Eines der wenigen Häuser auf den Inseln, das Welpen freundlich ist. Unser Haus verfügt über einen eingezäunten Bereich an der schattigen Seite des Hauses, auf dem Ihr Fellkind die freie Natur genießen kann, während es sicher und geborgen heißt! Dieses Haus ist ultramodern und doch super gemütlich, ein wahres Zuhause in einer PRIME-Location. Dieses Haus ist eigentlich IN THE ISLES, nur 6 Minuten zu Fuß vom Fisherman's Village entfernt, einem einzigartigen Reiseziel am Wasser, das Fachgeschäfte, 7 Restaurants, ein militärisches Erbe-Museum und einen Jachthafen mit 98 Liegeplätzen umfasst. Sie können auch mehrere verschiedene Bootstouren vom Fisherman's Village aus buchen.
Es gibt einen Hundepark (Hounds in Henry Street) an der Ecke unserer Straße, buchstäblich 9 Häuser von unseren Häusern entfernt, die die großen Rassen von den kleinen Rassen trennen, um ein wenig Bewegung oder Geselligkeit zu erreichen. Dank unserer zentralen Lage erreichen Sie ein Netz von mehr als 30 km gepflasterten Wegen mit herrlicher Aussicht für Ihr Fahrrad- oder Wandervergnügen. Perfect getaway for our family vacation

Christine (owner) was responsive and helpful in answering all of our questions prior to the trip as well as during. Very accommodating! The property location was perfect for us along with the layout of the home. Loved being able to sit outside and watch the boats periodically go by. The sliding window by the kitchen sink that opened up to the pool area was very convenient in refilling peoples glasses. :-) A very relaxing and memorable trip for our family!

Beautiful property, neighborhood and location! Nice dog park nearby. Short bike ride to downtown Punta Gorda. Bikes are in excellent condition. The area has many fine restaurants and often there is music and outside dining.

Lovely Home near Fishermans Village

Kristina runs a topnotch VRBO home. Kristina was always available for questions and asked if we needed anything to make our stay more enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect for an easy walk to Fisherman's Village. We spent every night enjoying the Lanai while relaxing over looking the pool and canal. The two living rooms, two bathrooms gave us (two couples) plenty of space. We definitely recommend staying at this home while in the Punta Gorda.

On the water

Stayed here to be close to my brother and because I wanted a safe quiet place for my 7lb puppers! House had everything we needed. She even put a Christmas tree up! It was such a lovely touch. Warmed my heart when I walked in. Might stay again next year and will bring my sister. Book this place!

Exceptional rental

We loved our stay at Christine’s lovely VRBO in Punta Gorda. Location and neighborhood are excellent with Fisherman’s Village a short walk away. This home is the cleanest rental we have stayed in! Also very well equipped, used the Ninja blender to mix Pina coladas and margaritas while listening to Jimmy Buffet on the day he passed. Sad day. We only used the main BR and the bed was quite comfy while the attached master bath was convenient. We used the pool daily and enjoyed relaxing in the chaises afterward. Spoke with Christine when we arrived and she walked us through a couple things. Needed to text her about 2 very minor questions and she responded quickly. Would highly recommend this lovey rental. Also is pet friendly and our dog enjoyed her stay as well!!

Perfect Punta Gorda location

This was a perfect location for us in Punta Gorda. Our lab loved the proximity to the dog park and great walking paths to fisherman's village and the Harbor walk. Fabulous home

My husband and I had a fabulous time at this home. The heated pool was such a delight! Very close to restaurants and shopping at Fisherman’s Village. Very close to all other to other venues as well. My husband and I have stayed in Punta Gorda homes for several years and this has been our best stay yet. This home is everything the owner states and then some. The pool is larger than most and is really heated, unlike some who are advertised as such, but are actually quite chilly.. It has character and several fascinating surprises, including interior design and the "Elvis" bedroom. Christine is an excellent hostess who quickly responded when we reached out to her. Beyond expectations!

We loved this home, the neighborhood was so peaceful. The house is well appointed with everything you need. Pocket doors make it easy to split into two separate living areas with a share kitchen if needed. The lanai was huge with a lovely view of the water way and the pool was warm. Having the little dog yard was so convenient. Christine and Paul are fabulous hosts and have provided bikes and beach chairs etc as well. The restaurants are fabulous ,, the kayaking was wonderful, manatees included in so,e waterways .we hope to return….highly recommend !

Perfect location

My husband, dog, and I wanted a quite but easy place to take a relaxing get away. This place met all our needs. The perfect Escape to Bramasole

My husband and I needed a getaway that was peaceful and nearby to beautiful beaches and fun things to do and see. Bramasole was our ticket to zen. Punta Gorda is a beautiful place full of great restaurants, fishing galore, and lovely homes and surroundings. Everything is an easy drive to great places to fill your stay with adventure. We went kayaking in old Florida waters nearby with Its Time Kayak! We visited great beaches in Boca Grande, Englewood Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva. The Fisherman’s Village nearby is lovely for shopping and walking. Punta Gorda’s Harbor Walk is a delightful after dinner walk. Boating opportunities to take advantage of….don’t leave without taking one! Best sunset? The causeway Beach at Sanibel. Then drive home to Bramasole and take a night swim in the pool. The home is well stocked for your stay. Pay It Forward supply stock is a system that clearly works well. Great concept! Home is elegant and tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed and a good night’s sleep to end any day. Cleanliness is like godliness here…and it is divinely CLEAN. Pool and lanai is amazing with a gorgeous canal view. Quiet neighborhood too. Christine has an amazing opportunity available here. Instructions all clear and easy to follow. Check in/Check out easy breezy! You will want to return again…..I promise

We live in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania, a scenically beautiful place centrally located between Philadelphia and NYC, so we are a tourist hot spot. We have been enjoying being involved in the short term/vacation rental arena for 10 years, which started with us being renters ourselves. Each time we visited a new place, we shied away from big resorts or hotels because we wanted to have a more local and genuine experience, not to mention how those private accommodations were the same price, if not lower, than resort or hotels. Our enjoyment of these home away from home experiences led us to offering our first vacation rental as owners, in 2010, with a small, 2 bedroom cottage close to home in the Poconos. We had so much fun doing it up, we bought a second....Bramasole is our 4th (and most likely our final, because its a lot of work!) But, we put our hearts into each home, it's NOT just a business to us. We understand and appreciate how precious leisure and family time is, so we go through great lengths to provide a top notch stay each and every time.
