Perfect Summer Vacay

Took four teens to HHI and they loved it. The house overlooks the pool. The balcony is great for morning coffee and reading. All of the kids had ample space for bathrooms and sleeping. Easy accommodations for bike rental drop off and pickups, close to Public and Walmart. Right on the bike trails, which are not lit at night for anyone on them! But a five-minute bike ride away from Coligny Beach, which was a true Southern joy. The property is two minutes from Sea Pines and lots of local shops and restaurants. We definitely recommend this location! Wonderful accommodations for those who want to get the family out or just cook in and have a movie night! Also—they have absolutely everything you could need for a beach trip! 10/10 — would recommend!

Such a great time!

With this being our first time to HHI, it was definitely very enjoyable being so close to the beach. The place was just as described. We were able to walk to the beach with no issues. The host was very responsive and had a lot of information laid out in a folder. Definitely will be staying here again.

Quiet and Great Location

Clean and comfortable just like home. Location was perfect to the beach about 7 minutes. Also close about a 5 minute drive to anything you needed as far as groceries and snacks. So much to do in the area that we will have to come back for more because we couldn't do it all.

Great place to stay. Our party of 5 stayed here and loved it. The fact the my daughters boyfriend who traveled with us had his own upstairs space was perfect. We walked to the beach most mornings. 7 minute walk was spot on. Lisa was great with communication.

Great Family Vacation

This was our first time to Hilton Head and this property had a great modern look and was very clean. Having three bedrooms and bathrooms for this price was outstanding and worked perfectly for our family of 4. The owner provided excellent communication and helped refer us to many of the attractions to see. The screened in porch with electric grill and included beach accessories (wagon, chairs, etc) were also a bonus. Thank you and for the great experience.

Weekend Getaway

Stayed at this property on the recommendations of family and friends. I have to say that the setting is tranquil and quiet and if you want some excitement it is only a short bike ride away at the many places to eat/shop or have a cocktail. The ocean is a short walk or bike ride away too. The condo is all new inside and has all the amenities you could want. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly. be back.

This was a fantastic place to stay. I kind of don’t want to leave a good review because then it’ll be harder to book in the future! The place has an open and airy feeling to it. I appreciate the extra touches, like sample sized shampoo/conditioner in case you forget to bring it. Location is excellent. Easy access to everything. It’s right next to one of the pools on property. And we were able to load up beach supplies (provided by our host!) and walk to the beach, even with the kids. We truly can’t wait to book it again and get another chance to explore the island.

Yearly Family Vacation

The property was very nice! It was decorated very nicely, linens were very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a great vacation. We did however have an issue with the information folder that was in the condo. It gave information about taking a bike ride to Harbor town which we thought would be a great idea. We rented bikes and planned our day to go see the lighthouse and have lunch. When we got there we were informed a permit was needed to enter and only issued to persons in vehicles ...no bikes allowed. I tried calling the owner for guidance but unfortunately she did not receive my call. Not only were we out money for the bikes but we lost time from our vacation that we could have planned another outing. After further investigating we discovered those rules for bike entry for Harbor Town was changed in 2019.

Great condo close to shops & restaurants

Great condo, great location, place was clean & host was wonderful too… Walk to beach is short but a little bit too much for my kiddos to walk with all our gear so we wound up driving, but there was a public lot with free parking right at Coligny Beach, so very convenient.

Amazing Location and Beautiful Home

We celebrated my 60th birthday and this home was perfect. We were amazed at all the.little touches, and everytime we went to look for things they were already providedright down to even batteries for the remote. The Villa was VERY clean and beautiful decor. 4 minute drive to the beach, restaurants and great shopping. Wonderful vacation, will definitely consider again. Beautiful renovated townhome in a great location

We loved our stay. The townhome appeared to be recently renovated. It was gorgeous and clean, and came equipped with everything that you could possibly need, especially in the kitchen. It is clear that the owners take pride in the home, and it did not seem like a rental, but rather a home. The screened in porch was so nice to have in the evenings, and because we have children, we loved being right near the pool. It was roughly a 7-10 minute walk to the beach, not bad at all. We certainly plan on returning!

Our Favorite part of this beautiful getaway is EVERYTHING! We enjoy our morning coffee, our meals or a glass of wine at the end of the day on the screen porch, it's just so relaxing.
