Die Links ist eine ruhige Wohnanlage in Port Royal Plantation. Unsere Villa ist eine helle und komfortable einstöckige Wohnung, die in der Kurve des 7. Fairways des Barony Golf Course liegt. Wir befinden uns am hinteren Ende der Links, die Abgeschiedenheit und Datenschutz bieten.

Der Carolina-Wintergarten und das Hauptschlafzimmer bieten Blick auf den Golfplatz. Das große Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad und begehbarem Kleiderschrank. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten, ein eigenes Bad und einen Fensterplatz. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett und liegt in der Nähe des kompletten Badezimmers. Unsere Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Waschküche verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe.

Ein Gasgrill befindet sich auf der Außenterrasse aus Stein zwischen der Villa und der separaten Garage für zwei Autos. Die Terrasse ist ein großartiger Ort, um im Freien zu essen. In der Garage für zwei Autos steht ein Golfwagen für Ausflüge zum Strand, Tennis oder zum Westin Resort zur Verfügung. Liegestühle sowie Spielzeug für den Pool und den Strand stehen in der Garage für Sie bereit. Das Familienzimmer verfügt über eine Kathedralendecke mit einem Flachbild-TV, einem DVD-Player, einer Wet Bar und kostenfreiem WLAN. Mit der schlüssellosen Haustür können Sie bei Ihrer Ankunft direkt zur Villa fahren.

Der Strand ist drei Minuten mit unserem privaten Golfwagen entfernt. Der Strandpark verfügt über einen Spielplatz und Toiletten. Das Links hat einen Gemeinschaftspool, der in der Nähe unserer Villa liegt. Hilton Head verfügt über viele von Bäumen gesäumte Wege zum Wandern oder Radfahren. Unsere Villa bietet allen Komfort von zu Hause in einem wunderschönen Urlaubsort.

Wir sind in der Nähe von ausgezeichneten Restaurants, großartigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Tennisplätzen, einem kurzen Spaziergang zum Westin Resort, Kinos und natürlich Starbucks. Tagesausflüge nach Savannah und Charleston sind ebenfalls ausgezeichnete Ausflugsziele.

Great time in Hilton Head

The property was clean, semi-secluded, well maintained, and stocked with everything we'd want. The beach was very close and easily reachable via the golf cart and bikes. We had a blast!

Amazing place and location!

We chose this townhouse because of the location and size, and neither disappointed! Margie’s house was even cuter than the pictures. It was super clean and we had lots of room to spread out. Our sons loved the variety of sports and beach equipment in the garage and the golf cart made getting to the beach quick and easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Very Nice Place

We really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for the family. Close to the beach (having a golf cart was a nice add). The house was very clean and beautiful. If you are heading to HHI this is the place to stay!

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed and was very clean and spacious! If we had any issues the property owner was accessible and responsive. The golf cart made getting to the beach extremely convenient. We highly recommend staying here and we would book again!

Wonderful !!!

We have been traveling to HHI for the past 26 years and this rental was the best place we have ever rented while staying on the island . It was super clean, decorated so nicely and the use of the golf cart to get back and forth to the beach was just awesome ! I am very hopeful I will be able to rent this same place each year !! We loved the peacefulness of the rental as well . ! Margie was just awesome to communicate with during the entire rental and stay process .! I am so thankful for such a great 2024 vacation week !! The Perfect Vacation Rental for our Family

A spacious condo that is well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing vacation! The location is perfect: on the golf course and a short walk to the beach and a quiet pool area. Fabulous Family Beach Week at The Links 9A

This spacious and comfortable villa., surrounded by live oaks, was the perfect place for our family beach week. The provided (golf cart, chairs, bikes, beach and pool toys) added so much to our stay. Perfect getaway.

Stayed 4 nights. Loved every minute of it. Easy access to the beach with the golf cart and bikes. We recommend renting additional bikes as everyone seems to cruise around at a leisurely pace enjoying the laid back atmosphere. Villa 9A is right on the golf course, in perfect position to watch folks tee off and chip to the green while to sip coffee. Margie was awesome. Great communication! Would definitely recommend this place for sure!

Absolutely Perfect

This unit is perfect if you want privacy! Very clean as well. We had 3 adults, 2 teens, and 1 7 yo and we had more than enough room to spread out and be comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and we had plenty of room to move around and cook. Bathrooms were clean and roomy. (curtain liner in queen bedroom needs replacing) The golf cart and bikes were amazing to have! We forgot our beach toys but the garage closet was well stocked and lots of beach chairs. We loved this house and would definitely stay again! :)

Wonderful stay

This was our second year staying at this condo and it did not disappoint again. This year the master bath was upgraded which was very nice. I greatly appreciate rental properties that actually put money back into the property. This was our second vacation of the summer and it made me appreciate the cleanliness of the kitchen and the good condition of the appliances and cookware. I also didn’t feel like I needed to wash every dish before we used it. The rest of the condo was equally welcoming. The location is so perfect and quiet and private despite being in the middle of HHI. All around great stay and I hope to come back again.

Most attentive homeowner

A very nice three bedroom villa within a 10 minute walk to the Westin and the beach. The homeowner has taken the time to make her guests comfortable by providing comfortable beds, paper towels, beach chairs, golf cart , adult and kids bike, a Keurig, in a comfortable villa adjacent to one of the two golf courses at Port Royal. My 4 star rating is actually a 4.5, and it would have been a 5 had it not been for the kitchen sky light filled with bugs( which the homeowner says she'll clean in early June) and the outside table that only had one chair .A most pleasant experience overall.

It didn’t turn out the way we expected

We rented this property specifically for the mid week rental and golf cart. After our 2nd day at the beach we received a citation on the golf cart bc it wasn’t registered and the sticker to park was registered to another car. So we couldn’t use it the rest of the trip. This property is a long walk to the beach and with a family and lots of beach items it didn’t work out so good. We were just completely disappointed bc we went to get away and relax for a few days and it turned into a lot of extra work. I could have rented a place closer to the beach but didn’t because of the golf cart. It was something we could do as a family and see the golf course.

Good option for families

On the plus side: This house has a nice location at the north end of HHI and a great open floor plan. It is a relaxing and quiet house. The kitchen isn't fancy but is very functional and has nice appointments. The Keurig is a nice touch. The bedrooms are nice sized and private. The neighborhood is very quiet with lots of trees. The golf cart is a great feature! The property manager is very responsive and helpful! Minuses: The mattresses are REALLY soft and I suspect not of great quality. I actually don't mind soft sleep mattresses, but this was a little much. The pillows are terrible and only one provided per person...think of the flattest cheapest synthetic fluff pillow available at Walmart. Bring your own if you can. This house could use a little TLC and some updates particularly in the master bath which looked dated (circa 1983) and dingy. The grout on the master bath floor was particularly icky and the area around the cabinet handles in that bathroom was dirty from years of use .The house could also use a good deep clean. The baseboards looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time (not scuffed, but grimey and dusty and downright dirty in corners. There were cobwebs on the ceilings and the furniture and lamps were very dusty when we arrived. It was peak season so I expect it was being quick turned between rentals.

Poor management

Stayed here with my husband, 3 children, and parents. Nice property overall and in a quiet location. After unpacking cars and settling in discover AC is not working. Called manager and they sent someone out to check it out. Had to get a part and it was Sunday before memorial day so would not be resolved for at least 2 days. Manager offered to refund our money to move somewhere else. Properties that were found we couldn't check into the next day anyways and who wants to move everything back out and in somewhere new after traveling. I was then offered to stay at a hotel down the street until the ac was fixed and I would be reimbursed. After the ac was fixed and a few days after the hotel was charged to my credit card I had to contact the manager to see when I was getting my refund. That's when the stalling and lies came into play. Said she couldn't get ahold of all the owners yet to get the money and went back and forth for about 2 weeks before discoveringwhat was really going on. She told me they were not going to refund my money until after the review window closed because they didnt want a bad review. I didnt leave a review or contact vrbo to complain because i was afraid they would then deny me a refund. Well I guess they miscalculated the review window because I received the refund 3 weeks after my stay (which is when they thought it closed) and found out I could still leave a review. Really mad my refund was held almost 4 weeks after the charge on my credit card which accrued interest because they though they could avoid looking bad to their future guests!

Perfect stay

We have stayed in this complex for years. Each unit is a little different, but they are all great. The condo was spotless, the service was great, it's close to the beach and there is a golf cart to get you there. Will definitely be back next time we go to HHI.

We enjoy the total privacy that our end location provides. Riding our golf cart to play tennis or to the beach is very cool! By being at the northern end of the island, we do not have to get caught up in the traffic. Everything we could want is very close by.
