Outside Lania with pool was beautiful! Home was so well equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful time. All spices were there. Mary is a wonderful hostess who gave us tips about what to do in the area. Highly recommend this home.

Host was very responsive when I had a question and very easy to work and communicate with. The pool was nice, the property spacious, and bedrooms and closets good sized. The kitchen was well appointed and convenient to use.

Great 1 month stay away from snow and cold in Ohio. Very clean house, great location close to Fisherman's Village, downtown restaurants, Gilchrist Park, grocery store and gas stations. The house had everything necessary for us to be comfortable, all kitchen plates/pans/utensils necessary to prepare a few meals. Lanai was perfect place for breakfast or dinner. Pool was ideal place to relax once the weather warmed (from the record cold temps early Feb) with floaties and beach towels. Our pup loved the fenced yard and we liked that the street had sidewalks making dog walks easy - many in the area do not have sidewalks. Easy access to the house and host quickly replied to a few questions I had.

Another Great Stay

Had another great stay at Mary’s house and another fantastic vacation in Punta Gorda. We noticed some upgrades since our last stay and everything was awesome as expected. Always a very easy and relaxing experience.

6 week reprieve from winter.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. House and pool were great. Son and daughter in law visited and had plenty of space. Yard was great for the dog. Mary and Mickey were great hosts. Nothing but good things to say.

Nice place

Family flew in for a wedding. We all stayed in one house some came and went. Grandkids came for the day they enjoyed the pool close to everything Punta Gorda has to offer would rent it again.

Beautiful well located home

Beautiful well located home. I will definitely stay at this home again it is beautiful the swimming pool is so inviting. It’s easy access to the fisherman’s Village, hiking trails you can walk everywhere. The house is very clean and the beds are very Comfortable. A double car garage with bikes to ride Punta Gorda is a wonderful place to visit I will be back

Beautiful home! We didn't want to leave!

The home is very welcoming and well furnished. We had no problems at all during our stay. The pool and yard are perfect and the location was exactly what we wanted - very close to Fisherman's Village and great restaurants and near to our favorite beaches. Mary was wonderful to work with and we wouldn't hesitate recommending this home to our family and friends. We hope to go back again soon!

Amazing experience

This was a very easy process with no hiccups! Mary was very quick to respond and had all the answers! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed! It was close to all stores and dining places! Can’t wait to go next year again!

Another great stay in PGI

The property was as listed and met all of our expectations. The house was very clean and we appreciated having all kinds of cleaners on hand that we could use when needed. The house is very comfortable and well laid out to meet your needs. We were on the lanai every day and really appreciated the pool to cool down after sitting in the sun. The location was perfect for our trip and was close to everything that you would need. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely family and pet friendly home in a quiet neighbourhood

We had a great 2 months at Mary's house in Punta Gorda Isles. The location is very convenient to all of the recreational, tourist and shopping activities in Punta Gorda. The house was very clean and well equipped, including all of the basic necessities for the kitchen and bathrooms. Mary provided clear instructions for how to use everything in the house and responded promptly to the few additional questions that came up. The neighbours were also friendly and our dog made lots of furry friends in the area as well. We've already reserved for next year!

Perfect property to relax.

Super home in Punta Gorda that is in a quiet neighborhood yet convenient to local attractions. House is meticulously maintained and appointed with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Really nice lanai and pool. Check in / Check out process was super easy and owner is available for any questions or concerns that may arise. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Comfortable home

Very comfortable and well appointed home. We had plenty of room. We really enjoyed hanging out by the pool. Beds are comfortable and all amenities needed were there. Many thoughtful extras such as pool floats and bikes.

AMAZING!!

5 stars for sure. Came down to Florida to help turn the power back on. Just happened to be able to book this VRBO spot for the week for me and a couple of other guys I work with . It made our stay soooo much better. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. The place was very clean and very nice inside. If I am ever in Punta Gorda again I will definitely be staying here. What a great experience.
