Paradise found at Dolphin Dream House! Enjoy sea life passing boats private pool

Imagine enjoying your morning coffee with a beautiful sunrise in your peaceful lanai overlooking the large canal!

Welcome to our fully updated (2025) home. Dolphin Dream House has 3 bedrooms 2 baths located in Punta Gorda Isles.

Inside this fully renovated home you will be welcomed by an open concept that leads you directly to the kitchen. The kitchen has all brand-new appliances and everything you would need to make a home cooked meal. The unique kitchen table accommodates six guests, and the island seats another four.

Once you step out of the kitchen, you'll notice our beautiful coffee/wine area. It includes wine glasses, decanter, Keurig coffee machine, espresso machine and mini fridge to keep your wine chilled and beverages cold.

Next, you can relax in our living room that has comfortable seating, a new TV and many board games. In the master bedroom you will find a desk and a reading chair with a wonderful view of the canal.

Our favorite part of the home is the full wall of sliding glass doors that lead to the screened in Lanai where you'll find the heated pool. This area has a new table for six, three chaise lounge chairs, pool towels, sunscreen, kids like jackets, TV and new Weber grill.

Head on down to the dock where you may be greeted by a dolphin, manatee, sea turtle, or the many fish that swim by. We supply the fishing poles; you just have to catch the dinner! Don't forget to grab one of the lanterns at night to enjoy the fish lights where you have an opportunity to catch a Snook, Black Drum or Tarpon. It is truly like your personal aquarium.

In the garage you will find bikes, pickle ball equipment, fishing equipment, and everything you may need for a beautiful beach day. A 2-mile bike ride can get you to Fisherman's Village where you can enjoy a lovely waterfront setting with charming shops, delicious seafood and harbor views. You can also watch the catch of the day brought in by local charter fisherman, visit the beautiful boutiques, boat rentals, sunset cruises, live entertainment and a vibrant community atmosphere.

If you are an avid Golfer, you will love that Punta Gorda offers plenty of opportunities to play a round of golf in paradise!

One of the many great perks of Punta Gorda is being within 50 minutes of at least six different beaches. Each beach has a different experience. Venice Beach is a little corner of paradise that is world renown for finding shark teeth. Englewood Beach offers white sand, sparkling blue waters and spectacular sunset views year-round. Fort Myers is known for its white sandy beaches, and seafood restaurants. The list goes on and on. There is also a great opportunity for the boat lovers to tie their boat to our dock and enjoy the private islands to find starfish, seashells and sand dollars.
