Family getaway

What a wonderful property, exactly what we needed for a little family getaway. My daughters (6 & 5) loved the pool and the Mickey room. Very clean and had all the amenities needed to be comfortable. Also super close to all the Disney attractions which was great for our plans. Overall great location and would definitely stay here again :)

Great villa with a great location

The villa had everything we needed and had loads of space for a party of 7 adults. The pool area and games room were fantastic and very well used after a full day at the parks. The villa is in a gated community and close to all the parks, especially Disney. We wouldn't hesitate to book this villa again should we return.

This home has a conservation view with a very nice pool and great game room. It was nicely appointed and well managed. We would rent this home again if available.

They thought if everything

Beautiful home! Loved our stay. Pay the extra for the heated pool in April you’ll thank me. They thought of everything: shampoos, body wash, dish soap, hand soap and detergent to get you through a day or two. A printer to print tickets. I will stay here again!

Great Family Vacation Spot

We had a few mishaps with the door code and the coffee maker, but other than that it was the perfect please for a family to stay within close proximity to the Disney parks and still have the luxury of a private pool and game room. We had a great time making wonderful new memories.

House was great exactly as shown in the photos. It had everything we needed. Close to the parks, shopping and restaurants. Really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. I recommend this villa.

Home away from home

Nice private home in a gated community near Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World and several other Orlando attractions without being in a lot of traffic. You can stay home and enjoy the Florida sun without leaving the house.

As standard, we only provide one new roll in each toilet, which is listed on the advert. The amenities that we provide are meant to be a "starter pack" and it is expected that guests will visit a supermarket during their stay for supplies. However, we will look into this and see if there's a way we can provide additional spare rolls in each home. Orlando Disney visit

Property is nice, close to all theme parks but on a quiet road. No toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc, so beware. Pool & hot tub heat is extra. Overall, very happy w the home. We will definitely come back if we visit the theme parks again.

As standard, you should have had a starter pack including coffee, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, soaps, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, sponges, dishwasher tabs, washing detergent pods, liquid soap, extra trash bags, a roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom and more. We hope that this didn't spoil your vacation and that you will come back and stay with us again soon.

NICE PLACE - FEW ISSUES

This was a nice place to stay. I only had some issues with the code for the house, there were no washcloths, no trash bags and one of the twin beds was very dirty. Other than that, the managers were nice and the property was nice and felt safe.

Great house for doing Disney with kids!

We stayed here with our 3 kids (7, 9, 12) and my parents. The house was great for a family Disney vacation. PERFECT LOCATION. About 20 minutes from Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom; about 45 minutes from Orlando airport. The kids loved the inground pool (FYI : we paid to have it heated since our stay was in December) and the game room. We would spend one day at a Disney park and then the next day relax at the house and everyone was totally happy with chilling there! My parents walked the kids down to the Clubhouse a couple times as well, which they all enjoyed. Neighborhood was quiet and walkable and everyone we encountered was friendly.

It was okay

We enjoyed the house and how close it was to the Disney parks. However, the dryer stopped working and no one came to fix it. We went the last 4 days of our trip without a dryer. We paid to have the pool heated, but they would turn the heat on at 8am. By the time, it would heat up it would be evening and cooler, so the kids didn't enjoy it.

Hi Rebecca Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that the dryer stopped working for you over your Thanksgiving stay. We did send an appliance tech over to the house the day after you called, but the dryer needed a part, which didn't arrive until after your stay. Unfortunately, we weren't able to sprinkle "magic dust" on this problem to make it go away this time! The pool heater runs from 8:00AM through until 10:00PM every day. Because of noise restrictions placed by the resort, the pool pumps and heaters cannot be run 24 x 7. This is a common restriction on almost every resort in the Disney area. We are sorry that you felt that these issues seem to have spoiled your vacation to Orlando. We hope that you will come to stay again soon.

Nice well equipped home

My family really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Everything you could possibly need was at your fingertips and very close to the many attractions. We really enjoyed the private pool and spa and game room was a plus for the kids. The community was quiet and very nice. Overall the home was very comfortable and it made for a relaxing vacation. I rated 4 stars because there were just some minor cleaning issues that could be improved, such as a few dirty dishes in cupboard, sticky video game controllers and kids bedding didn't smell that fresh. I washed everything the first night. Also, kitchen table was a bit sticky under the table mats. None of this ruined our stay, but just things to point out to the cleaning service for future guests, because it really is a lovely home!

Our New Home-Away-From-Home

We were a group of 3 adults, a teenager, and an 11-yr-old. This property was excellent for us ..... very comfortable, clean, and stocked with any kitchen item you could possibly need. The game room was well-used by the kiddos, and the pool was clean and comfortably warm for November. Location to the parks was perfect, with restaurants, groceries & shopping nearby. We had rented a different home in Kissimmee for many years' of vacations, but find ourselves wishing we had rented this one first! To add a small recommendation to the owner: It would be nice if the house had more bath towels & washcloths. We had plenty of pool towels, but only a few bath towels. And no spare rolls of TP, but that was easily taken care of when we bought groceries. Overall, 5-star and then some!!

The pool and the game room was a big plus....Just wish garbage bags and toilet paper were supplied

Was disappointed that there was no garbage bags ,toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaner for the counter which I had to go out and buy. The cost for cleaning etc should include these items. Called to report the garbage disposal was leaking on thursday message said if it was not an emergency to leave name and number and they would call you back, never did we were there till sunday

For each guest, as advertised on our listing, we provide a starter pack including a range of complimentary amenities in the property for the start of each guests stay - including, coffee, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, soaps, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, sponges, dishwasher tabs, washing detergent pods, liquid soap, extra trash bags, a roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom and more. We are always interested in feedback about what additional amenities could be of benefit to guests who stay in our homes. We do not provide separate cleaner for the counter other than the liquid soap, sponge and wash cloths. Unfortunately, occasionally (but rarely) amenities may be changed without notice due to supply constraints. We are very sorry if any of these items were missed, or were not available for your stay and will check with housekeeping that they re-double their efforts. We are pleased that you had a good enough visit to still rate your stay as a 4-star and hope that you will come back again soon.

OK, at best.

Check in was terrible. No advance communication provided on additional vehicles/drivers. Ran out of toilet paper on day two. Replenishment is an extra charge. Zero cooking seasoning provided and no milk, as was told. OK cleanliness, but woodwork needs cleaning. For the money, this place was a ripoff. Pool ok, nothing special. Save your money and book elsewhere. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Hi Gary We really are surprised by your negative review! It seems that you do not answer emails that are sent to you by the host. The VRBO site is a GATEWAY - they don't communicate the arrival details with you. We show 7 emails sent to you from when you booked in August 2021 - none were replied to. We also emailed you 3 times, to advise you that you needed to register all drivers prior to your stay - again no response. We sent you the Arrival details including the door code to get in - which you appear to have received - otherwise you wouldn't have got into the property? And you complain that we don''t communicate? As for milk - yes, there were sealed pods of UHT milk provided for coffee for the first night along with a new, sealed, salt and pepper shaker set. All of these items (and sugar, etc) were left in the basket prominently placed on the kitchen counter. There was a new roll of toilet paper provided in each toilet, together body wash, shampoo and conditions, plus a bar of soap. A roll of kitchen towel was provided, extra trash bags, dishwasher tabs, washing pods, liquid soap and other items. These are STARTER items and we believe that it is reasonable to expect that you would go to a grocery store to replenish grocery and amenity items when you've used them during your 6 day stay at the home. At no point and nowhere in the advertising, our documentation or if you had ever called (which you didn't) to discuss your requirements did we ever indicate that we would provide amenities for the duration of your stay - or provide cooking spices!?!? We are sorry that we couldn't meet your expectations. You review is totally opposite to the usual reviews for this property - which has had 5 star reviews since it was first offered.
