into La Trencadora restaurant and it's highly recommended, the food and attmosphere is first class.

Great villa in fantastic area.

From the minute we arrived Paco, the owner, was superb as was his wife who baked a cake for my 70th birthday. Villa was clean and tidy for my family of 10. Pool and jacuzzi perfect. Couldn't recommend Paco and his villa and family any higher. Try it.

The Villa was really good, however the furniture and beds are starting to show their age. The Outside space and pool and the pool area are excellent. We were without running water for a day when the pump failed but Paco (the Host) worked tirelessly to rectify the issue with local tradesmen. This is an excellent location for seeing the north of the Island, the Sunday market in Pollença centre between 9am and 2pm is a must visit and is a 20minute walk from the Villa. Puerto Polensa is 10 minutes away by car and has some nice restaurants on the promenade, Alcúdia old town is also another great place to visit and is a 20 drive away. Best beach is Formentor Playa, which has free parking but you need to be there early say around 9:15am to be sure of getting in, the sunbeds on the beach are comfortable but cost 15 each plus you also have to pay for the parasol.The bedrooms have air conditioning, which is a must when you’re getting temperatures over 30C as we did through our week long stay. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and serving equipment, and there are 3 fridges/freezers situated in key places to keep food and drinks cold and fresh. Watch out for the insects that bite in the evening if your outside, we needed lots of repellant to keep them at bay and still got attacked. The property has parking for 3/4 cars, We took to reversing in so that we could easily leave when we wanted to as the entrance is quite tight and a bit blind. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

A rustic, relaxing holiday home

We enjoyed our time staying in Paco’s lovely Villa. Paco was very good and helping us all settle in and enjoy the island, giving us good beach recommendations and local information. We loved the pool area and outside dining areas. The house itself is rustic and traditional in style. We think the beds need to be replaced and updated. A very happy week nevertheless and we would recommend this villas as lovely place for a family summer holiday near to stunning Pollenca.

Fantastic holiday

We had a wonderful time staying at the villa. It was just as described and shown in the pictures. It was very clean and tidy and the highlight was the outside pool area. The kitchen was well equipped and the villa had everything we needed for a super fortnight. It is in a great location, a 15 minute walk into the old town and was in a lovely area. Paco and his wife were great hosts, welcoming us and being on hand if we needed anything. They kindly left us a load of tomatoes grown in their garden which were delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to return.

Wonderful villa

We had a fabulous holiday with our teenage sons and parents. The villa was perfect and in a wonderful location. We spent a lot of time in the pool and jacuzzi. We visited Pollença for some lovely meals and it is possible to walk there in about 20 minutes. The villa is very well equipped with everything you can possibly need. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very welcome overnight as it was very hot when we visited. Paco met us when we arrived and told us he was always available if we needed anything (which we didn’t). We had relaxing holiday and would love to return to the villa again in the future. Highly recommend a stay here.

Great property in good position

This was a family holiday for 9 of us, adults, 2 17yr olds and a 4 year old. The property was just as listed, a lovely old building with excellent facilities. The kitchen had more equipment and crockery etc than any property we have visited. The original building walls are 2 feet thick making it cool inside. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was efficient and welcome. Paco was an excellent host, always available should any problem arise. The pool and pool house were excellent with enough sun loungers for us all. Pollenca was a 15 minute walk away, we visited quite a few times. We all had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property.

Family holiday

The property was just as described. Paco, the owner, could not have been more helpful at check and insisted in showing and explaining all the facilities. He checked with us part way through to make sure all was well. All the family (aged 6 years through to 78 years) had an enjoyable and thoroughly relaxing week. Although we found that it was a bit far for the wheelchair user to push to town the rest found it to be an easy walk. The only niggle was that the downstairs shower (not the bathroom itself) was not accessible for the wheelchair user although this was overcome by making a screen with sunbeds at the outdoor shower by the pool (rather invigorating first thing but the water warmed up during the day!). Would highly recommend this property for families. Thank you Paco for providing a well presented and well equipped villa.

Very nice house and pool

Our family of 9 had a amazing time here. The house was clean and overall very tidy. The Pool aswell as the house was cleaned once again and all towels were switched about 7 days after we arrived. We've stayed for a total of 14 days. We especially enjoyed the long table right in front of the main house where we've had breakfast every single day and the bar area directly at the pool. We've had many joyful and memorable evenings/nights there. We brought a cocktailshaker to the bar which we can definitly recommend! The pool itself was a little bit cold but that didn't bother us at all due to it being a very welcome refresh from the high temperatures. The sauna was very easy to operate. There are more than enough loungers and chairs. It's only a short 10minute walk to the citycenter and an 12minute drive to port pollenca. There is a very nice restaurant in walking distane as well (5-8 minutes). The neighbourhood is very private and quite. Summing up I can say that we've had blast and can't wait to come back soon - hopefully next year. The owners are very welcoming and friendly! Highly recommend!

Great property with a great host

We were a family of 6 (3 adults and 3 children) and we had a very enjoyable week in Paco's place in Pollenca in October 2018. Paco was a very friendly host and we felt very welcomed in his house. He was very communicative, and while he was away in Madrid his son Ignacio came by to sort out the heating of the jacuzzi (see below). The house and grounds are very beautiful and we had gorgeous weather for our entire stay. We would come back again. The house has large grounds and our 7 and 4 year old boys enjoyed playing football on the lawn, looking at the frogs in the pond, and exploring the various fruit trees. They were far too weak willed for the pool (which was also considered to be quite cold by the adults too), but loved the jacuzzi / hot tub (but NB we needed to pay EUR 200 in heating costs - it would be worth being aware of this in advance). The sauna was a real bonus. We had to buy basics for the property (washing up liquid, toilet roll, hand soap, cooking oil etc.) that in other places are often provided, but there was a Lidl just up the road for everything we needed. The only other issue during our stay was that there seemed to be lot of mosquitos in the area and we all had quite a few bites on us (despite the repellent) by the end of the stay. The area is gorgeous, with great beaches for swimming (the Med was quite a lot warmer than the pool) sailing, cycling, walking, and nice restaurants. We had a lovely stay and would come back.

Schöne finca auf dem Land

Wir, 2 Familien mit Kindern, haben 5 wunderschönen Tagen auf die finca von Paco gebracht,Die Kommunikation mit Paco war sehr angenehm,er ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die finca hat einen sehr grossen Garten mit Pool und jacuzzi perfekt für Kinder und Erwachsene!

Ein Urlaub mit Freunden

Eine dem Alter entsprechend wunderschöne Finka mit tollem Garten und Außenbereich. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Der einzige Abzug gilt den Matratzen, die sind nicht ganz so bequem. Für eine größere Gruppe ist diese Finka perfekt. Der Besitzer ist unglaublich freundlich und entspannt. Vielen Dank Paco!

Tolle Finca nahe Pollenca mit allem, was das Herz begehrt!

Tolle Finca für bis zu 10 Personen in guter Lage nahe Pollenca. Die Austattung mit Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna und großem Garten ist top! Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hilfreich. Es hat uns in unserer Gruppe allen sehr gefallen. Herzlichen Dank!

Schöne Finca für entspannten Urlaub!

Nachdem wir, der Pandemie geschuldet, unseren Familienurlaub zwei mal verschieben mussten, hat es in diesem Jahr endlich geklappt. Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen, beginnend mit der Kommunikation, dem entspannten und flexiblen Ein-/Auschecken und der Betreuung vor Ort. Paco ist in jeder Hinsicht als Vermieter kaum zu übertreffen. Das Haus, der Garten, der Pool etc. entsprechen exakt den Ausschreibungen und bieten in Größe und Aufteilung einer 10köpfigen Gruppe sowohl Ruhe als auch die Möglichkeit zu zwangloser Geselligkeit. Lage, Umfeld und Ausstattung der Finca boten ein breites Angebot an möglichen Aktivitäten. Alles in allem ein in jeder Hinsicht gelungener und entspannter Aufenthalt - vielen lieben Dank Paco!
