Thank you for your latest review. We are pleased that the villa fulfilled your expectations and you had a great holiday. As for the beach it is sandy but during the winter strong winds and rough seas can bring stones and seaweeds. In the warmer season though it reverts to a lovely sandy cove as shown in our photos. We look forward to welcoming you at the villa in the near future.

It has been a real pleasure to exchange emails with Yvonne and I am so glad that she and her group found the holiday so restful and enjoyable.

Thank you for your wonderful review. It was a pleasure hosting you. Our villa is perfect for young families as we have tried to equip the house with everything needed to make a family stay as friendly as possible. Our own children and now young grandchild have loved coming to the villa over many years. We have air conditioning in all the bedrooms and we have considered adding it to the main living room, but as it is completely open plan with large terrace doors that stay open most of the time in summer, we haven’t felt that it is suitable. We’ll keep this on review.

I would like to thank Joanne for such a great review. It was wonderful and a pleasure to finally host her family and friends after several postponed trips due to the past Covid restrictions. It is always such a delight to hear that her children loved playing safely in our garden and at the beach and that they all had such a great time in our house at Capo Boi.

Thank you so much to our latest guests who wrote so warmly about our villa and our attention to the guests’ needs . .It is encouraging when our approach to make our guests welcome is praised. The villa is our holiday home and as such we like to choose comfortable furnishings and items which make us feel like it is a permanent home. As for the garden we accept the comment. We have recently landscaped and replanted part of the garden and unfortunately there was not enough time to grass over some of the central areas. It will be definitely done for the next season during the cooler weather. Thanks again and we look forward to having Nadine and her family back at the villa in the future.

It has been a privilege to welcome Aiste and her family group from Lithuania and I would like to thank them for such a wonderful endorsement. The villa is our family holiday home and as such we are keen to offer our guests the same degree of comfort we enjoy. We have been very lucky to have welcomed such wonderful people this summer after a long period of travel restrictions.

David Thank you for your great comments about the villa. As for the oven I shall speak to our excellent cleaners and remedy the problem. In Villasimius we are lucky to have an amazing selection of beautiful beaches. Our private bay offers the great advantage of being on our doorstep. Its shallow and calm waters provides safe bathing even for the youngest toddler. Parents are also reassured that they can keep an eye on their children playing on the shore. In the last few years in July and August we have also offered a beach service, free to our guests, with an attendant in charge of setting up the sun umbrella and chairs in the morning and collecting in the late afternoon. We look forward to welcoming you and your family back at the villa in the future.

Un très grand merci à Laurent pour sa merveilleuse "review". La villa est notre lieu de vacances familial et en tant que tel, nous aimons la rendre aussi confortable que possible. C'est vrai que la plage privée, si proche de notre porte de jardin était et reste définitivement un gros avantage pour nous que avons maintenant de petits-enfants. Nous espérons pouvoir accueillir à nouveau Laurence et sa famille dans le futur.

I am very sorry that Daniele found his stay at my villa unsatisfactory . In my long experience with German guests ( more than 15 years) I have never been asked to provide central heating at the end of May. As from my villa’s details central heating/ air conditioning is an optional extra and I would have gladly arranged to provide it if the guest had thought it might be necessary. The TV satellite channels do work. It is the responsibility of my guests to find the relevant channels. In recent years we have definitely found our TV tuned to German stations. If the TV stations offered are not satisfactory our Sony Blu-Ray player can be linked to the internet modem to facilitate streaming options such as Netflix. I keep in constant but discreet contact with guests by email or phone to answer any queries. The garden is a Mediterranean garden planted with pine and palm trees, yuccas, dracaenas and chicas. Geraniums pots are dotted around the living areas. The area to which Daniele refers is the area assigned to parking and services. The photos in my listing are proof of what we offer. As for the beach, May is still relatively early in the season and the wether can be changeable. When this occurs, this also has an impact on the beach and the sea. The sea in Sardinia in May may not be as the sea in the core summer months (as is the case in other countries too). We offer a private and secluded beach but by all means my guests are free to choose from the several nearby beaches which are only a short car drive away. I shall take on board Daniele’s comment on the central heating and make sure that future guests are offered this option when arriving early in the season.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank Bill and all previous guests who have posted such positive reviews. Villa Capo Boi is our family summer house and as such it is equipped with what we think makes a comfortable home. Summer holidays are very precious family time and we all look forward to them. For this reason we aim to make our guests' stay as pleasant and smooth as possible and offer them the chance to unwind in a home from home environment. Many guests return year after year for this reason. We are of course always open to suggestions and feedback to enhance their experience. We look forward to welcoming old and new guests in 2015.
