Ocean 52 ist ein familienfreundliches Strandhaus im Camp District von WaterColor, Florida, in dem es so viel für Familien zu sehen gibt. WaterColor bietet vier Gemeinschaftspools, ein Pay-per-Play-Tenniscenter, Radwege und Zugang zu den wunderschönen Stränden des Golfs von Mexiko. Das Town Center of WaterColor verfügt über Restaurants mit Innen- und Außenbereichen, Tante-Emma-Läden und viel Platz auf Gehwegen und Gehwegen. Es verfügt über einen privaten Zugang zur abgeschirmten Veranda und ein eigenes Bad mit einem Doppelwaschtisch, einer Whirlpool-Badewanne, einer separaten Dusche und einem eigenen Wasserklosett. Die zweite Etage beherbergt eine Königssuite und einen Schlafraum. Der Schlafraum verfügt über zwei Twin-over-Full-Etagenbetten und ein Twin-Day-Bett. Das letzte Schlafarrangement im Haus ist das Loft im zweiten Stock mit einem Flachbild-TV und einem Queensize-Schlafsofa. Dieses möblierte Loft bietet auch einen separaten Bereich für Kinder zum Ansehen von Filmen oder zur Nutzung durch jeden Gast.

Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Granit-Theken und eine zentrale Insel mit Barhockern. Es ist auch mit Geräten aus Edelstahl ausgestattet, darunter einem KitchenAid-Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einem Geschirrspüler, einem Backofen und einem 5-Flammen-Gasherd. Die Schränke sind mit Utensilien und Geschirr bestückt, eine Starter-Packung mit Spülmittel ist vorhanden, und es steht sogar eine Kaffeekanne für das morgendliche Brühen zur Verfügung. Ihre Mahlzeiten können Sie im Essbereich mit einem Tisch für 8 Personen genießen. Es gibt auch ein gro��es Wohnzimmer mit zwei Sofas, drei Sofas, einem Flachbildfernseher und einem DVD-Player. Dielenfußboden und Stranddekor runden die Atmosphäre der Strandhütte ab.

Die Gäste des Ocean 52 sind in der Nähe von WaterColor! Nach einem schönen Tag am Strand können Sie die Außendusche des Hauses zum Abspülen nutzen. Das BoatHouse liegt nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Auch Restaurants und Boutiquen liegen ganz in der Nähe. Der Lebensmittelladen und das Postamt von WaterColor Crossings liegen nur 800 m entfernt.

The house was very cute, nice size, and a great location. It was easy to walk to Seaside city center, Publix, and the Watercolor Beach Club. It’s seconds away from Watercolor Camp pools. Great places to walk dogs, good parking, all the kitchen supplies you need. We will book it again!

Perfect!

As first time watercolor visitors this house was incredible. Only a 5 min walk from Camp Watercolor and a free golf cart taxi away from the beach. We enjoyed every part of the house and neighborhood.

Wonderful week

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. We found it to be perfectly clean with all the amenities needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. It is a short walk up the street to Camp Watercolor. The management company was very friendly and easy to work with and even included a charcuterie board for us. I recommend it highly!

The location is great and the management company responsive. Two thirds of the home is redone (nice master and bunk room), and the other third needs to be redone (paint chipping on furntiure & blinds, toilet seats with stains, plus two bathrooms are quite dated and not up to par for the price paid).The biggest concern was the clenliness. Dirty pillows with food stains, mildew in the shower, and hairs also in the shower. Again, for the price paid, expected better. The management company did offer to come out and clean again, so appreciate their willingness to try and help.

Excellent Location

Location was what we had hoped for as we try to be within walking distance of Camp Watercolor. The home itself had everything we needed although it could use some touch ups. Just a bit more dated than other homes in the area along with some of the furniture. However, it is priced more competitively than some of the other properties in the area which makes up for it.

Great Stay

My in-laws, wife, and our 2-year old son enjoyed our time at this house. The house is spacious for a 3-bedroom , 3.5 bath. Large living area. They provide all the essentials, atleast to get you through a few days. It’s very close to camp watercolor and a 5 minute golf cart to the beach. Parking is tight if you have two cars and a golf cart. You have to squeeze the golf cart in sideways but we made it work. The experience would’ve been different without a golf cart -Watercolor restricts golf cart rentals to the Electric Cart Company. They’re expensive but nice. The house includes Watercolor wristbands which give you access to the amenities including the beach club. All the locations are well managed and provide towels. It’s such a great area for families, probably one of the few spots in the country with this set up in a high end fashion near the beach.

Great Location!

We truly were impressed when we walked in this amazing rental! It was our first time in the area and we were thrilled to be staying in such a spacious house. As our stay went on, however, we realized there were a few normal household items we had grown accustom to having in other rentals that this one seemed to be missing. First of all, there were no additional trash bags, bit when I called, they were very kind and had some sent over. Next was the internet. It never worked and our phones got bad service in the area so the wifi being really poor was not something we took lightly. I looked for some kind of modem or router but I assume it was in a locked closet near the living room. Since my wife and I run businesses online, we spent way more time than we wanted to trying to wait for good service or roaming around the house trying to get better signal. Also, the kitchen was missing a few items that we use in our normal cooking so we had to make due without them. Also, in general, the rental company is fairly tight with their toiletries and very strict with the trash and cleaning policy. It was clear on the listing that we were expected to take out the trash, but with the cost of this house, and with the amount of items not in our home available to us, having to clear all the house's trash cans and fitting all the last day's dishes into the dishwasher to run it is not the best impression to leave on a guest in my opinion. These are definitely small details (other than the horrible internet service) that can be addressed and the house would be an 11 out of 10! Again, the location to the pool is amazing and the washer and dryer were fantastic! The kids loved the space upstairs and the front and back porch! Overall, we truly loved this stay and would consider coming back as long as we prepared in advance to bring extra items we needed for cooking our meals.

We make sure to let guests know in their guest portal before arriving but were more than happy to provide extra for you all. Issues with both the shower and tub - gross!!

Overall we had a nice stay. The property is great and the house is spacious. The only thing that grossed us all out with the tub in the main bathroom - don't turn the jets on, black particles shot out - and the shower upstairs - there was a draining issue and the water would fill the bottom, people were scared it would rush out when you open the door. We were so busy with wedding festivities that we didn't let it both us. I am sure it's an easy fix for the property manager - just a letdown when you look at all the cleaning and service fees they tack on - clearly, the tub has been cleaned in a while and the shower hasn't been looked at.

Great location, dirty furniture

First the good. It’s a cute house in the Camp Watercolor neighborhood. The winter price was fair enough for the value and it is right next to three heated pools. There are lots of places to walk or drive the golf cart in the neighborhood. In the way, it was perfect for winter beach times. The bad. Some parts of the house are clean, some are dirty. You can tell the cleaning crew did what they were supposed to in terms of sanitation of the kitchen and bathrooms, cleaning the floors. But the property management is not going beyond those basics. The biggest eye sore was the ottoman in the living room— absolutely filthy. Not a thing that belongs in a 1.8 million dollar home, beach rental or not. It needs to be thrown out. The living room furniture, which is absolutely washable, wasn’t far behind it. I know these houses take a beating, but come on. The showers did not drain well either. Not good or bad, but important. We took a chance on accessibility for an older party, who wanted to try out a bungalow, but it didn’t meet our needs. In the picture, the back stairs look wide and low, but in reality they are pretty tall. (The picture is distorted.) The front steps would have worked better due to a handrail, but there really isn’t a way to park up there. The downstairs master and walk in (not roll in) shower are good though. Other: There wasn’t a way to charge our golf cart, though we did have room to park it. The back sunroom is there, but basically has a view of an alley, so we did not personally enjoy it. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. No beach amentities and a little skimpy in the kitchen.

Convenient and comfortable camp district property

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is very convenient to Camp Watercolor pool which my young children enjoyed (make sure to line up before it opens to reserve chairs!). The beach and downtown Seaside is an easy bike or car ride away. Wifi and AC worked great, front and back porches were great for sitting and for storage, kitchen was convenient with lots of pantry storage, etc. Check-in/check-out was super easy, and the property manager was easy to get in touch with. My only complaint would be that the property could have used a more thorough cleaning before check-in. There were lots of dust bunnies and hair balls on the floor. Also, much of the front porch furniture was worn out and in need of replacing. Just be aware that you need to bring or buy almost everything for the kitchen. There is no salt and pepper, only two trash bags provided with check-in, no olive oil, nonperishables, etc. Not sure if this is because of covid or what, but just an fyi to make sure to stock up on all of that before you come! If you are bringing a baby like we did, the closet in the upstairs bedroom is very generously sized and easily fits a pack n play! Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Okay but you could find better

Location was great. House and furniture was not very clean. No shuttle service to beach during CoVid. Parking in this area is a nightmare for beach access. I personally find Seaside/Watercolor overrated but if you want to go to a pool and lazy river the majority of the time this would work.

Stunning property. 8 min walk to seaside proper. Twin bunks even had full-size on the bottom. It was everything we wanted!

Great Family Stay

The property was a great house for our family of nine. Great location with everything you need! The benches in the dining area need cushions badly, we had slipcovers to wash as they were stained with spills and play-dough but other than that all was great!
